PETA is looking to tap Stormy Daniels for its next campaign ... and it seems like the project will take a major jab at Donald Trump, TMZ has learned.

In a letter sent to the adult film actress -- obtained by TMZ -- PETA invites SD to collaborate on its next PSA, which rails against horse racing.

The campaign is set to release ahead of the Belmont Stakes and references Stormy's past sex confession involving the 45th prez ... where she alleged Trump lasted no more than 2 minutes in bed.

Britney Spears says she's been the victim of theft ... telling her millions of Instagram followers someone stole all her jewelry -- but, she hasn't filed a police report yet.

The singer-songwriter took to IG Sunday night and shared a video she took where she shows her fans a series of small empty drawers ... claiming it's where she kept her valuable trinkets and now they're all gone.

She still has a couple small pieces -- including a Virgin Mary pendant -- in the set-up ... but, basically, she's saying her bling's pretty much MIA.

Johnny Wactor -- an actor best known for appearing in nearly 200 episodes of "General Hospital" -- has died, TMZ has learned.

Wactor was shot and killed in downtown Los Angeles early Saturday morning, his mother Scarlett tells TMZ. She says Johnny was with a coworker when they saw three men messing with Johnny's car. While authorities haven't released his name, this matches the description of an incident where three suspects allegedly tried to steal a catalytic converter.

Scarlett says she was told Johnny didn't try to fight or stop them ... but, the men shot him anyway before taking off. According to police info, paramedics rushed to the scene just after 3 AM PT. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Judge Judy is railing on liberal D.A.'s whom she says are ruining these United States of America ... making the country unsafe.

America's most famous jurist told Fox News Digital, she knows exactly why we're having increasing crime problems ... "When society starts to make excuses for bad behavior and react to criminality based upon the excuses, it fell apart."

She says liberal D.A.'s are excusing crimes based on the offender's background, and that, she says, "created a scenario where bad people got rewarded."

Ivica Zubac's Los Angeles-area house was broken into and burglarized late Wednesday night ... and now LAPD is on the lookout for the people responsible!

TMZ Sports has learned three people were spotted inside the 27-year-old's crib around 11:30 PM on May 22. The 7-foot tall center was not home at the time ... but the burglars were somehow spotted, either by a witness on the grounds, or through a surveillance camera, and police were called to the scene.

Cops took a burglary report and are investigating.

Nicki Minaj isn't shying away from the haters after her recent run-in with the law ... seemingly addressing the incident to all those people who cracked jokes while she dealt with her legal troubles.

The singer-songwriter took the stage in Birmingham, England Sunday ... just one day after being detained while leaving Amsterdam and having to cancel her show in Manchester -- and, she touched on the moment briefly during her show.

Calls to remove Diddy's Hollywood Walk of Fame star are gaining traction amid his downfall -- but the team behind the honor has made no such move.

A Hollywood Chamber of Commerce spokesperson tells TMZ ... they have not discussed it and the org is powerless to make the star disappear.

The Chamber says, while it has the authority to nominate star recipients, manufacture and install stars upon city approval and conduct the Walk of Fame installation ceremony, it lacks the authority to remove them.

Kanye West may end up avoiding legal trouble for allegedly punching a guy at a famous hotel last month ... 'cause cops say everyone involved has gone radio silent.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper and twin brothers Mark and Jonnie Houston have clammed up over claims Ye socked the wrong twin in the face at the Chateau Marmont after he thought one of them assaulted his wife Bianca Censori in April.

Although Kanye's camp claimed Bianca got assaulted ... cops said they saw no evidence of an assault when they checked out surveillance footage. Best they could figure, it was just one of the twins accidentally bumping into Bianca.

A new Diddy accuser is suing him over multiple sexual assaults she claims started back in the 1990s after they met in New York City ... TMZ has learned.

April Lampros says she was a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology, and she says he offered to mentor her in the fashion industry. After showering her with gifts and flowers, April claims they met up in 1995 at a SoHo bar, where he plied her with alcohol ... and then brought her back to his room at the Millennium Hotel.

In the docs, April says she started to feel ill and as if "the walls were closing in on her" as Diddy allegedly started to force himself on her. She says she was still conscious, but unable to defend herself when he began raping her. April says she woke up the next morning "nude, sore and confused."

The raid on Sean Kingston's house came after months of investigation ... and, new photos show one of the items cops went looking to find -- a massive LED screen.

Attorney Dennis Card -- who's representing a company suing Sean for allegedly not paying for a $150k home entertainment system -- says he was present when the raid went down and took photos of technicians slowly dismantling the system.

NYC Councilman Erik Bottcher is taking a far more direct stance than Mayor Eric Adams regarding Diddy's key to the city -- he wants to yank the honor, and stat.

Erik jumped on "TMZ Live" Wednesday, and said taking away the honor is a "no-brainer" in the wake of the Cassie beatdown video. EB says Diddy has no right to be in the company of Nelson Mandela ... the Nobel Peace Prize recipient who received a key back in 1990.

The Councilman says, "It would be bad enough if it was just the video, but [Diddy] put out a statement before accusing these women of lying, accusing them of looking for a payday. So, it's despicable and consequences need to follow."

The video showing Diddy's hotel assault of Cassie isn't only fueling public outrage -- high-ranking NYC politicians want him to suffer one immediate consequence ... TMZ has learned.

Leaders in Diddy's hometown are turning on him, with several NYC council members encouraging Mayor Eric Adams to revoke the Bad Boy Records founder's symbolic key to the city.

Council Member Sandy Nurse tells TMZ … "Mayor Adams should immediately revoke Diddy’s key to the city. As an abuser, Diddy lost his right to have such an honor and should be held accountable for his actions. Mayor Adams should set the example and take it away."

Derek Chauvin -- the disgraced police officer convicted of murdering George Floyd -- is facing new troubling allegations that sound painfully similar to what the world witnessed nearly 4 years ago.

In documents obtained by TMZ ... a woman named Patricia "Patty" Dawn Welch Day claims Chauvin and Ellen Jensen, another Minneapolis police officer, used excessive force on her during a January 2020 incident.

Patty alleges Chauvin and Jensen "violently yanked" her from her vehicle without justification and threw her to the ground -- which she says caused her to fracture her tooth, injure her arm and shoulder, and sustain other injuries ... all before being handcuffed.

The photographer who initially accused Rashee Rice of assault now no longer wants to press charges against the Kansas City Chiefs star, according to the Dallas Police Department ... but an investigation remains ongoing.

The photog first alleged that Rice clocked him during an altercation outside of Lit Kitchen in Dallas on May 6 ... but the DPD said in a statement he recently signed an affidavit of non-prosecution.

It doesn't necessarily mean Rice is now in the clear -- the DPD said a probe into the allegations is still moving forward -- although a case against the NFLer now no doubt got substantially more difficult to prove.
