The Bad Boy founder's family dropped by to see him Tuesday at MDC Brooklyn, where Diddy is being held until his October 3 sentencing.

Photos and videos show Diddy's loved ones arriving and leaving the jail where the mogul's been confined since his September 2024 arrest ... and he got to see 3 of his 7 kids.

Kid Cudi says he hated every minute of his time on the witness stand in Diddy's federal criminal trial ... but he ultimately went through with testifying because he wanted to support his ex, Cassie Ventura.

The rapper reflected on his experience with the Diddy case on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast, telling host Alex Cooper he only testified because he was subpoenaed.

Cudi says he told the feds no a couple times, but they forced his hand ... and he explained why he ditched a suit and tie in favor of a more casual outfit when it came time to testify.

In his order, the judge said there were no "exceptional reasons" warranting a release before his sentence.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend Gina Huynh -- Victim No. 3 in the federal indictment who was a no-show in court after prosecutors subpoenaed her -- just went to bat for him in his bid to get out of jail pending sentencing.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Gina pens a letter to the judge in Diddy's criminal case ... supporting Diddy's motion for bail.
