Diddy is facing another alleged abuse lawsuit ... with a woman claiming he dangled her over the edge of a balcony, 17 stories off the ground.
Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed the lawsuit in L.A. Superior Court earlier this week ... suing Diddy for sexual battery, false imprisonment, and other claims.
In the suit, Bongolan accuses Diddy of dangling her over the edge of a balcony at his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura's apartment in September 2016.

Diddy is staying behind bars ... after a judge just ruled his bail is denied because no conditions can assure the safety of the community.
In his decision, filed Wednesday the judge in the case wrote there is a serious risk of witness tampering and direct evidence of Combs' violence ... pointing to the infamous 2016 video of Diddy beating Cassie and subsequent text messages with her.
In the texts, included in the judge's decision, Cassie wrote to Diddy about her injuries ... adding he was "sick for thinking it's OK to do what you've done."

A woman, suing as Jane Doe, claims to have been a former client of Tony Buzbee. She has filed a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, in which she alleges the attorney assaulted her while repping her in a divorce case.
The documents do not lay out specifics of the alleged assault, but a source connected to the woman tells TMZ ... she is alleging she was in a public place when Buzbee saw her, flew into a "fit of rage" and allegedly pushed a champagne flute into her face, chipping her tooth. She says she has both medical and dental records to prove her injuries.

Diddy's lawyers are calling BS on federal prosecutors who have claimed they did not seize the mogul's trial strategy materials during a recent raid of his jail cell.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, says prison officials took photos of 19 pages of material from Diddy's cell -- which he says included 11 pages of trial strategy notes and correspondence with his lawyers.
The feds claimed Monday in legal docs they saw a manila folder labeled "legal" and did not even open it. Diddy's sons are waging their own legal battle now, warning the man who's hawking a Kim Porter book -- allegedly based on her diary -- to shut it down or face a lawsuit.
Christian and Quincy Combs, fired off a cease and desist letter to a guy named Courtney Burgess and his attorney Ariel Mitchell over "Kim Porter Tell It All ('Tell It All')" ... a book currently sold online under the pseudonym Jamal Millwood.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, the Combs bros say they became the rightful heirs and owners of Kim's intellectual property rights following her death in November 2018 ... and therefore her purported diary entries belong to them.
