Sophia Gabrielle Ross, the Hooters waitress who went viral for shamelessly flirting with a cop during her DUI arrest in Sarasota, Florida, just got a lucky break -- TMZ has learned she's officially dodged jail time.

Her rep tells TMZ she finally faced a judge Thursday -- and luck was on her side, as she escaped the 60-day jail sentence prosecutors were gunning for.

Instead, she’s walking away with a year of probation, random drug tests, and 50 hours of community service. On the bright side, she’s already knocked out her DUI school hours.

NFL's Ben Cleveland Arrested For DUI ... Cops Say He Blew .178

Baltimore Ravens offensive lineman Ben Cleveland was arrested for DUI last week, TMZ Sports has learned ... after he allegedly drove his truck with a BAC over twice the legal limit.

According to Baldwin County Sheriff's Office documents we obtained, Cleveland was suspected of drunk driving in Milledgeville, Ga. on Feb. 12.

The docs state the 26-year-old -- a third-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft out of the Univ. of Georgia -- was pulled over at around 10:25 PM ... after he had been swerving in a roadway. Cops wrote Cleveland was actually driving so erratically, he nearly steered his black Ford F-250 into a ditch.

Marcus Jordan is breaking his silence days after he was busted for DUI ... saying he appreciates everyone who reached out following the arrest -- but for now, he's shifting his focus elsewhere.

The son of NBA legend Michael Jordan posted to his Instagram story Thursday morning ... saying his priority is his store, The Trophy Room, and "won't be making any comments on recent media stories and my personal life."

"I sincerely appreciate your concerns & thank you for your kind understanding," he added.

Johnny & Matthew Gaudreau Had Higher BAC Than Sean Higgins At Time Of Crash ... Court Docs State

New court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, state the blood alcohol levels of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau were higher than Sean Higgins' at the time of the August 2024 crash that took the brothers' lives.

According to the docs -- which were filed by Higgins' attorneys in a motion on Tuesday in New Jersey -- Johnny's BAC was .129 and Matthew's was .134 ... both higher than Higgins' .087.

It should be noted Higgins' attorneys were NOT arguing the Gaudreaus' level of intoxication played a role in the accident in this filing ... rather, they were merely stating the findings in an effort to further their request for items related to the way the guys' bloodwork was obtained.

Marcus Jordan's combativeness with authorities apparently continued well after he was arrested on Tuesday morning ... cause a new police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, states he belligerently demanded officers play Mariah Carey tunes while he was locked up.

Jordan was taken to a DUI testing facility in Orange County, Fla. a short time after he was placed into custody following allegations he drunkenly got his Lamborghini SUV stuck on some Maitland train tracks ... and cops say he acted like a jerk the entire time he was there.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office documents we obtained, Jordan refused to take breath tests ... and "aggressively and repeatedly" pulled away from officers.

New police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows Marcus Jordan name-dropped his famous father to cops in an apparent effort to get out of trouble before his arrest on Tuesday morning.

The footage was captured on Maitland Police Department officers' body cameras at 1:14 AM ... right around the time cops first discovered Marcus and a woman inside a blue Lamborghini SUV that had gotten stuck on some train tracks.

Initially, you can see in the video that Jordan tried to move the car off the railway with his foot on the gas ... but when the pricey ride's tires spun in place no matter how hard he pressed, cops asked him to get out of the vehicle.

TMZ Sports has obtained photos from the scene where Marcus Jordan was arrested Tuesday morning ... and you can see clear as day his Lamborghini SUV did certainly seem to be stuck on some train tracks.

Check out the pics ... the fancy blue ride looked firmly wedged between some loose rocks and a Maitland, Fla. railway. Its bumper appeared to be dug into the ground -- giving the indication it definitely wasn't moving without some outside force.

Police documents we obtained allege Jordan -- Michael's 34-year-old son -- had driven it there just after he fled from a Seminole County Sheriff's officer who was trying to pull him over for a traffic violation at around 1:03 AM.

Former Cleveland Browns defensive lineman Lonnie Phelps was sentenced to probation this week ... over allegations he drunkenly crashed his SUV into a restaurant last year.

Court records, obtained by TMZ Sports, show Phelps submitted a no-contest plea to one charge of misdemeanor DUI in a Florida courtroom on Tuesday ... some seven months after officials say he was wasted when he slammed his vehicle into Red Shoe Island Bistro in Key West.

Documents show Phelps was ordered to spend the next 12 months on probation. He also had his license suspended for six months -- and he'll have to perform 50 hours of community service as well as enroll in DUI school.

Bodycam footage of Sophia Gabrielle, a Sarasota, Florida Hooters waitress has taken the Internet by storm after her chaotic, flirty attempt to avoid being arrested. The saga shows the server's increasingly wild antics after being pulled over following a night of drinking.

At one point in the body camera footage, the server is heard telling the responding officer, "Dave, we're gonna make out!" as she repeatedly calls the officer "daddy" telling him she'll do anything for him. The officer laughs.
