Jack Doherty is spilling on his Miami arrest ... telling TMZ the whole thing was so mind-numbingly boring, he’s actually calling it the worst day of his life.

The embattled influencer tells TMZ it was a brutal slog -- first stuck in a tiny cell with a cop for five hours, then shuffled off for a mugshot and fingerprints ... before spending another 10 hours in a big holding room where he could finally make some calls.

The day didn’t even end there ... the 22-year-old says he got thrown into yet another cell, took a nap, and then got jolted awake by guards who, he claims, were super nice -- even telling him TMZ had already posted his mugshot -- before letting him finally go.

Sydney Hardeman -- the viral Beyoncé fan who recently took her own life -- had realized her dream of becoming a pilot ... and she worried being too open about mental health struggles could doom her career, TMZ has learned.

As we reported ... Sydney died by suicide on November 8 at age 25. She was engaged and set to be married this upcoming April ... and had reached viral fame for her reaction to Beyoncé's 2018 Coachella set.

Jamie, Sydney Hardeman’s mother, tells TMZ … her daughter was concerned about seeking help … because being so open about her situation might have ruined her career.

Veteran rapper Talib Kweli was involved in a hellfire-heated exchange with security guards backstage at his Black Star concert last Saturday -- and TMZ Hip Hop has the explosive exchange all on tape!!!

The scene opens with Kweli barking at the top of his lungs at a group of men behind the curtain, demanding they tell him "Who the f*** they think they are!!!"

According to the sounds of the argument, Kweli was royally pissed off that security guards had walked onto the stage 1 minute past the 11PM curfew to stop the show, and was upping the bass in his voice towards anyone who tried to calm him down!!!

The executor of O.J. Simpson's estate, Malcolm Lavergne, stopped by "TMZ Live" Monday and admitted the estate doesn't have enough to cover Fred Goldman's $57 million creditor claim ... but he says they'll pay what they can.

Lavergne told us bluntly, "The reality is the estate currently doesn't have that kind of money and, practically, the estate probably will never have that kind of money."

So why did the estate accept the multimillion-dollar settlement? Lavergne explained it isn't based on how much Simpson's estate can afford, but whether the claim itself is valid.

"H3 Podcast" host Hila Klein says she's dealing with all sorts of vile threats simply for being Jewish ... and she says someone even sent her two human skulls in the mail!!!

The cohost of the comedy podcast tells TMZ ... she fears for her safety after two human skulls showed up at her office, and cops were called to her home over bogus claims that her children were living in filth.

We obtained photos of the human skulls sent to Hila and her husband, Ethan Klein, and it's pretty eerie.

This acceptance simply allows the administration of the claim to move forward in probate. We will continue to monitor the probate process as it progresses.”

O.J. Simpson's estate seems one step closer to paying Fred Goldman money he's owed for winning his wrongful death lawsuit years ago ... because the estate's accepted a multimillion-dollar settlement.

Malcolm LaVergne -- the Simpson estate executor -- filed court documents earlier this week in which he accepts Fred's creditor claim in the "amount of $57,997,858.12 (U.S.), plus judgment interest on the approved amount."

Goldman originally asked for north of $117 million ... but, LaVergne argues that -- despite what he sees as a good faith effort on Goldman's part to determine an accurate amount -- the interest hasn't been calculated correctly.

The saying goes "age ain't nothing but a number" -- but the gap between Blueface and his new boo thang Hazel-E has the "Thotiana" rapper's mama rethinking the math a little bit!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Karlissa Saffold Harvey at the Northridge Mall in L.A. last week ... and it appears we broke the news about the 17-year age difference Blue has with Hazel.

Karlissa was under the impression that Hazel-E was about "38-ish" -- a testament to the "Love & Hip Hop" star's good genes -- but judging from her reaction, her little boy Blue will have to exercise ALL his options.

Stefon Diggs is going after a social media star who accused him of drugging, sexually assaulting and later conspiring to kill him ... with the NFL star calling the claims pure fiction!!

The lawsuit, which TMZ Sports obtained, was filed by 31-year-old Diggs on October 1 ... with the Patriots star wideout accusing "would-be social media influencer" Christopher Blake Griffith of concocting a lurid story about him, stemming from an alleged incident at Stefon's Rockville, Maryland home in May 2023.

Diggs says he, along with Griffith and other influencers, hit up a local club after a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C., before later returning to Stefon's home. The Pats receiver says he then went to his bedroom, while his assistant asked Griffith to leave, capping a fairly mundane night.

It's safe to say Kevin Love is a future Hall of Famer ... and when that day comes, the NBA star tells TMZ Sports he would be honored to get the recognition "as a Cavalier."

Famous YouTuber and content creator Jack Doherty has been arrested in the Miami area, TMZ can confirm.

He was cuffed by Miami Beach Police outside a smoke shop and booked into Florida's Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center just before 9 AM on 3 charges -- possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.

Specifically, cops say he was in possession of Amphetamine -- a medication used to manage ADHD and narcolepsy -- and less than 20 grams of weed.

Video of his arrest shows him arguing with police.

4:16 PM PST -- Jeremy Renner's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ ... "There was no deal reached with Yi Zhou to resolve my client Jeremy Renner’s substantial multi million dollar claims against her."

He adds ... "I have no knowledge why Yi Zhou would fabricate a story that a deal has been made with her since she was notified that there was no deal with her, including her use of Jeremy Renner in an animated movie when he only agreed to be in a documentary."

It looks like director Yi Zhou and actor Jeremy Renner are putting their differences aside after a contentious battle over their recent relationship and professional collaborations.

We told you all about it -- the pair shot cease and desist letters at each other after their professional relationship soured ... with Zhou accusing the Marvel star of coming onto her and then refusing to cooperate professionally, and Renner saying quite the opposite -- that the filmmaker threw herself at him repeatedly.

But, that's all in the past ... 'cause Zhou tells TMZ they have "reached a peaceful and mutually respectful resolution" and will be moving forward with their joint projects, "Chronicles of Disney" and the AI-animated "Stardust Future."

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ ... Akon checked the box to terminate spousal support for Tomeka — his wife of 29 years — after she had requested it in her divorce petition filed in September.

Interestingly, Tomeka asked the court not to award any spousal support to Akon so it seems both want to protect their finances.

Letitia Quinones-Hollins, attorney for Patrick, tells TMZ in a statement ... "Patrick Beverley has no criminal record. He cares deeply about his little sister – a young lady, a minor. Given that, when he unexpectedly found her alone in the home with an 18-year-old man in the middle of the night, he was understandably concerned, as any brother would be about his sister. However, we don’t believe what followed happened the way it’s been described and we look forward to the opportunity to address that in court."

Ex-NBA player Patrick Beverly has been arrested in Texas for felony assault, TMZ Sports has learned.

The 6'2" point guard was taken into custody on Friday at the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office in Richmond, Texas.

According to jail records, the charge against Beverley is Assault on a Family Member/Household Member Impeding Breath or Circulation. It's listed as a third-degree felony.

Taylor Momsen says it felt like a Christmas miracle to recently reconnect with Jim Carrey 25 years after starring with him in "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" ... telling us it feels like her career's coming full circle.

We caught up with the actress and singer in New York City Friday ... and we asked her about posing with Carrey at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony in L.A. last weekend. Jim was on hand to induct Soundgarden.
