Chud The Builder is making an emotional plea in court to get his Ford truck back … claiming cops seized it during his recent arrest but have yet to return it ... TMZ has learned. 

We obtained new court docs showing Chud asked for his 2018 White Ford F250 to be turned over to him. The vehicle was taken into custody by cops after Chud's May arrest.

Chud says the seized car was not contraband or evidence in the arrest. He says the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office continuing to hold on to his car “without legal justification” is causing undue hardship to him and his fiancée, who needs the pickup to get around.

The fallout from The Black Crowes' onstage political dust-up on Sunday didn't end with boos ... it kept rolling straight toward the exits.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cassie says Edmond Laurent’s claims against her should be thrown out.

Cassie claims that after telling her story about Diddy’s abuse in 2023, Edmond reached out to her via text and wrote, “Hi hope you ok i’m sorry I didn’t know he was doing that to you. I will definitely be a witness for you. Edmond. L.”

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing a new D.A. probe, and potentially new criminal charges ... and it's all tied to an L.A. sexual battery claim made against the mogul ... TMZ has learned.

The case involves publicist Jonathan Hay, who filed a police report in September 2025, claiming Diddy sexually battered him in 2020, and again in 2021. Detectives have presented their findings to the L.A. County District Attorney, and it's now under review ... according to the D.A.'s spokesperson, Venusse Dunn.

Hay initially filed the report in his hometown of Largo, Florida, but it later got transferred to authorities in L.A., where Diddy allegedly committed the crimes.

Jonathan Cheban is riding hard for Spencer Pratt's mayoral bid ... and things got so chaotic when TMZ ran into him Monday, it ended with a stranger flashing him in the middle of Beverly Hills.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass isn't pulling any punches on the eve of Election Day ... taking direct aim at challenger Spencer Pratt and questioning whether the reality star has ever held a job outside of being on TV.

We got the mayor Monday at Pann's Restaurant, where she framed the mayoral race as a choice between governing experience and reality TV fame.

Bass rattles off what she considers key accomplishments from her time in office before brushing off Pratt as a "reality TV star villain" who doesn't understand how city government operates.

The mayor also seemed to draw a comparison between Pratt and President Trump ... arguing celebrity status alone isn't a qualification for public office.

Chris Robinson got into it with fans at The Black Crowes' Florida concert ... beefing with folks who started chanting "U-S-A."

Here's the deal ... the band was performing Sunday in Tampa as part of their "Southern Hospitality Tour" when a visual thrown on a screen reportedly showed the band's Black Crowe character dressed as Uncle Sam.

A source tells TMZ ... before the band started playing "She Talks to Angels," the crowd started chanting "U.S.A."

That's when Chris addressed the crowd, saying ... "Thanks for the geography lesson."

When the crowd kept chanting, Chris added ... "I don't know what you have to be so proud of right now."

George Floyd's family members are trying to wrap their heads around what they view as an "insane" move by Minnesota Republicans to honor Derek Chauvin ... and they suspect the Kevin Hart roast played a role here.

Travis Cains, spokesman for The Gianna and George Floyd Foundation, tells TMZ … the family sees the Minnesota GOP's moment of silence for Floyd's convicted killer as a shocking display that piggybacks off those who shrugged off Tony Hinchcliffe's firestorm-creating quip at Kevin's roast.

We're told the Floyd family feels like Tony's joke "opened up doors for more racism" ... and they're seeing that play out in Minnesota.

Travis says ... "To put a guy on the pedestal and hold a moment of silence for him is insane. The whole world knows that the public lynching of George Floyd was tragic." He adds the foundation and family work to spread a peaceful, positive message.

Janel Parrish and her ex Chris Long hashed out a divorce settlement and she scored a big win … because the actress is keeping all the money she makes from her TV and film gigs.

TMZ obtained the deal executed by the exes on May 21 ... and the divorce agreement says Janel will keep her residuals and royalties from all her projects, including money from "Pretty Little Liars." She's also keeping her SAG pension plan.

Janel doesn't have to cut her ex monthly checks either ... they both waived their right to collect spousal support.

She also walks away with her 2019 Audi SQ7, all jewelry, and clothes in her possession, her credit card points, several bank accounts, and one-half of their $3.2 million home, which they plan to unload ASAP.

A Pennsylvania mayor isn't buying the fairy-tale ending for a former police officer who traded his badge for a spot on "Love Island USA" ... arguing the move left taxpayers holding the bag.

Bethlehem Mayor J. William Reynolds joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and weighed in on ex-officer Sean Reifel's career pivot ... he says police departments across the country are already struggling to recruit and retain officers, even without the lure of a gig in reality TV.

The stars of "Heated Rivalry" didn't turn down Variety's "Actors on Actors" because of their Emmy ineligibility, despite speculation suggesting otherwise ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us Connor Storrie, Hudson Williams and François Arnaud aren't avoiding the high-profile series over concerns about awards campaigning or optics ... instead, we're told the actors are just too busy.

Variety's co-editor-in-chief Ramin Setoodeh claims he tried to book the trio but was turned down ... and he says he's certain they would have accepted if "Heated Rivalry" was eligible for the next Emmy Awards. The show is not eligible because the Canadian streamer that produces the series did not submit it for consideration.

However, our sources say the Emmys, or lack thereof, played no part in their decision not to accept an invite to go on the show.

We got Justin's attorney, Bryan Freedman, outside a New York courthouse Monday ahead of arguments in the latest dispute stemming from their legal war with Blake Lively ... and Freedman suggested Justin could eventually become an advocate for people who say they've been falsely accused.

Freedman tells us Justin will be back to work soon in some fashion ... either in Hollywood, or as a voice for folks "who have been wrongfully accused of something and really beaten up by a power dynamic."

Sabrina Carpenter is seeking court-ordered protection from a man she says showed up to her home less than 24 hours after being arrested for allegedly trying to enter her front door ... TMZ has learned.

The singer's legal team beelined it to court Friday and filed a petition for a restraining order against a 31-year-old man named William Applegate ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Sabrina claims Applegate showed up at her L.A. home on May 23, unannounced and uninvited ... and she says it was "clear to [her] that his approach was deliberate, calculated and aggressive, which is deeply alarming."

The filing includes photos from Sabrina’s Ring camera ... showing a man at her front door.

Tory Lanez is asking a federal judge for a restraining order against a prison guard he fears plans to move him to a dangerous area of prison ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tory, who is currently housed at the California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo, claims he is dealing with ongoing threats, intimidation, and harassment ... causing him to fear for his life.

In the paperwork, Tory’s team says a prison guard plans to move him to a more “dangerous housing unit." His team also claims a correction officer referenced Tory’s near-fatal attack last year in a threatening manner.
