Travis Barker's drum kit got the night off at a recent concert ... because proud-dad duty was calling.

The Blink-182 rocker traded the stage for the sidelines recently when he showed up at Rainbow Bar & Grill in West Hollywood to support son Landon Barker's latest performance ... and TMZ captured the family affair on video.

Watch the clip ... Landon's front and center, rocking out with his band in front of a packed house ... Travis and daughter Alabama Barker cheering him on.

Alabama appeared to be in full proud-sister mode ... pulling out her phone to film Landon's set as he rocked the stage, soaking up the spotlight.

Here's the booking photo Big Tigger posed for after being arrested in Georgia for battery and third-degree cruelty to children.

TMZ obtained the radio host's smug mug shot ... showing him sporting a slight grin.

As we previously reported ... according to police records, the longtime radio personality and former host of BET's iconic "Rap City" was booked into the Fulton County Jail Saturday morning, but bonded out later in the day.

Officials with the jail tell us Tigger was released after posting surety bonds totaling $10,000 ... including a $9,000 bond tied to the aggravated battery charge and a $1,000 bond related to the cruelty-to-children charge.

3:35 PM PT -- A Disney official told TMZ in response to the video ... the safety of park guests is their highest priority ... and attractions are designed with multiple safety measures, and teams are trained to respond quickly in situations like this, which they did — the ride was immediately stopped.

We're told as is customary in situations like these, officials with the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health, better known as Cal/OSHA, inspected the attraction yesterday and approved it to open. 

Terrifying new video shows the moment a 13-year-old boy at Disneyland tumbled down a 50-foot waterfall after getting off a moving ride.

The footage, captured Sunday by another theme park guest, shows the 13-year-old climbing out of the Tiana's Bayou Adventure log ride right before the famous drop ... then falling down the water-covered track.

Fair warning -- if you've ever been on Tiana's Bayou Adventure, or any similar log ride, you might want to look away.

Christina Ricci's ex-husband went to court to complain about his custody arrangement with the actress after she allegedly boozed it up on a plane next to their son, Freddie.

James Heerdegen filed a request for an emergency hearing over their custody arrangement after he says their son, Freddie, contacted him recently and claimed Christina drank alcohol during their June 16 flight to Canada.

Thing is ... when Freddie spoke with his legal representative, he "advised that he 'overreacted' in sending those text messages to his father" and "that the description of Ms. Ricci's alcohol consumption and behavior thereafter was not as he had described" ... this according to documents filed by the minor's counsel in the case and obtained by TMZ.

The docs say Freddie added he had "no fear in continuing to be" in his mother's custody.

Jermaine Jackson feared claims that he raped a woman would tarnish not only his reputation, but also his son Jaafar Jackson's big break in the "Michael" biopic ... TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Jermaine said he was unaware of Rita Butler Barrett’s lawsuit against him ... or the $6.5 million default judgment she was awarded in May ... until he got blindsided during the press tour for the biopic.

He says the coverage of the default judgment ruined "what should have been a proud and important professional moment for my son and our family." He says he was "shocked and deeply concerned about the effect of those reports on my reputation and on the promotion of my son's motion picture.”

Whitney Houston's estate is pissed about Oprah Winfrey claiming the late singer showed up to her talk show high on drugs, and they say what happened that day is actually Oprah's fault ... TMZ has learned.

Whitney's estate, run by Pat Houston, tells TMZ in a statement ... Pat "emphatically responds to a statement made by Oprah Winfrey at Cannes Lions."

Pat added ... "Whitney absolutely fell off the stage, but it was during a sound check, and it was due to the darkness of the area and her unfamiliarity with the stage. She was absolutely not high."

She acknowledges Whitney's addiction struggles, saying ... "Like many people, she faced personal battles, but it is inaccurate and unfair to attach that struggle to every performance or every chapter of her life. Takeoff's parents are fighting over how and where to divvy up settlement money from a wrongful death suit over the late Migos member's murder … with his mom arguing his dad was "barely present" in their son's life ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained legal docs revealing the bitter back-and-forth between Takeoff's mom, Titania Davenport, and his dad, Kenneth Ball. The war involves settlement money from a wrongful death lawsuit brought by Takeoff's mom in Texas.

In the docs, Titania said she had a "close, loving and nurturing relationship" with her son for his entire lifetime. She said she cared for and raised him from birth as a single parent. She said she provided him with nearly sole financial support until he became an adult.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Bonnie -- whose real name is Alaina Antoinnette James -- has been formally charged in Texas with assault causing bodily injury-family violence ... a misdemeanor offense that carries a maximum punishment of up to one year in jail, if she's convicted.

The charge stems from a March incident involving her husband ... the famed motorcycle builder and reality TV star. Prosecutors allege Bonnie caused bodily injury to Jesse by punching him, scratching his face and eye area, and/or biting his thumb, hand or finger.

Jack White’s wife, Olivia Jean, slapped him with divorce papers claiming he is guilty of inappropriate marital conduct ... TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Olivia filed her petition for divorce on June 3. 

The estranged couple wed in December 2022 and said the split date was the date of her filing. 

Before cops slapped Drake Von in handcuffs following his DUI crash, the adult film star insisted he hadn't been drinking or using any substances behind the wheel ... and the exchange was all captured on police body camera footage obtained by TMZ.

The video shows Las Vegas Metro officers questioning Drake in an emergency room waiting area after Saturday's crash.

During the conversation, Drake tells officers he had not consumed alcohol or any substances before driving. He says he recently purchased the Tesla and explains the last time he drank was about a week earlier at a party, where he had wine.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' newbie Natalie Fuller and her estranged husband, television producer Simon Fuller, are unloading their real estate in France amid their ongoing divorce ... TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, show Natalie and Simon, who reportedly have an estimated net worth of around $600 million, have agreed to list two homes they own near the French Riviera.

The former couple agreed the money from the sales will be put into an escrow account and cannot be disbursed unless and until they both agree to it or the court orders otherwise.
