7/31, 7:51 AM PT -- A source close to Marilyn tells TMZ ... she disputes those portrayals and contends they are false, misleading, and intended to damage her reputation while diverting attention from her allegations of harassment and emotional distress. She maintains that these publications do not accurately reflect the events as she experienced them.

Tari Eason is asking for a domestic violence restraining order against his ex ... telling the court she punched him in the face and destroyed some of his designer clothes with bleach.

The Houston Rockets star filed a petition, obtained by TMZ, on Thursday ... and he's asking for protection from 32-year-old Marilyn Maritza Melo Rodriguez, who he describes as someone he "used to date."

Tari claims one of Marilyn's friends called him to "tell me that she would 'break both of my legs' and 'kill me'" ... alleged threats he said made him fear for his life.

Mama June's daughter Pumpkin is taking her OnlyFans era to the stage ... working the pole during a wild appearance at a Tennessee strip club ... and it's all on video.

Pumpkin made a special appearance Saturday night at Diamonds & Lace in Chattanooga, where she bounced across the stage and shot dollar bills out of a money gun.

And judging by the packed rail, folks were more than happy to open their wallets.

4:00 PM PT -- DeenTheGreat's lawyer, Richard L. Cooper tells TMZ ... "On May 27th Deen was arrested and charged with a 2nd degree felony, which carries a maximum of 15 years in a Florida prison."

He added, "However, we still anticipate that this case will be dismissed by the prosecutors in short order. We look forward to resolving the case next week."

Streamer DeenTheGreat is facing serious prison time after being charged with felony robbery, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, prosecutors in Miami also charged Deen -- real name Nurideen Shabazz -- with a misdemeanor battery over an alleged May 27 incident involving a woman and a yacht.

A female acquaintance called cops after she claimed he got physical with her after a verbal altercation on the boat. She claimed he kicked her off the yacht because other men were trying to talk to her after he warned her not to entertain anyone but him.

Kim Kardashian has agreed not to collect the six-figure sum a man owes her for losing a lawsuit he brought against her … after he claimed the judgment would ruin him ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... a man named Ivan Cantu sued Kim after she posted his photo when she meant to post the photo of a prisoner with the same name … in an effort to argue for the inmate to be taken off death row. Ivan lost his lawsuit and was ordered to pay Kim's legal fees, but said doing so would financially ruin him.

A legal rep for Kim tells TMZ ... "This is a lawsuit that should never have been filed. The Court agreed and threw it out and ordered that [Ivan Cantu] pay Kim's legal fees. Kim agreed to waive those fees and so [Ivan] has dismissed his case with prejudice."

Allie Eklund might be moving on from Steven McBee Jr. with another Bravo star ... TMZ has a photo of her with "Southern Charm" bachelor Austen Kroll.

We obtained a snap of the "McBee Dynasty" star grabbing a bite with Austen on Saturday at Perla's in Austin, Texas ... and folks who were there tell us the two spent more than an hour at the seafood restaurant, where they were seen smiling, laughing and locked in deep conversation throughout the meal.

Ray J says he'd gladly get back together with Princess Love ... but the conditions have to be right ... and it's not going to be easy ... or cheap.

"The Ultimatum" season 4 star Blake Robertson is opening up about his arrest after his ex Hayley Hendrich claimed he was drunk and grabbed at her sweater ... and he's got a totally different story than her.

Here's the deal ... Hayley appeared on "The Viall Files" and claimed she and Blake were already broken up when he was arrested for allegedly assaulting her during a drunken fight. We broke the news of the October 2025 arrest -- and confirmed all charges were expunged from his record.

Sara Gilson's ex-husband is covering all of her funeral expenses ... telling TMZ he spent his birthday picking out her burial plot.

Lyle Landers tells us he promised Sara's parents she would have a proper funeral and offered to pay for everything because he is in a more stable financial position than her family.

Lyle says he remained close with Sara and her family throughout the 18 years they knew each other, even after they both remarried ... because "'Til death do us part" wasn't just something he said at their wedding.

Chuck Norris has been laid to rest ... and TMZ has learned his Las Vegas memorial service was -- like the man himself -- larger than life.

Judson Mills, Chuck's co-star on "Walker, Texas Ranger," tells TMZ ... the star's funeral was July 18 at the Rio Hotel & Casino ... and he estimates there were as many as 5,000 mourners paying their respects.

Judson told us ... he was one of the speakers at the funeral ... and it was attended by several people who worked on 'Walker.'

As TMZ reported ... the martial arts and Hollywood legend died in March after being hospitalized in Hawaii.

Country music star and rapper Kidd G was arrested for DUI in Georgia ... TMZ has learned.

Kidd G -- born Jonathan Gabriel Horne -- was booked into the Muscogee County Jail after Georgia State Police pulled him over on July 22 ... with officers claiming they clocked him going 81 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.

During the traffic stop, police say the 23-year-old reeked of alcohol and had bloodshot and watery eyes. The officer asked if he had consumed any alcohol that night, and he responded he was "above the limit."

Dr. Anthony Fauci isn't being railroaded like alleged Communist sympathizers during the Joe McCarthy era ... so says Rep. Nancy Mace.

The Congresswoman from South Carolina joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday to discuss the ongoing hearings ... and she pushed back on Harvey Levin's argument that this is just Red Scare McCarthyism 2.0.

Rep. Mace strongly disagrees ... saying Senator McCarthy targeted innocent people in different groups to destroy them -- whereas Congress is investigating a man who really did some serious damage.

It looks like we're not going to get to see what happened when cops showed up to Kyle Shanahan's car crash ... because they're not releasing the body cam footage.

The Michigan murder-suicide not only saw the shooting deaths of two parents and six children, but also the gruesome deaths of a bunch of pets who were found inside the family's "house of horror" ... TMZ has learned.

Ottawa County Sheriff's Office Captain Jake Sparks tells TMZ ... after police and firefighters responded to the Karolkiewicz house on July 24, they found at least 3 dead dogs and one dead cat inside the home. The pets all died from smoke or fire, and there may have been more pets who perished.

Sparks also said the bodies of Kristopher Karolkiewicz, 47, and his wife, Amanda “Mandy” Karolkiewicz, 39, were discovered in their bedroom. The couple's 4 sons and twin daughters -- ranging in age from 5 to 11 -- were found in their bedrooms as well.
