Taylor Frankie Paul’s ex-husband, Tate Paul, filed a motion to unseal drug test results as part of their bitter custody battle, TMZ has learned.

Tate, who shares kids Indy and Ocean with Taylor, filed court docs on Thursday with his request. 

The move comes weeks after Tate asked the court to grant him a restraining order against Taylor due to her alleged increasingly erratic behavior.

McKenna West -- the surrogate who ran off to Texas to have a California couple's baby without their consent -- will have absolutely no authority over the baby to whom she gave birth, this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

We've obtained a copy of the temporary restraining order obtained by the biological parents of baby Gabriel -- the name which West gave the baby -- and it strips her of any decision-making with respect to the child's care.

The TRO states she cannot make any medical decision on behalf of Gabriel, exercise any possession of him, represent herself as his parent, guardian or medical decision maker, or sign any document on behalf of him.

Orlando Brown Jr.'s ex-GF, Holly Means, is taking the NFL star to court over property she claims he won’t return ... accusing him of acting out of "anger and spite," ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Holly -- who claims Orlando has refused to return her belongings since their long-term relationship ended.

Holly says she lived with Orlando and their two kids in his Ohio home until their June 2025 breakup, when she claims he forced her out without notice before she could collect all of her property.

Kanye is also listed as a potential witness ... as is his chief of staff Milo Yiannopolous and many others.

Alleged Tupac Shakur Killer Keefe D Not Scared Of Life In Prison

Alleged Tupac Shakur killer Duane "Keefe D" Davis is doing "pretty good" in jail as his murder trial kicks off in Las Vegas ... and he's not nervous about going to state prison for life if he's convicted ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

Keefe D's trial began Monday with jury selection ... after he pleaded not guilty to Tupac's 1996 murder. Prosecutors say Keefe plotted the murder in Vegas and produced the gun used to assassinate the rapper ... but someone else fired the kill shot.

In 2023, Keefe was finally arrested for Tupac's murder after years of bragging about his alleged involvement during media interviews and under police questioning, where he had immunity. Following his arrest, Keefe was transferred to the Clark County Detention Center, where he has been locked up ever since, awaiting trial.  

Our sources say Keefe isn't scared of prison because he's been in and out of the slammer over the years ... but he still doesn't want to spend the rest of his days there.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner's mom, Pamela Warner, worked out a settlement with the actor's daughter's guardians over her inheriting a portion of his fortune ... TMZ has learned. 

Pamela tells us the agreement was hashed out with the guardians for Malcolm's daughter and has yet to be approved by the court. Malcolm's widow, Tenisha Warner, has not weighed in on the deal, nor does it appear she played a role ... but Pamela says she remains "hopeful that all parties will support the resolution."

Pamela said she also wanted to address the recent saddening public statements by Malcolm's widow, Tenisha. 

She said, "Recent claims that Pamela sought to prevent her granddaughter from receiving financial support are untrue."

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the former politician testified during her deposition that her romance with Matthew, who was married and working as her bodyguard, started in late May 2024 when they were in California.

Kyrsten said, "We were staying at an Airbnb in Napa, California. We were outside. Matt kissed me. We went inside and had sex."

She said under oath this was the first time they had sex or kissed.

Steven Tyler is fighting his teen abuse accuser over abortion evidence in their upcoming trial ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Steven and Julia Holcomb are going back and forth over whether the jury should be able to hear about two abortions Julia received.

Steven asked to exclude any evidence or reference to a 1975 abortion because he says it occurred in Massachusetts after she turned 18 and doesn't have any connection to sexual conduct in California.

However, Steven says if the judge does allow talk of the 1975 abortion, which would have been his kid, he wants permission to talk about a second abortion she got in 1979, when she was pregnant with another man's child.

The companies claim Selena and her mom made false representations about the infrastructure, leadership, and resources necessary for the company to launch into a profitable platform ... all to get investments from them. The companies say they invested over $1 million ... based on Selena making the rounds on TV shows and speaking in interviews about the business.

Former "All That" star Christy Knowings is dead after suffering an asthma attack that left her with brain damage ... TMZ has learned.

A family member tells TMZ ... Christy was hospitalized Friday after the attack and placed on life support.

We're told Christy remained on life support through Tuesday, when her family made the difficult decision to take her off it. She died Tuesday night at a Los Angeles-area hospital.

Surrogacy Drama Biological Parents Have Custody of Child For Now

The biological parents of the baby born to a surrogate who refused to have an abortion against their wishes have custody of the child for now ... at least according to their lawyer, who says the political theater surrounding the birth "devastated" them.

Lee Budner of Calabrese Budner, counsel to the baby's biological parents, tells TMZ ... their son -- named Gabriel by surrogate McKenna West -- was born Wednesday morning and is now in their physical custody while he receives medical care.

The couple's lawyer adds ... his clients are placing the baby's health first and following the advice of his medical team.

Xzibit says he and his ex-wife have finally come to an agreement on issues involving property and their child ... meaning their years-long legal drama may soon be finalized ... but he's still got an axe to grind over how she and her lawyer handled the case ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper filed a document earlier this month ... and checked off boxes indicating he and Krista Joiner have come to an agreement regarding property issues, child custody and visitation, and child support. The former couple share a son, Gatlyn, who was born in 2010.

Despite reaching a deal on these issues, Xzibit also filed documents claiming he's spent $1.6 million in attorneys' fees and costs over the last five years litigating the case ... which includes around $400K in attorneys' fees he says he's paid for Krista's lawyers. He claims Krista and her lawyer engaged in "scorched earth tactics" that delayed settlement and ran up the costs of the case
