According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Dorinda's neighbor is denying claims that she's encroaching on "The Real Housewives of New York City" alum's famed Massachusetts estate, Blue Stone Manor.

The neighbor argues that everywhere she’s accused of encroaching is still within the bounds of her own property, and insists she's already moved any possible encroachments.

The sober living facility where Presley Gerber died is losing employees and residents in the wake of his death ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... at least 4 employees have quit Resolutions Living since Presley's suspected overdose on September 20 at the Santa Monica rehab facility.

We're told the departing employees are believed to include several technicians and a member of the facility's kitchen staff.

The nightclub promoter who was ordered to pay millions, along with ex-NFL star Shawne Merriman, over the death of a former Playboy model is fighting the judgment entered against him ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Elias Wehbe, the promoter, is asking the court to set aside the $4 million judgment entered against him.

Elias believes the judgment is not proper and the evidence presented in the trial was insufficient to support the judgment entered.

Michael Gray -- famous for playing Billy Batson on "Shazam!" in the 70s -- is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

His publicist tells TMZ that the actor died on October 16 in Palm Desert, CA.

We're told he died of natural causes ... his publicist says Gray's health had failed him.

Disney star Erik von Detten is being accused of being a roadblock in a court investigation into his employer … following claims he committed elder abuse as part of his job, TMZ has learned. 

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, the creditors going after Erik's employer, Rosland Capital, claim the former child star has not voluntarily turned over documents to help them figure out answers. 

Rosland Capital is a company that advertised on Fox News and other cable shows … offering to help people invest in gold and precious metals. One couple, Sheila Greenberg and Norman Greenberg, sued Erik for allegedly selling them gold coins for $2 million … but they later learned the coins were only worth $1.3 million.

Selene Finance LP filed legal documents in Pinky's ongoing bankruptcy case on Thursday ... claiming Pinky owes more than $164K on a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the Atlanta area.

We're told Pinky has multiple homes in Georgia.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the company alleges Pinky hasn't paid her mortgage since December 2025 ... and it's asking the bankruptcy judge for permission to start pursuing a few different remedies -- including one that could lead to foreclosure.
