Timothy Busfield's upcoming child sex abuse trial in New Mexico looks like it might feature some explosive testimony ... because prosecutors are signaling that several people who've accused Timothy of sexual assault in the past will be called as witnesses.

New legal docs obtained by TMZ show the initial witness list put together by state prosecutors ... and it includes four people who have previously accused the actor of sexual misconduct.

One witness claims Timothy sexually assaulted her when she was 16 years old and auditioning for him at B Street Theatre in Sacramento, CA. Prosecutors say her father will also testify. The theater, which was founded by Timothy, told us the alleged incident happened about 25 years ago.

It's certainly not the headshot that's going to help land him his next role ... but Shia LaBeouf does have a new mug shot.

The photo of a dejected Shia was released by New Orleans authorities on Friday ... and was snapped after his arrest earlier this week, before he was charged with two counts of simple battery.

As TMZ reported ... the "Transformers" star was spotted having a little too much fun at Mardi Gras before getting beaten up outside a French Quarter bar -- and then arrested.

Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, is asking a judge to order her to pay him spousal support immediately -- despite his arrest for domestic violence and pending criminal case ... this according to new court docs.

Aaron argues in new legal docs that the only things that should be considered when determining support are his need, and Denise’s ability to pay.

He insists Denise’s claims that he beat her during the marriage should not factor into the judge's decision to grant spousal support ... because there is no criminal conviction against him and the case is still pending. In the docs, Aaron says he entered a plea of not guilty and has denied all of Denise’s claims of abuse.

Kim Kardashian says she's worried her ex making false public comments about her being a criminal racketeer could jeopardize her dreams of passing the bar and becoming an attorney ... according to new legal docs.

You'll recall ... Ray J publicly stated "racketeering charges against the Kardashians would be appropriate” in May last year, and went on to say ... “If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it.”

A few months later, Ray J went on a livestream and said, “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy” and “the feds is coming” ... adding that it was "worse than Diddy."

Kim and Kris sued Ray J for defamation over the comments and, in a newly filed declaration, says ... “When [Ray J] made these allegations about me and my mother, he had absolutely no basis to make them.”

"American Idol" alum Caleb Flynn is under arrest for allegedly murdering his wife ... but it looks like he's the one who called 911 and claimed someone broke into their Ohio home and shot his wife, Ashley.

Listen to Flynn's 911 call, obtained by TMZ ... he's emotional and borderline hysterical as he tells the dispatcher there's blood everywhere and gunshots to his wife's head.

Flynn says the door to the garage is wide open and their kids are in the house asleep. He tells the dispatcher his wife's face is "white as a ghost."

He's still on the call when cops arrive ... and you hear him talking to officers.

Former NFL player Keith Gray was found guilty of orchestrating a massive $328 million fraud scheme ... with the former UCONN captain being convicted this week on nine counts in federal court.

The Department of Justice shared news of the verdict Friday morning, saying Gray was the mastermind of a scheme to bill Medicare for "unnecessary genetic tests designed to evaluate the risk of various cardiovascular diseases and conditions."

In reality, the DOJ says there was no medical need for the tests ... but Gray kept billing Medicare, to the tune of an astounding $328 million, which resulted in a return of around $54 million from the government agency.

Darius McCrary won't be sentenced for missing a court appearance related to his failure to pay child support until next year ... but, even when he does, it sounds like one of his kids holds no ill will toward him.

The judge in McCrary's case ruled sentencing will take place January 25, 2027. The judge ordered McCrary to stay away from firearms, maintain employment, and not to try and contact the woman in this case for the next 11 months.

McCrary' son Zechariah sat in court Friday morning ... he apparently didn't want to speak but he did write a letter to the judge indicating he's not a victim.

Caleb Flynn -- who auditioned for "American Idol" in 2013 -- is back in the limelight but for all the wrong reasons ... he's just been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife.

Flynn was apprehended Thursday by the Tipp City PD in Ohio and booked into the county jail for murder, felonious assault and tampering with evidence, according to official records. Caleb also posed for a mug shot with no expression on his face.

Police say they discovered his wife Ashley's body inside the couple's Tipp City home, just north of Dayton, after cops received a report of a burglary at the residence.

Beverly Hills issued a public apology to Jaylen Brown after shutting down his All-Star event last week over "inaccurate information," ... but the Celtics star isn't accepting it, and is considering legal action.

The city released a statement addressing the incident on Thursday, days after not allowing Brown's All-Star event at an 18,000-square-foot estate on Trousale Place, where he was hosting a guest panel on the future of the culture.

Police initially cited missing permits as the reason for shutting down the event, but an internal review determined the City's "prior public communication contained inaccurate information."

Huge break for country singer Conner Smith ... prosecutors in Tennessee withdrew the charge against him that stemmed from a fatal car accident where the truck he was driving killed a woman in a crosswalk.

The Davidson County District Attorney's Office tells TMZ they withdrew Conner's misdemeanor citation at the request of the victim's family.

Worrick G Robinson IV, attorney for Conner Smith, tells TMZ ... “This devastating accident was a profound tragedy for the family of Dot Dobbins and the larger Germantown community. Over the past several months, Conner has been grateful for the opportunity to get to know Dot’s family personally and be able to voice his deep and sincere grief. While he is grateful that this legal chapter has concluded, he will continue to steadfastly lift her family up in prayer.”

As we first reported ... Conner got hit with a misdemeanor traffic offense -- failure to yield resulting in a fatality -- back in July 2025 ... a couple weeks after he was involved in a fatal car accident.

Sources familiar tell TMZ … David is pursuing all legal options.

David Del Rio did not come out on top in a reopened CBS investigation into his interactions with his former "Matlock" costar Leah Lewis ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ that the network did not change its earlier decision to fire Del Rio ... despite the actor presenting new evidence in an attempt to clear his name ... and the book has now been closed.

As TMZ first reported, David adamantly denied claims against him -- that he allegedly sexually assaulted Lewis on Paramount property in October. He hired powerhouse lawyer Shawn Holley to represent him, and the network reopened the investigation into the actor after he demanded they review additional details.

Bill Cosby is being forced to answer questions about whether he transferred property to his wife, Camille Cosby, amid his ongoing legal troubles ... TMZ has learned.

Following a hearing this week, Cosby was ordered to turn over financial records showing his and his wife’s net worth within the last two years, as part of the lawsuit brought by one of his rape accusers, Donna Motsinger.

The comedian was instructed to produce records showing his bank statements, retirement accounts and other financial accounts from December 2024 to December 2025.

The judge said Cosby will also have to produce any documents showing the "transfer of any property from him to his wife, or his family or any business, trust and company in which he, his wife, or family has an ownership in the past 12 years.”

2/20/2026 5:57 AM PT -- Sources close to Philip tell TMZ that Baron is a dog and Caro is Philip's wife.

Ghislaine Maxwell apparently has a jealous streak just now coming to light, and it relates to a special act -- a urine fetish -- and, it was recently uncovered in Jeffrey Epstein file emails.

Here's the deal ... we've just found a 2002 email exchange in the massive trove of Epstein documents released earlier this year, between Maxwell and a man named Philip Levine, in which Maxwell asks Levine how he could send her pictures of "Baron" being "unfaithful" to her with another woman.

She explains ... "I am devastated. Tell me he did not pee on her too. At least if he did not do that I know that he does not feel threatened so I still hold pride of place." It's unclear if Ghislaine's joking in her email or totally serious.

The Guthrie family now has even more help in tracking down their missing matriarch, Nancy ... Mexican nonprofit org Madres Buscadoras de Sonora (Spanish for "Searching Mothers of Sonora") tells TMZ they've joined the effort in bringing Nancy back home.

The group's founder, Ceci Flores Armenta, tells us a reporter reached out to the organization and requested their help. Ceci says the Guthries did not contact them, contrary to reports, but she says they hope to contact the family today.

Guadalupe Trejo -- one of the moms searching in Tucson, Arizona, on behalf of the organization -- tells us ... she's been combing the terrain outside Nancy's house, with 2 other moms still on the way.

Former Prince Andrew is under arrest by police in England in relation to documents revealed in the Epstein Files ... which detail his longtime friendship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The disgraced ex-royal -- who now goes by his name Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor -- was apprehended by Thames Valley Police officers on suspicion of misconduct in public office at his home today, on his 66th birthday. The arrest comes a couple weeks after an anti-royal organization asked authorities to investigate whether Andrew shared confidential British financial info with Epstein in 2010.

The police department issued a press release, saying a man in his 60s was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, and that officers are currently searching two addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk, which are located in the eastern part of England. A conviction carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment in the United Kingdom.

The release noted police "will not be naming the arrested man, as per national guidance" ... in response to direct queries about the former prince.

Prince Andrew’s fall from grace just hit a new low ... because neither King Charles III nor Buckingham Palace got a heads-up before cops swooped in and arrested him today.

BBC News reports the bust went down without any warning given to the King or any palace insiders -- the disgraced ex-royal was cuffed Thursday morning in England in connection with explosive revelations from the Epstein Files ... he was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office for allegedly sending confidential British trade reports to Epstein back in 2010.

Once Charles got wind of the drama, he wasted no time distancing himself -- releasing a statement making it crystal clear he fully backs the police probe into Andrew’s alleged ties to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
