"The Blind Side" star Quinton Aaron's family is revealing what led to his hospitalization ... they tell us he suffered a spinal stroke.

Quinton's family tells us he is "alert, aware and recovering."

In a statement Thursday, Aaron's family says ... "We acknowledge that you’ve heard about Quinton Aaron‘s condition. We appreciate the overwhelming love, support and prayers that Quinton has received over the past few days from his fans, the public, and our concerned community."

They add ... "To update everyone, he had a spinal stroke. He is alert, aware and recovering."

Marc Anthony and his wife Nadia Ferreira's family will soon be a quartet ... because the pair is expecting their second child!

The singer-songwriter and his model better half announced the happy news on social media Wednesday ... posting a pic of Nadia's growing baby bump with her hand, Marc's hand and their son Marco's hand on her belly.

The couple -- who are celebrating their third wedding anniversary Wednesday as well -- captioned the post, "Happy 3rd anniversary!! Qué regalo tan grande nos da la vida. Dios es grande ✨ Marquito is going to be a big brother. ❤️"

Hilary Duff brought her Small Rooms, Big Nerves tour to New York City Tuesday night ... but her sister Haylie was busy hanging out with Ashley Tisdale and their kids following the "toxic" mom group drama.

Check out the snap Haylie posted on her Story Tuesday -- it shows her 7-year-old Lulu playing under a table with Ashley's daughter Jupiter, 4. Ashley showed her seal of approval by reposting the story to her own account.

Notably, it's reported Ashley sold Haylie her Studio City, Calif. home in 2016, so there's some history between the pair. Haylie is now based out of her home state of Texas.

Paul Pierce has been hit with a paternity lawsuit from a woman who says he is the father of her unborn child ... and now she's asking for a DNA test to back up her claims.

Princess Santiago, who works as an event director in L.A., filed the suit on January 12 and TMZ Sports has obtained a copy. In the docs, Santiago is asking the court to compel the 48-year-old to take genetic testing to determine whether he is the father of the child.

"I filed for paternity papers after multiple attempts to resolve this privately," Santiago said in a statement. "Paul Pierce is the father of my son, King, and I am simply asking for a paternity test so the truth can be confirmed."

Buffalo Sabres captain Rasmus Dahlin's fiancée, Carolina Matovac, announced on Monday she was pregnant amid her health battle that resulted in a heart transplant ... and heartbreakingly, today was the child's due date.

Carolina -- who got engaged to the defenseman in 2025 -- shared the tragic news on her Instagram ...  with a photo of the couple on a plane as she received medical care.

"Today was meant to be the day we finally met you," Carolina said. "You will always hold a special place in our hearts as our first baby, even though we never had the chance to meet. Our love for you is endless."

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have repeatedly insisted they're still broken up ... but these pics suggest they're still very friendly, to say the least.

The parents were spotted taking their daughter, Saga, for what we'll call a "family dinner date" Sunday night.

11:51 AM PT -- We’re getting more details about Corey’s frightening incident. A rep for Corey’s father, Rick, tells TMZ ... the injury stemmed from a motorcycle accident and Corey was the only person involved.

We’re told Rick visited Corey in the hospital Sunday, and Corey is expected to be “off his feet” and confined to bed for the next six weeks.

As for Rick, he’s getting married today on the beach in Cancun. His Las Vegas wedding a couple of weeks ago was simply to “take care of the paperwork.” Corey, who lives in Tulum, had been planning to attend the ceremony.

Corey posted pictures of his battered and bruised mug from a hospital bed Monday, writing ... "Pretty messed up but I'm good crash bars are awesome 3 nights in the hospital 11 breaks in my rib cage Will do an episode on @theCoreyHarrisonshow sorry Pops looks like I’m missing your wedding."

Corey also included pics of his X-rays, showing the whole brutal extent of the damage -- and it's really bad.

Alexander Key, a 37-year-old chef, was last seen Friday afternoon at the Cobweb Inn in the village of Boscastle around 2:30 PM ... CCTV shows him leaving about an hour later, and by Saturday night he was reported missing to Devon and Cornwall Police, The Telegraph reports.
