POTUS was touring the facility dubbed "Alligator Alcatraz," when a reporter pointed out the joint is actually very comfortably air-conditioned -- but 47 blew off that remark, and instead fired off a comedic shot at former President Biden.

Doing his best Henny Youngman (Google him, kids) impression, Trump said ... "Hey, Biden wanted me in here. It didn't work out that way, but wanted me in here, that son of a b*tch."

6:30 AM PT -- The Trump-Musk battle waged on this morning ... Trump said on Fox News, he was looking into deporting Elon. In response, Elon said on X, he's tempted to escalate the situation, but will not right now.

Donald Trump is trading jabs with Elon Musk again ... this time threatening to turn his former department against him as the SpaceX founder continues to trash DT's Big Beautiful Bill.

In Trump's Truth Social rant Monday night -- he says he's fed up with Elon's criticism and clearly making a power play over the entire scenario, slamming his former right-hand-guy's push for electric vehicles and reminding him about all the government help he gets.

He notes ... "Elon may get more subsidy than any human being in history, by far, and without subsidies, Elon would probably have to close up shop and head back home to South Africa."

Chris Brown's putting one part of his legal battle over an alleged nightclub fight behind him -- as he seems to have reached a settlement with the guy who sued him over it.

Abe Diaw sued Chris back in 2023, claiming the singer struck him with a tequila bottle during an appearance at TAPE nightclub in London -- but on Friday, Abe filed docs asking an L.A. County judge to dismiss the suit.

According to the docs, Diaw wants it dismissed with prejudice ... meaning he can't refile it, and that typically means there was a settlement between the parties. We don't know if there was any money exchanged ... we've reached out to attorneys for Chris and Abe.

Scott Wolf's request for a restraining order has been granted ... and, for the time being, his estranged wife Kelley isn't supposed to go anywhere near their kids.

The "Party of Five" star was granted the restraining order in Utah Wednesday afternoon ... with the judge noting in his decision Kelley has "engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat or immediate and irreparable harm" to the couple's kids.

The judge awarded temporary sole physical and temporary sole legal custody of their three children ... and, until further notice, Kelley "shall not have any parent-time or contact" with Scott or the kids.

Scott Wolf is seeking court-ordered protection against his estranged wife amid a nasty divorce.

The "Party of Five" star beelined it to court Tuesday in Utah and filed for a temporary restraining order against 'Real World' star Kelley Wolf ... TMZ has confirmed.

Scott's filing includes his declaration and another declaration from Michael Wolf, who appears to be one of his siblings.

Zunilda Hoyos Mendez -- a 43-year-old Colombian bodybuilder known as "She Hulk" -- was found beaten to death with a hammer this week ... and her husband was also discovered deceased from self-inflicted knife wounds, according to reports.

Local outlets say cops visited a rental home in the Spanish town of Fuengirola on Thursday after Mendez was reported missing by a friend a day prior. When officers arrived ... they discovered Mendez and her husband, Jarrod Gelling, dead in the house.

Canarias7 stated cops determined the wounds on Mendez's body showed "clear signs of violence" ... and the wounds on Gelling suggest he died by suicide. An autopsy will determine his official cause of death.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have their parenting responsibilities ironed out -- at least for the first few weeks of summer -- and, their little girl is getting some quality time with her grandparents ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, Zolciak and Biermann's daughter -- Kaia Rose -- should have headed to Montana earlier this week for at least three consecutive weeks ... without Mom and Dad.
