Val Kilmer's cause of death has been revealed ... the legendary actor died from pneumonia, TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained the death certificate released by the Los Angeles County Department of Health. Kilmer's immediate cause of death has been confirmed as pneumonia. Underlying causes listed on the death certificate are acute hypoxemic respiratory failure, chronic respiratory failure, and squamous cell carcinoma of the base of the tongue.

Other contributing factors include malnutrition, and a tracheocutaneous fistula. We've also learned he was cremated on April 7.

The former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star -- who just days ago revealed her cancer is now stage 4 -- shared the morbid conversation on this week's episode of her "Two T's In A Pod" podcast with cohost Tamra Judge, confirming her dad called her 11 times in a row to discuss her burial plans.

She breaks down the whole scenario in the clip ... in short, she says the "Jack and Diane" singer wanted "to make sure" she would be joining the family plot in Indiana. Teddi agreed -- under the condition her kids -- Slate, 12, Cruz, 10 and Dove, 5 -- would also have a spot.

Jeff took to Instagram revealing he was in Mill Valley, CA for a comedy show on Saturday night and after the show him and the band celebrated at a restaurant. He says they ate burrata ice cream and shortly after his lips started puffing up.

He writes ... "It was delicious. Seriously yummy. But my lips blew up and I spent the entire night in the ER. It was my first allergic reaction ever. I guess that’s pretty remarkable considering I’m constantly shoving whatever food is in front of me into my face."

Mark Ronson went from the DJ booth to a hospital bed ... and it sounds like he was trying to do way too much.

The producer/DJ just posted a photo of himself in the hospital, explaining how some heavy lifting during a DJ set resulted in him needing medical attention.

Mark says he was in the middle of a mix when he tried to turn the stage monitor towards the crowd to "give them some extra juice." Problem is, Mark says the stage monitor weighed way more than he thought and he ended up popping two tendons in his bicep.
