Jackson Estate Sued Over 'Herpes Cure'
A man is suing Michael Jackson's estate, claiming the singer is responsible for the theft of his herpes cure.
Erle Bonner claims Jackson gave his formulas for "herpes cure, acne cures and arthritis cures" to a guy named Kevin Trudeau, also a defendant, who allegedly pilfered them.
Bonner also claims ..."someone from the Jackson family came by my house and shot a 22 pistol in the air. They turned around in a neighbor's driveway and drove away."
Bonner also claims in his suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court ... Jackson stole nine copyrights and the idea for an automobile insurance policy that "would revolutionize insurance for cars in America."
There's more, but you get the point.

Jackson Probe Coming in for a Landing
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the Michael Jackson homicide case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney in 3 to 4 weeks.
We're told the lion's share of the investigation has been completed and Dr. Conrad Murray remains the singular target. Our sources say LAPD detectives have requested opinions from several medical experts who will analyze the evidence and offer their opinions on Dr. Murray's conduct.
The medical experts are supposed to submit their finding in 2 to 3 weeks and we're told detectives need an additional week to assemble their evidence before they make a formal presentation to the D.A.
Law enforcement sources also say an arrest will not be made before Dr. Murray is charged with a crime -- of course that assumes he will be charged.
The case is complicated by the fact that Jackson had been taking various medications, even though the evidence is compelling that Propofol was the direct cause of Jackson's death.

Rowe: Potential MJ Baby Daddies Want 'Fame'
A couple names are being thrown around as the possible biological father of Michael Jackson's kids -- but Debbie Rowe, the one who birthed 2 of 'em, had only one thing to say about it ... and she's referencing Warhol.
FYI -- Rowe was at the offices of Dr. Klein, one of the potential fathers ... and yes, she was wearing the Three Wolf Moon shirt again.

Rowe Settles Custody Issues Over Jackson Kids
TMZ has learned Debbie Rowe has settled her custody issues over Michael Jackson's children and it doesn't involve a single penny ... but it does involve a shrink.
Sources tell us, Rowe has agreed that Katherine Jackson will be the guardian of Michael's children, subject to the judge's approval.
Rowe will get visitation of the two children she had with Michael.
But here's what's interesting -- Rowe wants and will get a psychologist who will visit the children and help them adjust to her being in their lives on a meaningful basis.
Rowe will maintain her parental rights. We're told the agreement does not specify the amount of visitation.
The agreement says Rowe has no parental rights to Blanket, Jackson's youngest child.
Michael Jackson's Word Worthless?
Michael Jackson's word holds about as much weight as his frame -- at least according to the promoter who plans on suing him over the Jackson family concert.
Michael told us yesterday he was gonna do the concert -- the one with Janet and the Jackson 5 in Texas in 2010 -- but the CEO of the company planning to throw the concert thinks Jacko's word is worth nothing.
Patrick Allocco told us his company will sue M.J. unless the singer signs on the dotted line, promising to sing with his sister and his bros.
Jackson has balked at doing the family concert, favoring his London gig ... which could be in jeopardy.
UPDATE: We just received the following comment from Allocco, "Let me say this as clearly and unequivocally as I possibly can ... I have spoken with Michael Jackson and I believe that he is an honorable man. A man of his word. I look forward to working with him and his entire family on the historic show we have been planning for more than a year."

Jacko I Won't Screw Over My Family
Huge news....Michael Jackson told us he is indeed doing that special, one night concert with the Jackson 5 and sister Janet in Texas -- as well as his London concert series. Problem is ...he could still get sued.
The Jackson family is in chaos over Jacko's decision to perform in London, because his rep signed a deal that he'd do a concert with his family and not perform anywhere else for 18 months. The group organizing the family concert has threatened to sue if the London concert goes on.
Jacko stands to make $3 million off the family concert -- and a lot more from the London gigs. Jackson's bros would split $500,000 for their troubles. The question -- is this enough jack to avert a suit?

Jacko Settles Child Custody Dispute with Ex-Wife
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Michael Jackson and his ex-wife, Deborah Rowe, have settled their lengthy legal battle over custody and visitation rights for their two children, her lawyer said Friday.
"We're still dealing with the details but it addresses all of the disputes between the parties," said attorney Marta Almli. "I can't say anything about the terms of the settlement but I don't think it would have happened if both parties didn't agree it was appealing to both of them."
