While Diddy's sitting in jail awaiting sentencing in his federal criminal case ... he can celebrate a win in a civil lawsuit filed by a guy who claimed the mogul drugged him and sexually assaulted him in a nightclub.
The lawsuit was filed back in February, and the plaintiff said he was an up-and-coming 23-year-old artist in 2015 when he scored a gig at an L.A. nightclub ... where Diddy was in attendance.
The alleged details sound like several other Diddy lawsuits -- the John Doe plaintiff claimed he'd been given a drink, fell unconscious and woke up to Diddy having "unwanted sexual contact" with him. In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, Doe also claimed Diddy threatened his future career if he resisted.

Cardi B is telling her side of the story in a civil trial with a former security guard ... and she says she called the woman a bitch for recording her in a doctor's office.
The "Bodak Yellow" rapper took the stand Tuesday and testified she was walking through a Beverly Hills obstetrician's office while 4 months pregnant in 2018 when a security guard at the building, Emani Ellis, started following her and recording on a smartphone.
Cardi says she confronted the woman and they got in each other's faces in the hallway and called each other all sorts of nasty names ... including "bitch."
Vince McMahon Wants Reckless Driving Case Tossed
Vince McMahon is asking a court to throw out his reckless driving case, TMZ Sports has learned.
Mark Sherman, an attorney for the former WWE honcho, tells us he filed a motion on his client's behalf on Tuesday to suspend and dismiss the matter -- which stemmed from a car crash McMahon was involved in late last month.
While it's unclear what the basis for the motion is ... Sherman said in a statement if it's granted, it "would ensure a complete dismissal of the case but still allows Vince to convey contrition and concern for the other drivers, which is his top priority."
Emmanuel Haro's Parents Officially Charged With Murder!!!
The parents of missing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro have officially been charged with murder, as well as a misdemeanor, following their arrests last Friday.
Jake and Rebecca Haro were hit with charges of felony murder and misdemeanor filing a false police report, the Riverside County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday. Bail was set at $1 million each.
The update came just before the controversial couple was expected to arrive at Riverside Hall of Justice -- about 50 miles east of Los Angeles -- where they were set to be arraigned ... as their infant son, who investigators now believe is deceased, remains missing.

Cutler was then sentenced to four days in jail -- which we're told he'll have to begin serving by the end of next month.

Cardi B made her debut in court Monday for her civil trial in which a former security guard said the rapper ridiculed her, spit on her, and even cut her with a fingernail!
Emani Ellis took the stand in a Los Angeles courtroom and testified she first encountered Cardi at a Beverly Hills obstetrician's office, where Cardi had an appointment while 4 months pregnant in 2018.
Ellis testified she spotted Cardi and said, "Wow, that's Cardi B," prompting Cardi to get in her face and accuse her of using her phone to spread word of Cardi's private medical visit.

Lil Nas X is back on the street ... but he's not walking home naked down Ventura Blvd. ... he's riding around in a Jeep dressed in his blue jail jumpsuit after posting bail.
The "Old Town Road" rapper was just freed on $75,000 bond and we got him leaving a county jail in Van Nuys ... and he was in no mood to talk to our photog.

A woman got a mouthful of a human fingertip when she bit into a chicken wrap she ordered from a restaurant in New York City ... at least according to a new lawsuit.
Mary Elizabeth Smith claims she ordered a chicken wrap from Create in Astoria, Queens, back in November 2023 ... and says when she took a bite, she discovered human tissue ... namely, a fingertip.
In her suit, obtained by TMZ, Smith says the fingertip was fully in her mouth after biting into the chicken wrap. We also obtained photos of the alleged fingertip.

At the shop, Kohberger wanted to change the title and registration on his Hyundai Elantra from his home state of Pennsylvania to Washington, where he attended Washington State University as a PhD student, cops said.
