President Trump's alleged 50th birthday note to Jeffrey Epstein has just been revealed ... complete with a naked woman sketch, and some mysterious/creepy words.

Rep. Robert Garcia just reposted an image of the alleged letter on X ... and it features several lines of typewritten text, a drawing of a naked woman showing breasts, and the name "Donald" signed squiggly, as if it were pubic hair on the woman.

The alleged letter to Epstein is written as a conversation between Trump and Epstein. It begins with a voice-over, "There must be more to life than having everything."

The stunt performer suing Kevin Costner over an alleged unscripted rape scene on a movie set is adding some new details to her lawsuit ... she says she was menstruating and her underwear was exposed when her pantaloons were ripped open.

Devyn LaBella is suing Kevin for sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation for an alleged incident during "Horizon 2" filming ... he's trying to get her lawsuit dismissed, claiming the woman is mischaracterizing what went down on set ... but now she's firing back.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, LaBella claims during the alleged unscripted rape scene her pantaloons were ripped open from the waist down to the crotch ... making her panties visible at a time when she was on her period.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ ... Luigi says he's working in his janitorial role at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits federal and state trials for the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in December 2024. Luigi was arrested and charged by the feds and New York state prosecutors with a slew of crimes, including murder and stalking.

In his latest federal court filing, Luigi claims he's been a model prisoner with no disciplinary record since he landed in the Big House around Christmastime last year. Luigi is asking federal prosecutors why they think his crimes are so awful that he deserves the death penalty.

Denise Richards wants her estranged husband Aaron Phypers to cut her a check for spousal support ... but it might be tough because he's already claimed he has no money coming in.

The actress just filed her response to Aaron's divorce petition ... and she's seeking spousal support from him, and seeking to prevent the court from awarding Aaron spousal support from her.

As we first reported ... Aaron filed for divorce back in July, and he said he had no income and wanted spousal support from Denise, estimating she was grossing over $250,000 a month from OnlyFans, brand deals, TV and appearances.

New twist in the case of the Kentucky judge who was fatally shot on camera by a former sheriff ... turns out Judge Kevin Mullins allegedly had NO relationship with the underage daughter of ex-Sheriff Shawn Stines.

First, let's recap ... back in Sept. 2024, Mullins was sitting at his desk in his chambers when Stines walked in with a gun and shot him dead ... as a security camera captured the shooting on video, which was later publicly disseminated. Prosecutors charged former Letcher County Sheriff Stines with murder.

At the time, it was widely believed Mullins was fooling around with Stines' daughter because her phone number was allegedly found in his phone's call log. Stines had supposedly found out about the relationship and decided to take matters into his own hands ... we're learning that was not the case.
