Kristi Noem's estranged husband, Bryon Noem, agrees their marriage is over but doesn't agree with her spousal support suggestion ... he thinks the money should flow his way, not hers.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Bryon agreed the marriage was over due to irreconcilable differences ... but he disagreed with Kristi on the financials.

In her petition, filed on September 28, Kristi says she wants to preserve the ability to ask for spousal support. Bryon and Kristi have three kids, but they are all adults … so child support isn't on the line.

However, in his newly filed response, Bryon says he should be the one to potentially receive monthly payments.

Michael Desronvil -- the lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial -- says Clancy's attorney put a big fat target on his back, making him fear for his life.

In his first televised interview Thursday, Desronvil told Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany that he felt "scared" after Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, filed a motion asking the judge to authorize an investigation into Desronvil after his vote caused a mistrial.

In the motion, Reddington asked the court to review Desronvil's cell phone data usage during deliberations. The attorney also requested that Desronvil answer questions concerning how truthful he was on his jury questionnaire.

Stefon Diggs is firing back at claims that he had a man assaulted because he believed he had something to do with his stolen Ferrari ... TMZ has learned.

In recently filed court docs, the Washington Commanders wide receiver said Nigel King, the man suing him for defamation, has provided no proof that he instructed others to beat Nigel up on December 4, 2025.

As TMZ first reported, Nigel said he works as a concierge for rich clients, like Stefon. He said Stefon hired him to handle travel and other logistics, including helping the NFL star coordinate his Ferrari being sent from Miami to New York in July 2024.

"7 Little Johnstons" star Anna Johnston was hauled into jail after being arrested for DUI ... and flashed a big smile for her mug shot.

According to a police report obtained by multiple outlets, Anna was arrested in Georgia on Saturday after cops saw her car parked on the side of the highway and investigated.

The report says Anna was driving her boyfriend, Jeffrey Messervy, and his cousin when she got into an argument with Jeffrey and pulled over. They say Jeffrey told them he was "upset due to Anna driving them around with alcohol in her system."

Anna was allegedly slurring her speech when the officer arrived and was asked to take a breathalyzer ... and cops say she blew a 0.139. Police say she reeked of booze and bombed a field sobriety test, so they arrested her for DUI.

Bryce Hall allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend, Mika Lafuente, after they got into a fight over a vacuum ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Mika called police on July 27, 2026, after she claimed the influencer got physical with her at his home.

Mika claimed she went to Bryce's home to retrieve some of her stuff following their breakup. She said she had most of her stuff and then went to grab a Roomba.

She claimed Bryce told her the vacuum was not leaving his home. She claimed they got into a verbal argument, which she says led to him grabbing her and placing her over his shoulder.

The lone holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial is doubling down on his belief she's guilty ... claiming he had plenty of evidence to back up his position, but he's keeping some of it under wraps.

Michael Desronvil sat down with Fox News's Kayleigh McEnany ... insisting he had absolutely no reasonable doubt about Clancy's guilt, despite 11 other jurors believing she wasn't criminally responsible for killing her 3 children.

And while Desronvil says he had plenty of evidence to support his decision, he's not spilling all the details ... saying he wants to respect the other jurors and let the court process play out.

Lucian Piane allegedly spit at hotel staff, smoked inside the lobby and threw water around just hours before his death ... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report from Lucian's arrest, Embassy Suites staff called Glendale PD around 6:30 PM Sunday after Lucian allegedly refused to leave. The caller reported Lucian was throwing items at the front desk and smoking in the lobby.

Things escalated minutes later ... with the caller reporting Lucian had spit at the front desk and at the person who called police, before allegedly throwing water everywhere.

Lucian Piane, best known for his work on "RuPaul's Drag Race," had a bizarre run-in with police just hours before his death ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Lucian was arrested Sunday after allegedly throwing a water bottle at a hotel manager at an Embassy Suites in Glendale, CA. He allegedly accused the manager of running a prostitution ring before hurling a water bottle at him.

We're told Glendale Police Department responded and arrested Lucian for assault around 6:45 PM.

A jury hit Tyreek Hill with a mixed verdict in his high-profile civil battery trial in Miami, finding the star wideout liable on two counts of battery against his estranged wife ... and ordering him to pay $500K in damages.

But it wasn't all bad news for the 32-year-old free agent.

The six-person jury found Hill not liable on eight of the 10 counts, which included additional battery claims, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress against ex, Keeta Vaccaro.

She was also denied punitive damages.

The two battery counts Hill was found liable for stemmed from incidents in January 2024 and April 2025, the latter partially captured on a nanny cam.

Katya said it is in the best interest of the kids for the parents to have shared responsibility for the kids ... but only if she has the "ultimate decision-making authority" regarding their health, education, and extracurricular activities.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Travis’ alleged former partner claims she started dating him in August 2024. The woman said she did not have any other sexual partners other than Travis from August 2024 to the time she filed her lawsuit. 

She said Travis knew he had genital herpes but did not tell her before having sex. She accuses Travis of negligence and battery.
