Little kids are being indoctrinated in public schools through readings from LGBTQ+ books ... and parents should have the power to prevent their kids from consuming that content ... according to a lawyer on a case being heard by the Supreme Court.

Eric Baxter is representing a group of Maryland parents who are objecting to books about gay and transgender characters being read in elementary schools, and he joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to lay out their argument.

The case went before SCOTUS this week and Eric says all parents want is the right to have their kids opt out of readings from books where some controversial topics are explored ... like sexuality, same-sex marriages and gender identity.

JoJo Siwa's trading in one letter of LGBTQ+ for another ... telling her "Celebrity Big Brother" housemates her time on the show has helped her realize she's not lesbian.

The influencer and dancer revealed the news on the UK show Tuesday night ... explaining to her housemate, Danny Beard, she thought she was a lesbian -- but has recently realized she's actually Queer.

Siwa then screamed out, "I’m switching letters! F--- the L, I’m going to the Q! That’s what I love about sexuality."

Dylan Meyer is now happily married to Kristen Stewart ... and she's showing off her gold wedding band for the world to see.

TMZ obtained a photo of Dylan dressed casually in a T-shirt and sweatpants outside her Los Angeles home -- flashing her shiny new ring --- after she tied the knot with the famous actress in a private ceremony Sunday.

"If Nancy Mace invested even half as much effort into crafting actual policy or advocating for the people of South Carolina as she does posting about my outfits and spinning dramatics about a two-second public interaction, maybe — just maybe — her district wouldn’t be clinging to the bottom rung of national rankings in education, infrastructure, and healthcare access. Congresswoman Nancy Mace isn’t backing down -- in fact, she’s doubling down on an argument that went viral this weekend, even as the internet’s still split on who really started the drama.

Mace kicked off the week swinging, posting on X -- "Good morning to everyone except men who wear daisy dukes" -- a clear jab at the guy she clashed with in that viral clip, who she flamed not just for his tiny short-shorts, but for browsing in a makeup store too.

Nancy seemed to be on a bit of a press tour, hyping up her upcoming 77 WABC radio interview on X -- teasing she'd be talking "daisy dukes and lunatics who get in the faces of conservatives." Kristen Stewart is officially a married woman -- because TMZ has learned she and her fiancée tied the knot after going to a courthouse to obtain a marriage license.

Jo Ellis is a Black Hawk helicopter pilot with the Virginia Army National Guard claims in a new lawsuit, she was smeared as the pilot involved in the tragic crash. Ellis says Matt Wallace, an influencer with 2.3 million followers, posted her picture and claimed she was the pilot of the doomed Black Hawk, alleging it was a "trans terror attack."

Wallace claimed Ellis intentionally crashed the chopper into the jet due to her "depression" and "Gender Dysphoria."

Mickey Rourke's facing expulsion from "Celebrity Big Brother" after making a series of offensive comments ... including firing off a gay slur at JoJo Siwa.

The actor was pulled aside in the house to speak in the Diary Room on the U.K. version of the show ... with 'Big Brother' telling him the show found the language he used "unacceptable."

Earlier in the episode, Mickey asked Siwa -- who came out as gay in 2021 -- if she liked boys or girls. When JoJo said her partner was nonbinary, Mickey replied she wouldn't be gay anymore if he stays longer than four days ... basically claiming he could turn her straight.

Kristen Stewart knows how to shock people with her unique fashion choices — but she may have even outdone herself with her latest get-up.

The actress popped up at a screening for her film, "Sacramento," at the Vista Theatre in Los Angeles Monday night — and she wore a black leather bra with dark slacks and a pair of multi-colored suspenders.
