Jon Taffer is once again suing a man allegedly running around Florida bars pretending to be him and harassing people, according to a new lawsuit filed by the "Bar Rescue" star and his lawyer, Bradford Cohen.

Here's what we know ... in court docs obtained by TMZ, Jon claims Vic Caroleo has been impersonating him since 2017 -- continuing to do so even after filing a lawsuit against him in 2024.

JT says VC is not just trying to pass himself off as him as a form of flattery -- he alleges he's committing "sexually inappropriate and abusive acts against women" while using his name.

Universal Music Group is being sued by a man who claims he worked with huge acts like Johnny Cash, Twisted Sister and Shania Twain and is owed over $72 million for unpaid services.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a man named Gary Douglas Peabody claims Johnny Cash called him up in 1970 and asked him to come to New York to get signed as a singer or backup singer and writer. He says Cash was working for UMG.

He claims Johnny called him up again in 1974 and told him UMG owed him $25 million ... asking him to come to NY to collect the funds.

Six years and lots of moolah later ... the Playboy mansion has been restored to its former glory.

On the stand, Regina confirmed her daughter dated Sean "Diddy" Combs after the singer had signed with Bad Boy Records -- she recalls meeting Diddy in 2006, and says her daughter and Diddy started dating, then moved to Los Angeles.

Prosecution asked Regina to read a December 2011 message to her from her daughter. Regina related Cassie informed her Diddy had threatened to release a sex tape and intended to go after Cassie and Mr. Mescudi -- AKA Kid Cudi, who Cassie began seeing during a break in her relationship with Diddy.

Travis Kelce has headed south to shape up for the upcoming NFL year ... he's reportedly working on his body in Florida this offseason -- and getting serious about recovery in a $20 million mansion.

Kelce moved into the luxurious Boca Raton pad in April, according to the Daily Mail, arriving at the property with a buddy, a personal chef and a fleet of pricey vehicles.
