Todd and Julie Chrisley are home from federal prison after getting pardons from President Trump, and their family and legal team talked about their release in a press conference ... where Todd fired a shot at CNN.

Todd and Savannah Chrisley, as well as attorneys Alex Little and Zack Lawson, held a press conference Friday in Nashville where they reacted to the full and unconditional pardons granted by Trump.

Savannah stepped up to the mic first ... calling Todd and Julie's pardons a "dream" and expressing gratitude for everyone in the Trump administration and beyond for getting her parents out of jail. She also railed against the "politicization" of the Department of Justice.

We're getting a closer look at the alleged plot undertaken by two NYC suspects accused of kidnapping an Italian man and torturing him to obtain a password to his Bitcoin fortune ... prosecutors revealed in court this week the victim was allegedly lured to Manhattan in an attempt to reclaim some of his currency that had already been stolen.

John Woeltz and William Duplessie, two hard-partying "crypto bros" living in an 8-bedroom SoHo townhouse, are in custody after a barefoot and bloody Michael Valentino Teofrasto Carturan approached a cop on the street last week and said he'd just escaped from being imprisoned and tortured at the residence.

Prosecutors allege Woeltz and Duplessie had previously forced Carturan, a multimillionaire, to send them Bitcoin after they threatened to kill his family. Woeltz and Duplessie allegedly told Carturan he could get his Bitcoin back if he personally showed up in New York, which he did in early May.

Offset's not willing to give up his "Bad and Boujee" lifestyle ... and, he's asking the court to ensure his estranged wife, Cardi B, helps him maintain it.

The rapper filed an amended divorce response earlier this month in which he's now asking that Cardi pay him spousal support. He does not request a specific amount in the documents.

The rest of the requests look relatively unchanged ... 'cause Offset's still asking for joint custody of their children -- and he wants Cardi's place to serve as the primary residence for the kids.

HYBE -- the company that manages BTS and other major K-Pop acts -- has been raided as part of an insider trading investigation ... according to reports out of South Korea.

The Korea Times reported early Thursday the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office searched the company's office in central Seoul.

Todd and Julie Chrisley have been pardoned after President Donald Trump signed off  Wednesday ... meaning they're officially free after more than two years in prison.

A White House official confirmed to TMZ ... the papers are all signed and the pardons are official -- so Todd and Julie will be walking out of federal prison very soon.

Their daughter Savannah shared the news to her Instagram too -- posting a pic of Trump beaming while presenting the pardons ... and claiming God hasn't turned his back on the Chrisley fam.

Todd and Julie Chrisley have not just regained their freedom, they may regain millions and millions of dollars they paid in restitution.

As you know, President Trump pardoned the Chrisleys Tuesday, citing what he believed was an unfair trial and sentence.

The Chrisleys were sentenced to more than 7 years in prison and ordered to repay more than $17 million in restitution. Their lawyer has said they have paid some of that restitution back, but not all of it.

David Geffen may be in for a battle, because his estranged husband has just filed legal docs strongly suggesting his estranged hubby wants a chunk of David's fortune.

David Andrew Armstrong (aka Donovan Michaels) filed a response to Geffen's divorce petition. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Armstrong's lawyer, Samantha Spector, checked a box that asks the judge to "Determine rights to community and quasi-community assets and debts."

That's significant, because TMZ has previously reported, Geffen, an 82-year-old whose wealth is estimated at $8.7 BILLION, has been retired for 15 years. Our understanding is he has no income other than investments, including property sales and dividends from stocks and equities. Those assets are all separate property.

The second suspect in NYC's notorious crypto torture caper is now cooling his heels behind bars after being hit with formal charges by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors filed a criminal court complaint Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court, charging Bitcoin entrepreneur William Duplessie with several felonies -- kidnapping, assault, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a weapon.

At his arraignment Tuesday evening, Duplessie was ordered held without bail after prosecutors asked the judge to remand him due to the severity of the crimes.

Keyshawn Johnson has filed a lawsuit against NFL agent Chris Ellison ... claiming the guy owes him nearly $1 million for helping funnel clients his way -- but Ellison is adamant the allegations are untrue.

Johnson said in his suit, which was filed in Los Angeles last week and obtained by TMZ Sports, that he and Ellison struck a deal about a decade ago ... in which the former New York Jets star agreed to push players to be represented by Ellison in exchange for a portion of the NFL contracts the athletes received.

According to the lawsuit, Johnson was to get one-third of the three percent commission Ellison ultimately made on the players' salaries.
