Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Wahlberg went into contract in mid-September to scoop up the $47 million, 7-bedroom, 12-bathroom compound in Delray Beach's exclusive Stone Creek Ranch ... known locally as "Billionaire's Row."

The massive Italian contemporary pad spans more than 29,000 square feet overall, with nearly 18,000 square feet of living space ... all sitting on 2.5 lakefront acres. Fully furnished and meticulously crafted, the home blends Lake Como glamour with James Bond

Sia's estranged husband Daniel Bernad is seeking a TON of spousal support ... asking a judge for $250,856 per month, TMZ has learned.

And that's not all ... he's also asking for Sia to contribute at least $300,000 toward his attorney's fees, and an additional $200,000 for forensic accounting fees and costs ... according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The "Unstoppable" singer filed for divorce from Daniel in March, citing "irreconcilable differences," and he claims they spared no expense during their 26-month marriage.

Wendy Williams' ex-husband needs to go back to the drawing board if he wants to take legal action over her guardianship ... because a judge just tossed a lawsuit he tried to file on her behalf.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge just denied Kevin Hunter's motion to proceed with the suit as a so-called "friend" of Wendy's ... but he did leave Kevin an opening to refile the case.

In the order, the judge reminds both sides to adhere to the terms of their respective restraining orders ... and writes Aaron may file a request "seeking attorney fees and or interim spousal support."

11:11 AM PT -- Denise Richards just filed a response to Aaron Phypers' request ... She does not consent to the order requested and wants it denied.

Aaron Phypers is asking a judge to order Denise Richards to give him access to their joint bank accounts ... because he says he needs $150,000 or he might end up homeless.

The actor filed the document earlier this week ... and, in it, he claims Phypers and Richards had millions of dollars in joint accounts before he filed for divorce, saying Richards "took control of the accounts and has not allowed me access to any of the funds."

Phypers acknowledges a good chunk of the money comes from Denise's OnlyFans ... though he also mentions he took many of the photos on the page -- and insists he owns the copyright to those pics.
