Diane Keaton's massive mansion has found a new owner ... for a casual $23 million ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the sprawling 9,219-square-foot property went under contract on Friday -- meaning they've found a buyer and accepted an offer ... but there are still some conditions that need to be met before the sale can go through.

The estate boasts 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, as well as a gorgeous kitchen with a custom-built island, chicken-wire cabinetry, and pendant lights repurposed from a former chicken coop.

PK Kemsley is firing back at Dorit Kemsley's claim that she needed to spend more than $700K on clothes for "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... he says Bravo never required her to live in designer labels.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, PK argues reality TV is all about following cast members' actual lives ... and he claims production did NOT mandate Dorit spend lavishly on clothing, jewelry, handbags, glam, or stylists.

PK calls the wardrobe and glam expenses personal lifestyle choices rather than legitimate job requirements ... arguing many of the items could also be worn when cameras weren't rolling.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's court battle over their French estate has always had some heat to it ... but it's never been nearly as intense as the real-life flames burning near their winery!

The wildfires in France are burning near Brad and Angelina's famed Chateau Miraval ... and firefighters have so far been successful in keeping the flames from reaching the insanely expensive estate.

Firefighters are using helicopters and trucks to fight the flames ... using water from the property's private lake.

Photos show thick plumes of smoke rising into the sky, just past the vineyards and fields -- way too close for comfort for Brad and Angelina, who are still fighting over the winery.

The WNBA is backpedaling on a social media post that promoted two of its biggest stars violating league policy ... scrubbing a video of Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese putting $400 on the outcome of a game from its X account.

The friendly wager was made during All-Star Weekend ... with Bueckers and Reese agreeing to shell out four crisp $100 bills if their respective teams lost in Wednesday's showdown.

Le'Veon Bell is finally outta the slammer after getting arrested for missed child support payments last week ... and he's vowing to never return.

Nicki Minaj's hotel bills, including her mini bar purchases, were revealed as part of her legal battle over an alleged six-figure debt ... and it looks like she has a sweet tooth.

24/7 Productions submitted several hotel invoices from stays where the entertainer used the name Tori Spaulding, claiming they footed the bill for Nicki's lodging without being reimbursed. 

The production company provided live-event services for Nicki in 2023 … for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball and the New York promotional week preceding the release of her "Pink Friday 2" album.

24/7 advanced $250K for Nicki's bill, including $125K in personal expenses alone. The company said Nicki and her team agreed to reimburse all expenses. 

President Trump says E. Jean Carroll pulled a $5.6 million "bait-and-switch" ... claiming she promised to park his payout somewhere safe before moving it into a personal investment account.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Trump says Carroll's attorney assured the court the money would be placed in an "interest-bearing account" after it left judicial control.

Trump claims the tune changed once Carroll got the cash ... with her legal team later revealing the funds were being held in a personal investment account for her retirement.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley claims her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, is refusing to pay the mortgage on the home where she lives with her children ... and she is asking a judge to shut down his "manufactured" emergency, TMZ has learned. 

Dorit's powerhouse lawyer, Samantha Spector, filed bombshell court docs denying PK's claims that she has been spending big on designer clothes, while ignoring mortgage payments. 

The reality star said PK is the one who failed to pay the bills after promising to do so. She said PK moved out of their marital home in May 2024 … and agreed to pay the mortgage and other expenses in lieu of paying formal child support.

She said she only learned the mortgage wasn't being paid when foreclosure notices started coming in.

We caught up with Gma -- that's all ijustlovepuzzles goes by, sorta like she's everyone's grandma -- about her good fortune ... and she explained she won the money because she helped a janitor clean up a cart of books he knocked over.

As with many things connected to Streamer U, not all was as it seemed ... and -- in a Hallmark-esque twist -- the person she helped turned out to be the influencer Zachery Dereniowski -- who goes by MD Motivator online. No one else helped the dude, so all the prize money went straight to her.

Jennifer Pedranti's son and his friends apparently caused thousands of dollars in property damage with the fire Jennifer says they started in California ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Orange County Fire Authority Incident Information Fact Sheet obtained by TMZ, the brush fire near Ladera Ranch burned 7.70 acres and caused an estimated $10,000 in property damage.

The Orange County Fire Authority tells TMZ ... the investigation remains an open case ... and more information will be released once it has concluded.

11:40 AM PT -- Universal tells TMZ ... "Our records show that all invoices relating to the Glad av Gillberga were paid in full, including repairs. The studio and the production have contacted the association to clear up any misunderstanding.”

"The Odyssey" is a major blockbuster thanks to its impressive visuals, including a replica Viking ship ... but now the company that rented out the vessel claims it was damaged during filming ... and they say Universal hasn't paid for repairs.

The Swedish non-profit Värmland Vikingaleden Association rented the studio its ship -- the Glad av Gillberga -- for the Christopher Nolan epic ... but the center's chairman, Peter Olausson, told multiple outlets the studio didn't pay the full bill, which includes costs for wear and tear.

He says all Universal paid was the rent fee and nothing else.

Olausson blasted the studio ... saying the $6,000 he needs for repairs is peanuts, especially considering the flick raked in around $264,100,000 in ticket sales over its opening weekend.

Malcolm Jamal-Warner’s widow, Tenisha Warner, is taking the late actor’s business manager and financial advisor to court ... TMZ has learned.

Tenisha filed a lawsuit against a man who she says worked for Malcolm from 1996 to 2023 as a business manager and financial advisor ... before the actor died last year at the age of 54.

The suit says Malcolm’s team assisted Malcolm on his insurance needs and estate planning, which originally left the majority of his estate to his mother, Pamela Warner.

Denise Richards' estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims she is behind on court-ordered support payments and money owed to his lawyers … and now he wants her found in contempt ... TMZ has learned.

Aaron filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, asking for Denise to be held in contempt after he says she failed to pay in full the $5K he's owed each month in temporary spousal support and the $30K she owes to his attorneys per a previous order in the case. 

Since March, he claims she's only paid partial amounts and still owes $13,500 to him and $28,000 to his attorneys -- leaving a total balance of $41,500.

A young mayor in Georgia is being investigated for his alleged spending habits ... and the city he was elected to govern took away his city-issued credit cards while the probe plays out.

22-year-old Jayden Williams was sworn in as mayor of Stockbridge just six months ago ... but according to Atlanta News First, lawmakers passed a resolution last week restricting his access to non-public areas, his use of city vehicles, and his use of city funds through his city-issued credit card.

Williams was ordered to hand over his credit card and stop using cars owned by the city ... Williams had a Monday deadline, but mayor pro term Elton Alexander said he didn't know if Williams complied. Still, city officials claim they can deactivate the credit card remotely.

Chadwick Boseman's brothers want his widow to be removed as administrator of his estate nearly 6 years after his death ... and they are petitioning the court to have it done ASAP.

Kevin and Derrick Boseman beelined it to a Los Angeles court Friday and submitted legal docs outlining a list of reasons why they believe Chadwick's wife, Taylor Simone Ledward Boseman, has mismanaged the estate and why she should be removed from having control.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Kevin and Derrick claim Taylor left the entire family in the dark about the status of his estate ... despite a 2022 court order that said their parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman, were legally entitled to a combined 50% share. The court order gave Taylor control of the other half after Chadwick died without a will in place.

But, nearly four years later, Chadwick's brothers allege his widow has not finished distributing the estate's assets and has continued controlling it completely on her own.

Djimon Hounsou's huge paydays for some of his movies were revealed as part of his bitter custody battle with his ex, Ri’za Marie Simpson ... and we've got the figures.

TMZ obtained a financial declaration, filed by Djimon, which shows how much he was paid for various projects ... including $1.1 million for "A Quiet Place: Day One."

Djimon made $1.25 million for "Red Car" with Halle Berry and Scott Eastwood, $250K for a couple 'Rebel Moon' films, $400K for the horror film "The Monster," $300K for "The Rising," and another $300K for "The Zealot."

In the docs, Djimon listed his average gross monthly income of around $60K but claims to spend around $85K.
