Kane Parsons -- who isn't even old enough to legally drink in America -- told The Australian he doesn't want to see A.I. take over the industry ... a stance he said "most well-adjusted people" share.

KP didn't stop there ... saying if it was within his power to make generative A.I. disappear, you better believe he would freaking do it in a snap ... adding, "Creatively, I get no enjoyment from using those tools. It defeats the purpose entirely for me."

Here's the situation -- the "War Machine" star is currently paying $13,750 per month in child support -- plus additional amounts if his income exceeds a certain amount -- to his ex, Kimberly Buffington. Their 18-year-old daughter, Zoe, graduated from high school on May 23, and her twin brother, Thomas, is graduating on June 3 ... and Dennis wants to clarify that his child support payments should be terminated upon their respective graduations!

He is also asking the court that any additional payments based on his income are prorated to the date of his kiddos' high school graduation dates rather than his full-year income.

Legendary "Jaws" actor Richard Dreyfuss pulled the plug on his appearance in Southern California to reunite with his fellow cast members -- and it's a mystery why he's skipping out.

Dreyfuss posted a message on Instagram Friday, explaining that he was grateful for all the "love and excitement" he felt ahead of his appearance at The Hollywood Show, a convention scheduled for May 29-30. But, due to circumstances beyond his control, Dreyfuss will not be able to make it there in person.

The actor did not provide a specific reason why he would be a no-show ... but he encouraged the gazillion "Jaws" fans to give the rest of the cast "the warmest welcome and all the love they deserve!"

Djimon Hounsou is dragging his baby mama, Ri'za Marie Simpson, to court to fight over custody and child support ... months after she was arrested for alleged assault ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the "Gladiator" actor filed papers in late January seeking joint legal and physical custody of their two kids -- a son born in 2022 and a daughter born in 2023.

In response, Ri'za agreed to shared legal custody but argued that she should be awarded primary physical custody -- given their respective employment and travel histories.

"Billy and Me" does not need to use any of Billy's original music because it takes place during his formative years when he was performing cover songs with his band, The Hassles, and "struggling to find his artistic identity."

A rep for Billy blasted the unauthorized biopic in the media, telling Variety ... "Since 2021, the parties involved have been officially notified that they do not possess Billy Joel’s life rights and will not be able to secure the music rights required for this project. Billy Joel has not authorized or supported this project in any capacity, and any attempt to move forward without it would be both legally and professionally misguided."

American actress and singer Bernadette Peters was 31 years old when she played Marie -- the trumpet playing vixen, opposite Steve Martin -- in the 1979 musical comedy "The Jerk."

In addition to co-starring with Steve on the big screen, Bernadette was alongside Carl Reiner and Catlin Adams.

Seth Rogen's not letting ChatGPT pen his next hit ... and he says anyone willing to do so isn't cut out to be a writer.

The actor-writer went off on scribes looking for a technological boost during an interview with the outlet Brut. ... saying he truly doesn't understand when people share A.I. content like it's as good as what a human being can make.

Rogen says most of the A.I. slop he's seen online is "stupid dog s***" ... and, if a person’s instinct is to use A.I. to write anything, then they shouldn't be a writer.
