Chris Brown's putting one part of his legal battle over an alleged nightclub fight behind him -- as he seems to have reached a settlement with the guy who sued him over it.

Abe Diaw sued Chris back in 2023, claiming the singer struck him with a tequila bottle during an appearance at TAPE nightclub in London -- but on Friday, Abe filed docs asking an L.A. County judge to dismiss the suit.

According to the docs, Diaw wants it dismissed with prejudice ... meaning he can't refile it, and that typically means there was a settlement between the parties. We don't know if there was any money exchanged ... we've reached out to attorneys for Chris and Abe.

Jurors in the federal criminal trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs in NYC are now deliberating after receiving instructions from Judge Arun Subramanian for more than an hour Monday morning.

After the jury of eight men and four women was seated, Subramanian went through each of the charges as the gallery looked on ... telling jurors "Actions may speak louder than words."

The judge told jurors they should decide for themselves how credible they found each witness ... "The evidence is the testimony," he said while reminding the jurors to take note of the acts of everyone they considered to be participants in the events presented.

Newly engaged Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are so steamy together ... they needed the ocean to help cool them down!

The pop star and her fiancé were snapped pouring on the PDA while they were all loved up on a raft along Italy's Amalfi Coast ... all between plunges into the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters.

As for Dua ... we sure hope she used plenty of sunscreen, 'cause she was rockin' a skimpy polka dot bikini -- leaving lots of skin exposed and very little to the imagination.

Nelly is at his wits' end with fans painting him as a traitor to his race after the "Country Grammar" creator performed at the Donald Trump inauguration event at the top of the year ... he figures he's more pro-Black than their failed candidate!!!

Nelly highlighted his and Snoop Dogg's monetary support towards Historically Black Colleges and Universities over the years, before flipping the switch on the ex-V.P. and her hubs, Doug Emhoff -- labeling them "the woman of color with the white husband and white kids."

We caught up with the singer-songwriter Friday in Los Angeles ... and, we had to ask about the new tape -- which she released earlier in the day -- that she says is totally inspired by Houston.

She told Billboard in an interview the mixtape was inspired by Lil Wayne ... so, we wanted to know which track she'd want Wayne to feature on -- and, for the remix, sounds like "Bend It Over" is her pick.

Paul Simon fans in Philadelphia are hearing the "Sound of Silence" instead of his voice this weekend ... because he's had to cancel two performances.

2:26 PM PT -- Beyoncé's company Parkwood Entertainment released a statement ... calling the incident a "technical mishap" and confirming no one was injured.

Beyoncé had a scary experience during her Saturday night concert in Texas ... tilting to one side while sitting in a flying car high above the crowd -- but she handled it like a pro.

The music icon was belting out her hit, "16 Carriages," while seated in the red convertible suspended in the air during the first of two nights at the NRG Stadium in Houston.

Video posted to X captured the frightening situation. Check it out ... Beyoncé, decked out in a cowgirl outfit, suddenly stops singing and repeatedly says "stop" into the mic she's holding in one hand as the tilted car is suspended high above the crowd.

TMZ has obtained video of the happy couple -- who welcomed their first child together late last year -- at Cat's Meow 2 World Famous Karaoke Bar Friday night ... and, they stepped up to duet the track "Shallow" from "A Star Is Born."

Ken's super into the track ... belting out the notes with a passion we bet Bradley Cooper can hear from his place in NYC -- but, when it's time for Gypsy to sing, the confidence just ain't there.

Sonja Morgan showed that she was totally okay with a drunken make-out session after downing a couple drinks, and it's good to know that Tiffany Haddish remembered to stick with a designated driver!

There's absolutely no denying Diddy's insatiable appetite for freak-offs, which has been on full display throughout his federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial.

After 7 weeks of witness testimony -- much of it centered around Diddy's freak-off obsession -- the case will be handed to the 12-person jury on Monday, and they will start deliberating on whether to acquit or convict Diddy on five felony charges.

Here's the thing ... If Diddy walks on all of the charges and strolls out of court a free man, one question immediately comes to mind -- will the music mogul go right back to freaking-off with girlfriends, male escorts and, of course, baby oil?

Justin Bieber was just a kid with a dollar and a dream when he got picked up by talent agent Scooter Braun in 2007, and he's since gone from busking on the streets of Ontario, Canada, to filling out stadiums worldwide.

And he's had plenty of fun times along the way -- like when he called up his mom, Pattie Mallette, and asked her for permission to buy a helicopter after his then-manager shot down the idea of him being anywhere near the controls of a private aircraft.

Several guests at the Lauren Sanchez-Jeff Bezos wedding tell TMZ the wedding was "a blast," and everybody cut loose ... yet none of the big names who are single hooked up.

Enough about the wedding ... the party went until 2 AM and mostly everyone cut loose on the dance floor. We're told Tom Brady "danced with everyone," including Sydney Sweeney and Brooks Nader.

Orlando Bloom also made the rounds, but neither guy honed in on any particular partner.
