Abby Lee Miller's accusing a prominent Los Angeles-area hospital of malpractice ... claiming the doctors who performed surgery on her left a foreign object in her body.

The "Dance Moms" star is suing Cedars-Sinai Marina Hospital and two doctors in relation to a 2020 surgery she got on her spine.

While the surgery appeared to have been successful, Abby says she began suffering from abdominal pain and discomfort ... distress she says she shared with multiple medical professionals, including the two doctors who performed her surgery.

Actor Tray Chaney saw his son celebrate his 19th birthday from a hospital bed in the ICU this Sunday but he had a glimmer of good news on Tuesday ... telling TMZ his son's on the mend!!!

Tray says his son Malachai Chaney was moved out of the ICU and into a stabilized room earlier today ... after being flung nearly the length of a football field, when a tornado came flying through their Atlanta suburb neighborhood last week, destroying their home.

Mohamed Sabry Soliman appeared in Colorado court Monday following an attack on pro-Israel protesters gathering in Boulder, Colorado on Sunday ... Soliman is accused of using Molotov cocktails and what the FBI describes as a "makeshift flamethrower."

Soliman will be charged with 16 counts of attempted murder -- two for each of the eight victims, according to the New York Times. Soliman has been charged with at least one federal hate crime ... “hate crime involving actual or perceived race, religion, or national origin.” He was held on $10 million bond, and formal charges are expected Thursday.

Boulder Police said a crowd was attacked at a pro-Israel event called the "Run for Their Lives" walk at the city's Pearl Street Mall Sunday afternoon ... Molotov cocktails were hurled at people, injuring 8. Soliman was arrested shortly afterward.

A Detroit Tigers grounds crew member is heading to the IL after suffering an injury in between innings ... and he was apparently really pissed his pain was being documented for all to see -- 'cause he flipped the bird right at the cameras!!
