Just one night after Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital for inhaling too much nitrous oxide -- Ashton Kutcher hit up a Bruno Mars concert in Brazil ... where he fist-pumped his brains out.

The video was shot the same night Ashton dropped by a nightclub in Sao Paulo with a mystery female companion in a red shirt -- the same girl is standing beside him at the Bruno Mars concert.

As we previously reported, Ashton gave a Brazilian photog the cold shoulder when asked if Demi was okay -- giving no answer.

Pat Sajak used to be WASTED on "Wheel of Fortune" back in the 80s -- this according to the game show host himself.

Pat made the confession during an interview with Dan Le Batard -- claiming in the old days, he would down "two, three, or six" margaritas at a Mexican joint near NBC studios during the show's 2-hour dinner break ... before heading back to finish taping.

Chris Brown pulled a Kiefer Sutherland last night -- in a good way -- hooking himself up with a designated driver after a night of boozing in L.A.

Brown was leaving Roxbury nightclub in Hollywood when we brought up his kick-ass Lamborghini -- and he replied, "Thanks man ... I'm not driving it tonight, I had some drinks. I'm doing it responsibly."

Breezy wasn't kidding around -- dude got into the back of a waiting ride and was whisked away without incident.

Kiefer Sutherland took happy hour to the extreme Tuesday ... boozing his face off at a downtown L.A. bar ... so much so he needed nearby pedestrians for support.

Kiefer -- who has been twice-convicted of DUI -- did not break the law. In fact, the bar manager at King Eddy Saloon says Kiefer himself realized he had too much J&B scotch and cut himself off.

K.S. wasn't driving ... he left that to his bodyguard. We contacted Kiefer's rep -- so far, no comment.

It's been three years since Nadya Suleman popped out eight babies and transformed into Octomom -- and now, she's marking the occasion by throwing her little bundles of joy a rockstar-themed birthday bash.

The octuplets were born on January 26th, 2009 -- and we're told the party's scheduled for some time at the end of the month ... with guitar pinatas, glitter tattoos, and novelty VIP passes for everyone.
