Tyrese has a warrant out for his arrest stemming from at least one of his Cane Corso mastiffs attacking and killing a neighbor's dog ... and is in full compliance with the law as he and his legal team clear up the Atlanta matter.

Gabe Banks, of Banks Weaver Law Firm, and legal counsel for Tyrese, released a statement Tuesday ... "Mr. Tyrese Gibson extends his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog to this tragic incident that occurred while Mr. Gibson was away from his home. Upon learning of this unfortunate accident, Mr. Gibson immediately made the difficult decision to rehome his dogs to a safe and loving environment."

Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer announced the warrant, citing negligence on the part of the "Fast & Furious" actor ... and they've made at least one attempt at arresting him at his home this month, a matter which Tyrese says he's handling in real time.

Michigan Church Shooting Authorities Identify Gunman

Law enforcement agents have identified the suspected shooter who killed at least two people and injured more at a church in Michigan Sunday.

Thomas Jacob Sanford -- a 40-year-old from Burton, MI -- was shot dead by police after they say he rammed his car through the front doors of the church and opened fire on hundreds of worshippers in the building.

They also say he started a fire in the church ... the motive for which they're still trying to ascertain at this time.

6:32 AM PST -- The Southport Police Department arrested and charged a man named Nigel Edge in relation to the mass shooting Saturday night, court docs obtained by TMZ reveal.

He has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, five counts of attempted first-degree murder and five counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

A bond has not yet been set and he is due in court on Monday.

Another day, another mass shooting with multiple fatalities ... but this one had a bit of a plot twist — the assailant used a boat.

Here's what happened ... the suspect sailed up the Cape Fear river to the front of the American Fish Company saloon in Southport, North Carolina at about 9:30 PM ET Saturday, according to Southport spokesperson ChyAnn Ketchum.

Ketchum says the assailant stopped the boat to open fire on the patrons in an outdoor bar area, killing 3 people and injuring 8 others.

According to a Tulsa PD Facebook post, Glaze pleaded guilty on September 15 and was sentenced to 25 years -- with 15 years served in custody, and 10 years suspended. He must also register as a sex offender.

The bodies of Eliza Thomas, 17, Jennifer Harbison, 17, Sarah Harbison, 15, and Amy Ayers, 13, were discovered after the killer set the store ablaze. One of the girls had been sexually assaulted and a partial male DNA profile was recovered from the victim.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent is in hot water after he was captured on video this week violently manhandling a woman inside a NYC courthouse.

The ICE agent, dressed in street clothes with a badge around his neck, is caught on camera speaking to a distraught woman in the hallway of the courthouse on Thursday. The woman appears to be asking for her husband to be released from ICE custody, but the agent repeatedly says "adios."

At some point, the agent becomes so frustrated he grabs her and shoves her against a wall, before pushing her to the ground. The woman appears to hit her head on the floor. It's unclear if she suffered any injuries.

11:51 AM PT -- The suspect accused of opening fire at the ICE facility in Dallas has been identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, according to multiple law enforcement officials, Fox News reports.

10:20 AM PT -- DHS confirms 2 of the victims have died, and the third is listed in critical condition, according to The AP. All were detainees, DHS said.

A gunman who shot up a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Dallas Wednesday morning has been confirmed dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Kash Patel posted the alleged unspent bullet casings on X saying, "While the investigation is ongoing, an initial review of the evidence shows an idealogical [sic] motive behind this attack. One of the unspent shell casings recovered was engraved with the phrase “ANTI ICE.”

Dallas police tell TMZ they received a call reporting an individual opened fire on the Texas facility around 6:40 AM ... and the preliminary investigation revealed 2 people were transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds, and 1 victim died at the scene.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said there were "multiple injuries and fatalities" ... which included detainees. No federal agents were injured.

The allegations against Errol Musk were included in a New York Times investigation, which claims police and court records, personal correspondence, social workers and interviews with family members show he's been accused of inappropriately touching some of the young ones in his life over a period of 30 years.
