Tyrese Gibson's Cane Corsos ran rampant through the neighborhood before they killed another dog, cops claim ... barking at a neighbor's house mere minutes before the fatal attack.

The Fulton County Police Department released video of the dogs from September 18 -- the night of the fateful mauling which resulted in a warrant for Tyrese's arrest -- which shows multiple dogs milling about the front yard of a neighbor's home in Atlanta, captured by doorbell cam.

The dogs are sniffing around and one barks loudly a couple times ... before the pack of pups rushes off away from the home.

Garry Chapman -- Dog the Bounty Hunter's son -- has been fired following the high-speed crash which killed a teenager and put six others in the hospital.

WHNT -- a local news outlet -- reported the Priceville Police Department in Alabama let Chapman go in connection to the tragic car crash ... though Chapman’s attorney, Scott Morro, told them Chapman plans to appeal the decision before the town's city council.

Morro tells TMZ ... the loss of life in this incident is tragic -- and, Garry is mindful of the young man's family and friends, but the suspect in this situation is really the one at fault.

Cops in Georgia say they can't find Tyrese's killer dogs -- weeks after the animals mauled his neighbor's pet to death and investigators claim the actor isn't making it easy.

Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer tells TMZ ... authorities have no idea where Tyrese's Cane Corsos are, accusing him of giving law enforcement the runaround.

Dwyer tells us Tyrese was supposed to surrender the dogs last Friday, but never showed. His lawyer later told police Tyrese needed to get his affairs in order first.

Adding to the drama, cops saw Tyrese post online about taking a mental health break and in that post said he was flying to Dubai until November.

Actor Josh Hartnett's car crash with police in Canada was anything but minor ... just check out the new footage of the two vehicles all banged up after they collided last Thursday.

In the clip, you see the front left portion of a Royal Newfoundland Constabulary police SUV completely smashed with the airbags deployed. Plus, you see the fender protecting the front driver side tire hanging off with debris surrounding it.

As for the black SUV Josh was in, the passenger side is badly dented from the police vehicle crashing into it and the passenger side door is also warped.

Cops say Terence Crawford's "high rate of speed" was what sparked his now-viral incident with police officers in Nebraska over the weekend.

According to Omaha Police Department documents TMZ Sports has obtained, Crawford allegedly blew by a cop in his blue, four-door sedan at around 1:27 AM on Sunday.

After Crawford was pulled over, police ended up ordering the boxing star and his passengers out of the vehicle at gunpoint when a firearm was allegedly spotted on the driver's side floorboard.

Tyrese has a warrant out for his arrest stemming from at least one of his Cane Corso mastiffs attacking and killing a neighbor's dog ... and is in full compliance with the law as he and his legal team clear up the Atlanta matter.

Gabe Banks, of Banks Weaver Law Firm, and legal counsel for Tyrese, released a statement Tuesday ... "Mr. Tyrese Gibson extends his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog to this tragic incident that occurred while Mr. Gibson was away from his home. Upon learning of this unfortunate accident, Mr. Gibson immediately made the difficult decision to rehome his dogs to a safe and loving environment."

Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer announced the warrant, citing negligence on the part of the "Fast & Furious" actor ... and they've made at least one attempt at arresting him at his home this month, a matter which Tyrese says he's handling in real time.

Michigan Church Shooting Authorities Identify Gunman

Law enforcement agents have identified the suspected shooter who killed at least two people and injured more at a church in Michigan Sunday.

Thomas Jacob Sanford -- a 40-year-old from Burton, MI -- was shot dead by police after they say he rammed his car through the front doors of the church and opened fire on hundreds of worshippers in the building.

They also say he started a fire in the church ... the motive for which they're still trying to ascertain at this time.

Terence Crawford was forced out of a car at gunpoint by a police officer with the tense exchange caught on video ... and, it's leading to an internal investigation.

Video is circulating online showing the boxer slowly unbuckling his seatbelt, opening his door and stepping out of the car ... while an officer at his window holds a flashlight in one hand and a gun in the other.

The officer repeatedly tells Crawford to step out ... and, he replies at one point, "I ain't reaching for no gun" -- with his hands up the whole time.

6:32 AM PST -- The Southport Police Department arrested and charged a man named Nigel Edge in relation to the mass shooting Saturday night, court docs obtained by TMZ reveal.

He has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder, five counts of attempted first-degree murder and five counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

A bond has not yet been set and he is due in court on Monday.

Another day, another mass shooting with multiple fatalities ... but this one had a bit of a plot twist — the assailant used a boat.

Here's what happened ... the suspect sailed up the Cape Fear river to the front of the American Fish Company saloon in Southport, North Carolina at about 9:30 PM ET Saturday, according to Southport spokesperson ChyAnn Ketchum.

Ketchum says the assailant stopped the boat to open fire on the patrons in an outdoor bar area, killing 3 people and injuring 8 others.

Benjamin Glaze -- an "American Idol" contestant who went viral after Katy Perry kissed him during his audition -- has been sentenced following his 2024 arrest for allegedly possessing child porn.

According to a Tulsa PD Facebook post, Glaze pleaded guilty on September 15 and was sentenced to 25 years -- with 15 years served in custody, and 10 years suspended. He must also register as a sex offender.

We told you all about it -- Glaze was arrested in 2024 after Tulsa's Sexual Predator/Digital Evidence Recovery Unit was tipped that he was in possession of child sexual abuse material.

Austin PD officials announced Friday they believe Robert Eugene Brashers gagged and shot to death the four victims inside the "I Can’t Believe It’s Yogurt!" shop on December 6, 1991. Each victim had been shot in the head.

The bodies of Eliza Thomas, 17, Jennifer Harbison, 17, Sarah Harbison, 15, and Amy Ayers, 13, were discovered after the killer set the store ablaze. One of the girls had been sexually assaulted and a partial male DNA profile was recovered from the victim.

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent is in hot water after he was captured on video this week violently manhandling a woman inside a NYC courthouse.

The ICE agent, dressed in street clothes with a badge around his neck, is caught on camera speaking to a distraught woman in the hallway of the courthouse on Thursday. The woman appears to be asking for her husband to be released from ICE custody, but the agent repeatedly says "adios."

At some point, the agent becomes so frustrated he grabs her and shoves her against a wall, before pushing her to the ground. The woman appears to hit her head on the floor. It's unclear if she suffered any injuries.
