"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Erica Breaux found herself behind bars in Georgia after she was caught with drugs ... in a stolen car!

A rep for Brookhaven PD tells TMZ ... Breaux, also known as rapper Erica Banks, was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over Monday in Brookhaven, GA, after a police officer noticed a tinted tag covering the license plate. In Georgia, it's against the law to have material affixed to a license plate that covers any portion of it.

The officer also noticed the vehicle had dealer plates, which should only be driven by a dealer employee and registered for sale. What's more, the officer ran the plates and learned the vehicle was marked as stolen from Atlanta.

Timothée Chalamet fans waited for hours in line to get some "Marty Supreme" merch at a Los Angeles pop up shop ... and the crowd grew so huge, cops were called.

The woman managing the space came out and had to tell folks if they didn't have a ticket, they needed to get out of line, and there were tons of security and fencing in place ... but police still ended up being called.

A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells TMZ Hip Hop ... cops received a call from security guards for a "large fight" at Hotel Faena just after midnight Sunday ... judging from the footage, the call was correct.

The fight appeared to contain about a dozen men -- and one of them got Bari good as the video unfolded by grabbing him by the collarbone and throwing him in the bushes!!!

Former Memphis Tigers football player La'Andre Thomas died in an officer-involved shooting in Georgia last week after allegedly pulling a gun on cops ... an incident that is under investigation. He was 27.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the Sandy Springs Police Department was dispatched to the Dunwoody Place area around 10:30 AM on December 4th ... after a 911 caller claimed a man was assaulting her while she was walking her dog.

The GBI says Sandy Springs officers identified the man as Thomas after reviewing surveillance and located the 27-year-old at a bus stop near the 8000 block of Dunwoody Place.

A mass shooting tore through an unlicensed bar in South Africa over the weekend ... leaving 12 people dead, including three young children, as police search for multiple gunmen who opened fire without warning.

The attack went down early Saturday inside a bar operating out of a hostel west of Pretoria. Cops say 10 victims died on scene, and two more passed away at the hospital.

Among the dead ... a 3-year-old boy, a 12-year-old boy, and a 16-year-old girl ... all caught in a hail of bullets during what should've been an ordinary night for locals. Another 13 people were rushed to the hospital with gunshot wounds. Authorities haven't released their ages or conditions.

Luigi Mangione stuck out like a sore thumb at the Pennsylvania McDonald's where he got arrested for murder ... because other customers quickly recognized him as the alleged "CEO shooter" ... at least according to the 911 call.

TMZ obtained audio from the call that led to Luigi's 2024 arrest, and you hear a McDonald's employee saying she's been told by multiple customers that Luigi looked suspiciously like the guy wanted for gunning down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Johnson in New York.

Luigi's good looks gave him away ... the woman on the phone with 911 says his eyebrows are his most distinguishing feature. Police ultimately showed up and arrested Luigi.

Tara Reid was clearly slurring her words and seemed barely coherent when a concerned bystander called 911 after she claimed she was drugged in a Chicago-area hotel ... and, we've got the audio for you to listen to.

The call -- placed by someone who seems to work at the hotel because she refers to Tara as a "guest" -- says Reid is "really inebriated" ... and adding she can't even hold herself up in a wheelchair.

The caller calls Tara "Ms. Reid" multiple times ... saying it louder and louder, seemingly in an attempt to get her attention -- and Tara responds with a series of groans and other mumbled noises instead of enunciated words.

Police in Deer Park, Texas are reminding residents to keep their Christmas packages safe during the holiday season ... warning a thieving Grinch just might be lurking!

DPPD posted a short video Thursday of a Grinch wearing a Santa costume stealthily creeping onto a porch ... when the green-tufted bandit finally tiptoes his way up to the door, he swiftly scoops up a tower of packages left unattended on the doormat.

Just when he thinks he's home free, one of Deer Park's finest pulls up and chases him down. The Grinch ditches the packages to make his escape, but even he can't outrun the law!

Cops responded to a call for a verbal dispute at Iman Shumpert's home last week ... in which a woman claimed the ex-NBA star hit her -- but a separate witness told officers that never happened.

TMZ Sports has obtained a report regarding the Nov. 26 incident ... with cops stating they were dispatched to Iman's Atlanta residence around 4:37 AM.

When they made it to the scene, officers say they observed Shumpert placing a suitcase outside his home. Shumpert told cops he wanted the woman, identified as Joanna Donnejour, to leave several times.

Stable Ronaldo from the FaZe Clan was doing what he does best Tuesday afternoon -- streaming live on social media -- but things went sideways after cops say he became the subject of a "swatting" call in L.A.

LE sources tell TMZ ... the FaZe Clan content house was "swatted" Tuesday, a little before 1 PM, when a caller falsely reported two suspects threw a brick at the Studio City home.

We're told the caller claimed to be Stable Ronaldo, and they told 911 dispatchers they locked themselves in a room but could hear the bogus brick-throwing suspects inside the home.

Viral video spreading on social media shows one of the driverless ride service vehicles taking a left turn in downtown Los Angeles ... cruising right into the middle of some crossfire.

Problem is ... the Waymo goes right past a man who is on the ground face down next to a truck ... as LAPD cars and officers line up behind him and shout commands.

Mark Geragos says the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner is right to want transparency in the Celeste Rivas case ... and he's commending the M.E. for speaking out against the LAPD after cops obtained a court order blocking the M.E. from releasing records on the 14-year-old's death.

The famed defense attorney joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and we asked him about the recent tug-of-war between the M.E. and the LAPD as it relates to Celeste, the young girl whose decomposing body was found in the trunk of singer D4vd's Tesla.

Police went to a judge and got a security hold on information regarding Celeste's death as LAPD continues to investigate ... and then the M.E., Dr. Odey Ukpo, put out a statement saying they want "full transparency" and are questioning the purpose and benefit of security holds.

Two National Guard troops were shot in Washington, D.C. Wednesday afternoon, and at least one suspect was taken into custody. There are conflicting reports on whether the two victims were later pronounced dead.

National Guard soldiers were on "high visibility patrol" when an unidentified male suspect approached and shot the two victims, CNN reports, citing the D.C. Metro Police Dept. Other guardsmen overpowered the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect had no I.D., and was not cooperating with police.

West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey tweeted at 3:42 PM ET ... "It is with great sorrow that we can confirm both members of the West Virginia National Guard who were shot earlier today in Washington, DC have passed away from their injuries." Twenty minutes later, the governor sent a new tweet: "We are now receiving conflicting reports about the condition of our two Guard members and will provide additional updates once we receive more complete information."

New footage has been released from the night of Marshawn Kneeland's death -- showing officials in pursuit of the Dallas Cowboys player's speeding Dodge Charger as it dangerously weaved in and out of traffic on the highway ... and tirelessly searching for him after he crashed his vehicle and fled the scene on foot.

The Texas Department of Public Safety shared the body and dash cam footage from the Nov. 5 incident ... which showed cops chasing his vehicle around 10:30 PM, initially believing it was stolen.

24-year-old Kneeland was allegedly driving up to 160 MPH while behind the wheel ... and struck another vehicle before ending up in a grassy area off the road.

A police sergeant in the UK is unable to sleep, drive or dress herself after a Palestine Action activist bashed her in the back with a sledgehammer ... and video of the chilling attack has been shown in court.

According to BBC News, the attack happened in August last year when six people used a prison van to break into an Israeli defense firm called Elbit Systems and attack Bristol Police Sergeant Kate Evans.

The outlet reports the accused assailants -- Samuel Corner, Charlotte Head, Leona Kamio, Fatema Rajwani, Zoe Rogers and Jordan Devlin -- deny all charges of aggravated burglary, criminal damage and violent disorder ... but the video paints a different picture.

Maria De La Rosa, a singer who went by the name DELAROSA, was fatally shot inside a parked car in Los Angeles ... and it sounds like the bullets pierced her abdomen.

TMZ obtained dispatch audio from early Saturday morning's fatal shooting in the San Fernando Valley ... and you hear the dispatcher say the victim is a Hispanic female in her 20s with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.

The dispatcher says the victim is in critical condition in the emergency room at Northridge Hospital Medical Center ... and there are friends standing by waiting for updates in the family room.
