Bethenny Frankel thinks she got motherf***ed by a notary public -- or more accurately ... mother-in-law f'd.

The 'RHONY' star is suing attorney Jamie Andrew Schreck for allowing Jason Hoppy's mother to notarize a trust they created for a swanky apartment back in 2011 ... happier times for the then-couple.

Sources close to Bethenny claim Schreck should've known Carol wasn't authorized to notarize docs in New York state -- and Bethenny thinks this could render the whole trust invalid.

Things are about to get uglier for 'Real Housewives of New York' star Jules Wainstein -- her estranged husband is planning to file for full custody of their 2 kids ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Michael tell us his attorney is prepping docs asking a judge for primary custody ... He also wants an order limiting Jules to supervised visitation of their 2 young children.

This, of course, comes on the heels of Jules calling 911 Wednesday morning after the 2 engaged in a nasty argument. As we reported ... Michael left before cops arrived. No one was arrested.

We're told Michael will claim Jules is just too erratic to have the kids.

'Real Housewives of New York' star Carole Radziwill's boyfriend stayed calm and collected after surviving a plane crash ... and even made the 911 call.

Adam Kenworthy and his dad crash-landed in a two-person plane in Iowa last week, and in the call -- obtained by TMZ -- Kenworthy says his knee is in bad shape. However, you can hear Adam's 65-year-old dad in a lot of pain ... as Adam does his best to keep him calm.

The 911 call also gives Adam's take on what happened in the air ... you'll remember he was discharged from the hospital just a few hours after the crash. His father was hospitalized longer, but survived his injuries.

'Real Housewives of NY' star Heather Thomson is desperate to give her company's manager the boot after she says he squashed any chances of featuring the brand on 'RHONY.'

Thomson is suing Eric Rothfeld, who manages and owns part of Yummie by Heather Thomson, because she says he refused to allow the show's cameras in their building. In the suit, Heather says Eric's decision hurts their bottom line ... since being on the show would be a great promotional opportunity for Yummie.

She says Eric's killed other media opportunities as well, but since he's part owner of the company ... Heather can't just fire him. She's trying to put a new manager in Rothfeld's position, but he's fighting that.

Heather wants a judge to validate the steps she's already taken to 86 Rothfeld as manager.
