Hailey Glassman -- best known as Jon Gosselin's ex-girlfriend -- and celebrity makeup artist Daisy Toye, a longtime glam pro for Martha Stewart, have joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of New York City" for season 16.

Hailey, who's a public relations pro, shot to fame in 2009 when she dated Jon in the immediate aftermath of his explosive split from Kate Gosselin. The two were together for several months with their whirlwind romance playing out in the tabloids before they ultimately called it quits by the end of 2009.

Daisy, meanwhile, brings serious polish to the franchise. She's spent years working high-profile shoots, red carpets and media appearances. Daisy's connection to New York City's elite social and beauty circles makes her a natural fit for the franchise's next era.

Pinky Cole, the Slutty Vegan founder who is new to 'RHOA', filed for bankruptcy ... and it looks like she's got a good chunk of debt.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Pinky filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy ... and she says she owes the U.S. Small Business Administration $1.2 million.

What's more, Pinky says she owes another $192,000 in total to the Georgia Department of Revenue.

Mary Cosby has paid tribute to her son Robert Cosby Jr. ... a couple days after confirming his death earlier this week.

Check out the "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star's latest IG post -- she shared a throwback picture with her son and remixed cover of Cyndi Lauper's "Time After Time" playing over it. She remembered him with a touching caption that reads ... "#godfirst #love #forever #❤️ I'm Going to miss you bubs❤️🙏😢."

Amanda Frances says a reconciliation between herself and Dorit Kemsley seems unlikely ... but, she's laying the blame totally at the other star's feet.

We caught up with the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star in New York City earlier this month ... and we had to ask her about the drama between herself and the star -- which kicked off while filming when Frances claimed Kemsley "outsourced her financial well-being to a man."

As you can imagine, Dorit -- who is going through a messy divorce with PK Kemsley -- took offense at the comment ... and accused Amanda of not being a "girls' girl."

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Mauricio Umansky’s family is taking their dad Eduardo Umansky’s longtime girlfriend to court over alleged financial elder abuse, TMZ has learned. 

Mauricio’s sister, Sharon Umansky Bento -- in her role as Eduardo’s conservator -- filed a lawsuit against her dad’s ex-partner, Simin Tabibnia.

In court docs, Mauricio’s family explains Eduardo was once a real estate agent ... until his cognitive decline gradually interfered with his work. They said his doctor observed his mental issues in 2021. 

NeNe Leakes is setting the record straight when it comes to a video from her recent date ... she says she didn't kiss the guy -- they only pecked!!!

The reality TV star took to social media to put her spin on footage we first obtained, which shows her and attorney Arthur Earl Horne III touching lips at an NBA game.

NeNe says it was just a peck ... and it came after a fun night out in Memphis, Tennessee, where the booze was flowing.

What's more, NeNe says she's not in a relationship with Arthur ... claiming he's just one of multiple men she plans on dating.

Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband Peter Thomas has been released from federal prison ... though he's not a free man just yet.

The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star is out of FCI Miami, TMZ has learned ... and, he's now under community confinement supervision of the Miami Residential Reentry Management Office, according to the Bureau of Prisons website.

This means he's either living in a residential reentry center -- AKA a halfway house -- or he's held in home confinement ... it's unclear which.

Mary Cosby is planning to move forward with the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" ... despite the sudden death of her son ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to production tell TMZ ... while some assumed Mary might step away when cameras go up for Season 7 after losing her son, Robert Cosby Jr., that's not the case as of now. We're told the decision to continue filming is entirely hers.

We're told Mary sees returning to work as a way to maintain some structure during an incredibly painful time as she leans heavily on her faith and inner circle. Our sources say Mary will participate in filming at whatever pace she feels is right ... and there's zero pressure.

NeNe Lekes' new man has a criminal past ... he was arrested for allegedly raping and assaulting his ex-girlfriend in Tennessee nearly 9 years ago ... but he ended up only being convicted of a misdemeanor.

Attorney Arthur Earl Horne III was arrested in February 2017 after Memphis PD officers responded to a 911 call at the home of his former girlfriend.

Horne’s law office told TMZ ... "Nearly a decade ago, a jury heard all of the evidence and found Arthur Earle Horne III NOT GUILTY on every serious charge brought against him, including aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated assault. That is the verdict. That is the record."

After Mary Cosby's son Robert Cosby Jr.'s sudden death this week, "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" cast has put old wounds on ice.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the SLC housewives have set aside past fractures and on-camera drama to rally around Mary during an absolutely devastating moment of her life. We're told any lingering tension from filming or prior seasons simply doesn’t matter right now.

Our sources say the outreach has been unanimous. Every cast member has contacted Mary in some way ... some stopping by in person, others checking in consistently by phone and text. We're told there's been no hesitation and no division when it comes to supporting her following Robert's death.

Robert Cosby Jr. had some stringent conditions attached to his 2-year probation ... including a requirement to wear an ankle monitor ... this according to legal docs.

The son of "Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Mary Cosby was sentenced on 3 misdemeanor counts earlier this month ... assault, criminal trespass of a dwelling, and violation of a jail release court order.

Robert -- who got credit for 99 days served at the time of sentencing -- received a suspended sentence of 180 days ... and was placed on probation for 24 months.

Looks like Andy Cohen and Lisa Rinna have officially doused their drama after the ‘Real Housewives’ star set fire to his memoir in protest over him spilling their private texts.

Check out the clip from Wednesday's "Watch What Happens Live" -- Andy confirms he apologized for sharing their texts in "The Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up" as soon as he realized he hurt her ... and she wholeheartedly accepted. Meanwhile, she's all smiles as she tells him he should be honored she fed his book to her fireplace.

ICYMI -- Andy's 2023 memoir contained personal texts about her shocking departure from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." The messages had fans scratching their heads about whether she was fired from the series or left on her own terms.

11:20 AM PT -- Mary Cosby and Robert Sr. tell TMZ … "Our beloved son Robert Jr. has been called home to the Lord. Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in God’s promise and in knowing he is finally at peace. We are grateful for your prayers and trust in the Lord to carry us through this time of sorrow."

Robert Cosby Jr. -- the son of "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Mary Cosby -- is dead ... TMZ has learned.

Robert died Monday in Utah ... the cause of death is unclear, but police responded to a possible overdose, and it turned into a death investigation upon arrival.

Police in Salt Lake City tell us they responded Monday night to a call for a "full arrest/medical emergency" for a 23-year-old male. We're told fire and paramedics were dispatched.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Mary Cosby seemed concerned but hopeful about her son Robert's future in an Instagram post shared earlier this month ... but 2 weeks later, he was dead.

On February 7, Mary posted a picture of her 23-year-old son along with the caption "Thank you all for your prayers. Love you."

She commented ... "#godfirst Love you all. My Beautiful Son.. I love him sm."

Robert Cosby Jr. was administered Narcan before police reached him ... this according to dispatch audio.

The son of 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star Mary Cosby was not conscious and not breathing Monday, according to the dispatcher ... who then says Robert had been given the opioid overdose countermeasure Naloxone -- brand name Narcan -- already.

Three units were en route to Cosby ... however, we know that once they arrived there was nothing they could do. Page Six was first to report on the dispatch audio.

Mary Cosby wasn't shooting "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" when she found out her son, Robert Jr., had passed away ... but that doesn't mean it won't be mentioned.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" Season 7 is in pre-preproduction and wasn't shooting at the time of Robert's death.

Shooting was supposed to start this week ... but has been postponed due to the tragedy.
