A couple OG stars from "The Real Housewives of New York" are locking horns ... and it's all because one of them is returning to the Bravo series.

Luann de Lesseps and Carole Radziwill are exchanging jabs over a new beef Luann started, AKA Countess Luann, after she paid a backhanded compliment to Carole over her return to 'RHONY.'

Luann said Carole made a good call because she wasn't "busy" doing anything else of note.

Of course, Carole wasn't about to let that slide ... and posted her response, apparently from her massive home on the water while fishing, saying she worked her whole life so she didn't have to be busy now. Snap!

12:18 PM PT -- Taylor Frankie Paul had her felony assault conviction from three years ago knocked down to a misdemeanor after prosecutors and the judge agreed she followed all stipulated conditions for the case to be reclassified.

TFP is due back in court today for a review of her felony assault case involving ex Dakota Mortenson ... and if all goes well for the reality star, the charge will be knocked down to a misdemeanor ... and we'll be streaming live.

Here's the deal ... "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star pleaded guilty to third-degree aggravated assault back in August 2023 stemming from a viral fight between herself and Dakota where she hit him and threw metal stools ... one of which hit her child.

Basically, in the plea deal she cut, other charges were dismissed ... and just as important, if she could behave herself and follow all the conditions set for three years, a judge could knock it down to a misdemeanor.

Well, today's the day ... and Taylor will be there, either in person or over Zoom.

Tom Sandoval plans to testify against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson in their legal war ... and he says he has video evidence that shows her hitting him.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Tom's exhibit list includes security footage of the June 3 fire pit incident and a video from the same day described in the filing as showing Victoria hitting him. Other videos from that day are described as showing Victoria's dad, Will Robinson, yelling.

Tom also plans to introduce photographs from that day ... he says the images show scratches on his neck and ear, along with June 7 photos he claims document an injury to his face.

Mama June isn't judging daughter Pumpkin for diving into hardcore sex on OnlyFans ... but she tells TMZ she hopes Pumpkin is seeing a serious payday out of it ... because "all money ain't good money."

June tells us Pumpkin is a grown woman who can make her own choices, but says she hopes her daughter made more than $10K from the explicit content.

She says there's also a digital footprint to consider ... pointing out Pumpkin's kids may not know what OnlyFans is right now, but could eventually come across their mom's content when they're older.

Former youth basketball prodigy Julian Newman is taking his sister's alleged private video leak in stride ... claiming the unfortunate situation will make Jaden more famous than Kim Kardashian.

The Newmans -- who first went viral for their success playing varsity basketball as elementary school kids -- have gained millions of followers on social media over the years ... all while Jaden continues to play basketball as a member of the Cal State Los Angeles Golden Eagles.

Shamar McCoy says he couldn't escape the spotlight even behind bars ... saying inmates recognized him almost immediately and started asking why he'd been locked up.

The influencer tells TMZ ... he thinks he was he was jailed over something petty and believes the alleged victim in his battery case is using his name for money and clout.

Shamar completely denies doing anything wrong during the alleged November 2024 incident and says he plans to plead not guilty. He insists he had nothing to do with the fight and claims people drag him into situations because of his social media fame.

He claims he didn't know the alleged victim, Quentin McDowell, before that night and insists he'd never been involved in any previous incident with him.

"Love After Lockup" stars LaTisha Collier and Keith Collier might be trading places ... but they're going to stick together no matter what.

Keith tells TMZ ... the two are very much a couple -- and he's not going anywhere because LaTisha stood by him when he was behind bars ... and now she might be headed to the slammer.

Important to note -- we caught up with Keith before LaTisha got out of the joint on Thursday while a judge looks over her appeal after she was sentenced to 15 years behind bars for allegedly scamming clients of her financial firm.

"Teen Mom" star Rachel Beaver is speaking out about her alleged texts with Lil Wayne ... saying she's just a single mom trying to cash in on some free trips.

Rachel tells us she had to do a double-take when she saw rapper Lil Wayne had responded to her drunken outreach ... adding she'd like to debunk any claims that she's a gold digger or "begging for a flight."

LaTisha Collier didn't love being locked up ... and she's already back on the streets after filing an appeal in her forgery case, TMZ has learned.

According to Scott County Jail's inmate records, LaTisha was released from prison Wednesday morning ... and she'll be out until a decision's made about her appeal.

As we previously reported, LaTisha was sentenced to 15 years behind bars for allegedly scamming clients of her financial firm.

Joe Amabile -- the popular 'Bachelor in Paradise' alum -- just shared some wonderful news ... his brain tumor was successfully removed.

The major health update comes courtesy of his wife, Serena Pitt ... who he met and fell for on "Bachelor in Paradise" ... and she says he's "recovering really well" from the operation.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Marciano informed the court the parties reached a settlement, which will end with them stipulating to dismiss the entire case with prejudice -- meaning it can't be refiled.

As TMZ first reported ... Marciano sued 'SLOMW' producers and Demi after she claimed he sexually assaulted her -- the claim was referenced on the show.

Marciano has been adamant the hookup was consensual and insists Demi only changed her story to control the narrative.

The future of "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" was up in the air for a while after the Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen controversy ... but TMZ can confirm the popular series is coming back for a 6th season.

Series star Layla Taylor announced the reality show's return Thursday on Hulu's "Get Real" podcast ... and sources tell TMZ ... 20 brand-spanking new episodes have been ordered.

As for whether TFP will be back ... the network is holding casting cards close to the vest -- but obviously Layla is on board!
