The actress and the New York artist were spotted holding hands during a date night at SoHo Sessions in NYC ... supporting the Animal League at an event where Sienna Spiro performed.

Katie dressed up for the occasion in a coral top and black leather trousers ... while keeping Jason close as they made their way through the city.

Denise Richards' estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims she is behind on court-ordered support payments and money owed to his lawyers … and now he wants her found in contempt ... TMZ has learned.

Aaron filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, asking for Denise to be held in contempt after he says she failed to pay in full the $5K he's owed each month in temporary spousal support and the $30K she owes to his attorneys per a previous order in the case. 

Since March, he claims she's only paid partial amounts and still owes $13,500 to him and $28,000 to his attorneys -- leaving a total balance of $41,500.

"Love Island USA" stars Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe are proving some vacation romances don't last forever ... because the runners-up on the show's 7th season have split ... TMZ has confirmed.

The reality TV couple decided to part ways recently ... about a year after leaving the villa as a couple. PEOPLE was first to report the split.

As for the reason behind the split ... a source told PEOPLE, "The distance between them and their busy schedules made it challenging to maintain their connection. They still remain close friends. They share a deep love and respect for each other and will always support one another whenever possible.”

Guess Spider-Man doesn't need to come swinging in to get between his woman and a would-be suitor ... because Zendaya is telling any flirts she and Tom Holland are hitched -- kinda.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... as far as Adan was concerned, he and Bella were still in a relationship ... and he only learned about their updated relationship status when we dispelled rumors that she was dating her friend's brother, Nathan Lacy.

In our story Monday, we revealed Bella is single ... and our sources say Adan didn't know that was the case until he saw our reporting.

It sounds like Adan had reason to be caught off guard ... according to our sources, the pair had been spending plenty of time together recently.

We're told Bella and Adan recently took a trip together to Aspen, where they went out to dinner several times and attended multiple rodeos ... including one in Snowmass on June 29 and another in Silver City on July 1.

We obtained a photo of them breaking bread on June 29 ... and they were also spotted at Aspen hotspot Kemo Sabe on July 4.

Kimora Lee Simmons has no plans to give estranged husband Tim Leissner primary custody of their son ... 'cause TMZ has learned a court filing suggesting otherwise was simply a clerical error.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... Kimora has enjoyed full custody of 11-year-old Wolfe since the couple separated in 2020, and nothing has changed on her end.

We're told Kim's response to Tim's divorce petition, which checked the box for Tim to have primary legal and physical custody, was incorrect and appears to have been the result of a clerical error.

Shia LaBeouf hightailed it out of New Orleans after his run-in with an alleged stalker ... he's back in Los Angeles, and showing some love to his girlfriend Nicole Mumphrey at the airport.

TMZ obtained video showing the actor packing on the PDA with Nicole in the baggage claim area on Saturday morning at LAX ... after Nicole flew in from Atlanta.

The YouTube sensation -- real name James Donaldson -- announced the news with an Instagram post sharing photos from the special day ... featuring him in a sleek white blazer -- adorned with a matching rose -- and black slacks.

His new wife, Thea Booysen -- who has changed her name on Instagram to Thea Donaldson -- wore a gorgeous white wedding gown ... which was just sheer enough to show a hint of her flawless body underneath.

MrBeast captioned his post -- which Thea also shared -- "I found MrsBeast ❤️❤️❤️ and it was the best day of my life ❤️❤️❤️."

Nick Cannon is keeping his dinner dates in the family ... stepping out for a night at Nobu Malibu with Abby De La Rosa.

The pair were spotted leaving the celebrity hotspot hand in hand after dinner, with Abby rocking a revealing black mini dress while Nick kept things casual in a varsity jacket and black pants. They eventually hopped in Nick's ride and took off together.

The outing comes as Nick continues dating both Abby and "Selling Sunset" star Bre Tiesi -- two women with whom he shares children.

"Love Island USA" star Kenny Rodriguez is finally addressing the racist text message controversy that erupted after his breakup with fellow star JaNa Craig.

The Season 6 star spoke about the split during a recent interview on "The Journey Podcast" where he confirmed the messages were leaked from a private chat with a friend after he and JaNa called it quits. ... saying he takes "full accountability" for what he wrote, but insists the leaked messages don't reflect who he is.

According to Kenny, one of the messages included a broad generalization that he now regrets making ... pushing back on the idea that the texts prove he's racist and pointing to his background and dating history.

Kenny puts it like this ... "I've dated Black women before. I have Black ancestry. I'm Dominican. Half of my family is dark skin. There was never a problem with race. The problem was with how you were treating me."

Bella Hadid is riding solo ... 'cause TMZ has learned the supermodel is single and, contrary to reports, she's NOT dating the mystery cowboy she's been spotted with recently.

A source close to Bella tells TMZ ... the mystery cowboy is Nathan Lacy, and they're just friends.

We're told Nathan is the brother of one of Bella's close friends, Rachael Lacy -- an artist and fellow horse enthusiast.

According to Page Six, multiple sources say Angie and Shawn have separated after 27 years as husband and wife.

Ariana Grande's rekindled romance with Ricky Alvarez is getting a big thumbs-up from her brother Frankie ... or, in Ricky's case, a few pats on the head.

Ricky joined Frankie in the crowd Sunday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn for Ariana's "Eternal Sunshine Tour" ... where the two danced together as Ari performed "Warm."
