RIP

June Lockhart -- a legendary television actress of the 1950s, '60s and '70s -- has died.

Lockhart passed away Thursday in Santa Monica, just after 9 PM local time with her daughter June Elizabeth, and her granddaughter, Christianna, by her side, TMZ can confirm. June died from natural causes.

The daughter of actors Gene and Kathleen Lockhart, June secured her first credited role in the 1940 movie "All This, and Heaven Too" when she was still just a teenager.

Emilie Kiser shared a heartbreaking post about the death of her toddler, Trigg -- revealing she finds it difficult to allow herself to feel happiness.

The influencer shared her thoughts in a vulnerable post on her Instagram Story Friday, telling her 2 million followers she worked through a 2-hour counseling session, which was "heavy but also so helpful" and focused on "overall emotions and the guilt of sometimes having them."

She went on to explain ... "One of the hardest parts of loss, other than the loss itself, is allowing yourself to feel happy again. Allowing yourself to not have an emotion about every emotion."

1 PM PT -- The former professional dog-sitter who lost her job at Rover.com has now been kicked off her jiu-jitsu club.

Miami's Fight Sports Club tells TMZ they just learned of the incident, and said both the pet-sitter and her boyfriend have been banned from the team.

The academy said ... "We are very sad and deeply sorry for this situation. ... We want to make it clear that we have no involvement or responsibility for anyone’s personal life or business outside the academy. Fight Sports stands for truth, values, and integrity, and we will always take action when something goes against those principles."

The HGTV couple who say their dog was killed while supposedly in the care of a professional pet-sitter is demanding accountability ... and, they're thinking about ways they can redefine the legal status of dogs in Florida.

We spoke with Eilyn and Ray Jimenez -- best known for starring in the hit reality show "Divided by Design" -- on "TMZ Live" Friday ... and, they ran through the events surrounding their dog's death, which they previously laid out on social media.

ICYMI ... Eilyn and Ray were told their dog Aria -- a 12-year-old Shih Tzu -- died of a heart attack while in the care of a pet-sitter while they were out of town for 2 days. However, they said they learned from the cremation center where their dog was taken before they got home that their pup was actually killed by another dog.

Emman Atienza -- known for her lifestyle videos on TikTok -- died at her home in Los Angeles Wednesday ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Atienza's cause of death has been listed as suicide.

Emman's heartbroken father, a Filipino TV host, and mother, an entrepreneur and fitness guru, announced the tragic loss Friday morning, in a tribute to their late daughter.

Doug Martin apparently suffered from a pretty serious mental health episode months before his death ... with a new report claiming he jumped out of a 2nd story window and got into a physical altercation with some police officers.

The San Francisco Chronicle made the claim in a new article published Wednesday, citing reports from the Alameda County Sheriff's Office ... reporting Martin was put on an involuntary psychiatric hold back in August.

According to the Chronicle, Martin checked into Tranquility Rehab Center in Castro Valley in August ... and, they say he tested positive for cocaine and methamphetamines when he arrived.

11:32 AM PT -- We spoke to Isabelle Tate's agent, who tells us Tate passed away peacefully in her sleep.

We're told Isabelle suffered from Charcot-Marie-Tooth, a rare progressive neuromuscular disease which confined her to a wheelchair. Her agent says the disease affects the legs but can also affect internal organs such as the lungs and heart. Because of the disease, Tate had basically given up on her dream of acting ... until she got the 9-1-1 role -- her first big booking which was just perfect for her.

Tate's funeral will take place Friday.

Tragedy has rocked the "9-1-1: Nashville" ... one of the show's young actresses, Isabelle Tate, died shortly after filming an episode.

According to her obituary, the rising star died Sunday at age 23. Her agency, McCray Agency, confirmed the heartbreaking news ... though her cause of death has not been disclosed.

Isabelle played Julie in the pilot of ABC’s newest "9-1-1" spinoff, starring LeAnn Rimes, Chris O’Donnell, and more. Before breaking into acting, she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University.

Friends and family are remembering her online as "full of fire," "a fighter," and "the most caring, loving person."

She was 23.

HGTV stars Eilyn and Ray Jimenez are devastated ... their beloved pup Aria died in what was supposed to be the care of a professional pet-sitter ... who they claim made up a story to cover up the fact their pooch was brutally killed by another canine while they were out of town.

In an IG post this week, the "Divided by Design" couple shared sweet shots of their 12-year-old Shih Tzu ... with a chilling message splashed across the pics -- "If you think your pet is safe with your pet sitter, think again."

In the caption, they said when they got back to their Miami home on August 29 after two days away, their Rover.com pet-sitter was in tears ... claiming Aria had passed away peacefully in her sleep.

Ace Frehley did the impossible ... bringing his former bandmates back together to celebrate him at a private funeral held earlier this week in the Bronx.

Eddie Trunk -- a well-known radio DJ and close friend of the band for many years -- shared a summary of the intimate affair ... as well as a photo of what looks like Ace's grave marker.

The plaque has Ace's full name written out with the dates of his birth and death sitting above the Bible verse John 14: 1-3, 27 ... which reads, in part, "Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" ... so, it sounds like Ace is trying to provide comfort even though he's gone now.

Jon Jones is breaking his silence on the tragic and sudden death of his oldest brother, Arthur Jones ... sharing a moving post on social media where the MMA great shares his raw feelings on the former NFL player's passing.

"Arthur was not just a Super Bowl champion but a father, spouse, son, brother, everyone’s best friend, a gentle giant whose kindness and generosity knew no bounds," Jon wrote.

The future UFC Hall of Famer spoke about Arthur's "love of outdoors," from fishing to duck hunting and riding four-wheelers with his fam ... with Jon saying AJ "brought pure joy, warmth and laughter to every moment spent around him."

“His legacy inspires me every day. Our dad Arthur Jones Jr, me, Chandler, Arthur Jones IV,  and the rest of the family are committed to moving forward striving to be the best versions of ourselves, just as he would have wanted.”

Arthur, born in 1986, passed away on October 3, 2025 at just 39 years old ... after apparently suffering some sort of cardiac medical emergency.

Jones, who played seven seasons in the NFL, including four for the Baltimore Ravens (he won a Super Bowl in 2013), racked up 173 tackles, 10 sacks, and two forced fumbles over the course of his career.

Dave Ball -- one half of the 1980s New Wave pop group Soft Cell -- has died at age 66, according to the band's official website.

Ball was the synthesizer-keyboardist and Marc Almond was the singer of the group that recorded the iconic 1981 track "Tainted Love" … a massive hit, which was actually a cover.

Ball died in his sleep at home in London Wednesday. He'd recently played a show with Soft Cell, just weeks earlier … he was in a wheelchair at the time.

The group's website posted a statement and a series of tributes to Ball following his death.

A plane crash in Venezuela claimed the lives of two people onboard ... and, the whole incident was captured on shocking video.

According to the local paper El Nacional, a Cheyenne model plane crashed as it was taking off from Paramillo Airport in Táchira -- a state in western Venezuela that's crossed by the Andes Mountains -- Wednesday morning.

Check out the clip ... the small aircraft barely gets off the ground when the airplane starts to turn widely to the left. The craft doesn't have enough momentum to propel itself through the turn -- and, it comes down in a crash on one of its wings, tumbling over and bursting into flames.

Ellen Greenberg's parents say Philadelphia officials are still trying to clean up the city's mess from a botched investigation ... which is why no one will admit Ellen was murdered.

Sandee and Josh Greenberg joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday to talk about a medical examiner recently reaffirming their daughter Ellen's death as a suicide ... and, they told us it's all spurred on by corruption.

According to the Greenbergs, they weren't surprised at the ruling ... because it's the answer they've gotten from city officials for years ... which they see as an attempt to simply get to them to stop digging.

Kylie Jenner is heartbroken over the loss of a beloved family member -- her longtime pup, Norman.

In a tearful IG post Wednesday ... Kylie dropped a flood of sweet pics of Norman, along with a heartfelt tribute to the pup she first got for Christmas when she was just 17.

Kylie was clearly shattered ... saying her Italian Greyhound didn’t just complete her life, but brought pure joy to everyone who knew him.

KISS guitarist Ace Frehley passed away last week after a tragic fall ... and a New Jersey medical examiner is now investigating his death, TMZ has learned.

A rep for the Morris County Medical Examiner tells us an autopsy was not performed on Frehley ... but the rock legend is receiving a toxicology screening along with an external body examination. The rep also said Ace's cause of death will be finalized in the next few weeks after the toxicology report is completed.

We broke the story ... Ace was placed on life support after being hospitalized with a brain bleed. Ace suffered the bleed following a bad fall in the studio a couple of weeks prior.

Katherine Schwarzenegger is heartbroken over the loss of her beloved horse, Cinco ... sharing a flood of pics on IG, honoring their 20+ years together.

In her Tuesday post, Katherine wrote a heartfelt caption ... saying goodbye to a pet is never easy, especially one who’d been part of every chapter of her life -- even sizing up Chris Pratt on the now-married couple's very first date.

Katherine shared Cinco had been with her since she was 11 ... she’d do homework in the stalls -- her safe haven -- and lean on him through heartbreaks, first loves, worries, and every major life moment in between.

Ecuadorian singer Paulina Tamayo has died, according to a post shared on her official Instagram account.

The post included a brief memorial statement honoring the performer ... her cause of death hasn't been released.

Another tribute was shared by her son Willie, who described his mother as "the love of my life" in a post on Instagram. Ecuador's president also posted a memorial on X, according to CNN.
