Peter Greene, an actor best known for playing villains in flicks such as "Pulp Fiction" and "The Mask," has died.

Greene was found dead Friday in his Manhattan apartment, his manager Gregg Edwards confirms to TMZ. He tells us his body was discovered after a neighbor heard music playing all night and knocked on the door. When there was no answer, they contacted police. Authorities arrived for a wellness check and found him deceased.

Child content creator Brielle "Brie" Bird has died following a 5-year bout with stage-4 cancer.

Her family announced the heartbreaking news on Instagram Friday night with a touching tribute to their 9-year-old. They penned ... "You are the miracle! Your purpose on earth was fulfilled, and it was the most sacred privilege to escort you home. You brought people to Christ, you showed the world that God is good, and your light shined to all corners of the earth."

Speaking to Brie further, her loving family said they will look for her in dragonflies and asked her to visit often, adding ... "We will never stop sharing your story."

Brie was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in 2020 and documented her journey with her family ever since. When they first revealed her illness, Brie's mother, Kendra, said doctors found an 8-centimeter tumor in her abdomen ... and that the cancer had spread to her back.

Mary Magdalene -- the Canadian-Mexican Instagram model and plastic surgery enthusiast who got 38J breast implants -- shared a cryptic message on social media before she was found dead in Thailand.

Check out this post from one of Mary's Instagram pages ... her final post features the final scene from the movie "The Truman Show" where Jim Carrey's character famously says, "In case I don't see ya, good afternoon, good morning and good night."

Mary posted it on her IG page dedicated to her artwork, and the post also features what appears to be a throwback photo from her childhood.

Mary Magdalene -- the Canadian-Mexican Instagram model who got 38J breast implants -- reportedly died on Tuesday, Dec. 9.

According to Daily Mail, Mary -- whose real name was Denise Jarvis -- was in Thailand when she fell from the ninth floor of a high-rise apartment.

Friend Eden "the Doll" Estrada also posted about Mary's untimely passing.

Mary made headlines when one of her 11-pound breast implants exploded, leaving her with what some followers referred to as a "uni-boob."

Chuck Potthast's son apparently found his body ... and he told the 911 operator his dad was bleeding heavily -- and didn't look alive.

We've obtained the audio of the 911 call ... which begins with a man identifying himself as Chuck's son -- and telling the 911 operator his father's lying in the bathtub and bleeding from the chest.

Potthast's son says he doesn't know what happened to his father ... and, when the operator asks him if he's awake, he responds by saying he doesn't think Chuck even looks alive.

12/12 2:55 AM PT -- TMZ has obtained the long list of injuries Ryan Easley suffered from the tiger attack ... and the injuries are nothing less than horrific. Here they are ...

1. Two lacerations with deep punctures on the left side of the neck.
2. Two lacerations extending from the left to the right side of the neck with separate deep punctures.
3. About ten more deep punctures and multiple other lacerations around the neck area.
4. Cluster of deep red-purple contusions on the scalp.
5. Extensive hemorrhaging within the soft tissue and muscles of the neck.
6. Multiple crush and puncture injuries to the neck's cervical vertebra and spinal cord.
7. Multiple lacerations on the upper abdomen.
8. Two superficial lacerations on the left side of the upper back.
9. Five lacerations on the right side of the upper back.
10. Approximately 47 lacerations and punctures on the mid and lower back with contusions.
11. Four more lacerations in the mid back and one additional on the upper abdomen.
12. Laceration on the upper right arm.
13. Two lacerations on the upper left arm.
14. Abrasion on the lower right leg.
15. Round red mark on the lower right leg.

An associate of "Tiger King" star Joe Exotic was attacked by a tiger during a show in Oklahoma earlier this year ... and now TMZ has learned the official cause of death.

According to the Tulsa Medical Examiner, Ryan Easley died from blunt force, sharp force, and crushing injuries ... due to tiger mauling.

As we reported ... Ryan was handling a tiger during a show at the Growler Pines Tiger Preserve in Hugo, OK, on September 20. We were told a tiger suddenly grabbed Ryan around his neck and shoulder area, and sank its teeth into him before violently shaking him.

Scott Weiland's son is posting some worrying messages to Instagram ... claiming he'd rather be dead than live his life as his father did.

Noah Weiland posted to his Instagram story Thursday afternoon ... sharing a text post written on a blurry gray background which begins, "I'd rather be DEAD" -- a pretty drastic statement, though he tries to qualify it by explaining he'd rather be dead than live as his dad did.

He goes on, "Regardless of all this, it's been a long journey. Can't wait to see him again & thank you for all your support along the way. Won't ever forget this."

Camryn Magness -- a musician who once opened for One Direction and Fifth Harmony -- has died.

The heartbreaking news was announced on her social media pages Tuesday alongside a clip of her scuba diving while blowing a kiss to the camera. Her mother, Sarah, tells TMZ she died after being hit while riding an electric scooter in Miami, Florida.

The Miami Beach Police Department tells TMZ ... they received a call last Friday at approximately 7:52 PM about a collision involving an electric mobility scooter and a pedestrian. The scooter was being operated by a male and had a female passenger -- Camryn -- at the time of the incident. Police say all individuals involved sustained significant injuries and were transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center by Miami Beach Fire Rescue, where Camryn succumbed to her injuries.

Jim Ward -- the beloved actor who lent his voice to many popular cartoon characters and video games -- has died, TMZ has confirmed.

Jim's wife, Janice, tells TMZ ... Jim passed away Wednesday at 10:45 AM due to complications from advanced Alzheimer's.

We're told he was being treated in Los Angeles at Silverado Beverly Place Memory Care at the time of his passing.

Fans will remember Jim for voicing characters like Doug Dimmadome and Chet Ubetcha on "The Fairly OddParents."

Pauline Potter -- who starred in Season 3 of "My 600-lb Life" -- has died.

Pauline's son Dillon confirmed his mom's passing in a moving YouTube video, saying she died Thanksgiving Day.

Her death comes just months after she and Dillon were involved in a car accident, which totaled their vehicle. According to Dillon, the incident occurred in January and left his mom with broken ribs and other injuries ... she was still suffering those injuries during her last moments.

Popular Australian food influencer Stacey Hatfield died from postpartum hemorrhaging ... according to testimony given in court Wednesday.

The influencer's cause of death was revealed during a court hearing looking into the circumstances of Hatfield's death, according to the Australian Broadcasting Company. Hatfield was with her husband, Nathan Warnecke, and a "birth support worker" when she gave birth to her son in September.

Despite the successful delivery of the baby -- the child survived -- Hatfield's condition declined and an ambulance was called.

Jeff Garcia -- the beloved voice actor who appeared on many popular 2000s shows -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple family members tell TMZ ... the comedian and actor was pronounced dead early Wednesday morning after he was taken off life support Tuesday night at a Southern California hospital while surrounded by family and friends.

We're told Jeff was dealing with multiple medical complications in the months before his death ... suffering a brain aneurysm back in the spring, during which he fell and hit his head. He recovered from the aneurysm, but our sources say he suffered a stroke several weeks ago.

Our sources say Jeff canceled multiple shows recently because he wasn't feeling well ... which wasn't like him at all, but he didn't go to the hospital, believing he'd be fine without treatment.

Tragedy in the TV world ... Wenne Alton Davis -- an actress who appeared in "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" -- was struck and killed by a car in New York.

The 60-year-old -- whose real name was Wendy Davis -- suffered a head injury when she was hit by a Cadillac while crossing the street near Manhattan’s Broadway on Monday ... and she was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she died later that night.

The 61-year-old man driving the SUV stayed at the scene after striking the actress and hasn’t been charged. Cops say he hit Davis while making a left onto West 53rd Street -- and she had the right of way.

Wendy was best known for her role in Amazon Prime’s hit series "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel," where she played a police officer opposite Rachel Brosnahan in 2023 -- and she also appeared on NBC’s "Blindspot" and "New Amsterdam."

11:10 AM -- A neighborhood source tells TMZ, Micah was not living at his father's home but was known in the neighborhood for rambling in public and shouting nonsensical things to no one in particular.

According to our source, Micah had mental health issues, but the official diagnosis is unclear. The source adds ... Jubilant loved Micah and had been optimistic about his condition, as -- just a few weeks ago -- Jubilant told a neighbor Micah was doing really well.

Jubilant's wife was home at the time of the murder and was the one who called 911.

The son of slain Grammy-nominated opera singer Jubilant Sykes was allegedly violent toward his family years before cops arrested him in connection to the stabbing death of his father ... according to a restraining order petition.

Here's the deal ... a woman named Sarah Bennett filed for a restraining order against Micah Sykes for herself and several of her friends in 2017 -- alleging he tried to break into her friend's father's home.

In the documents, Bennett says she and Micah used to go to the same church ... and she claims he was relentlessly pursuing her -- saying she was his true love, and they were meant to be together. Bennett also claims Sykes sent her multiple texts and other direct messages

Sarah says her friend Jason Lee stepped in to defend her in person on at least one occasion ... and, eventually, she says Lee went to a meeting with Micah to explain to him Sarah wasn't interested -- which allegedly ended with Lee having to lock himself in his car to get away from an enraged Micah. Weeks after this encounter, Bennett claims Micah went to Jason's father Philip's home and attempted to break down the door.

Sharon Osbourne got visibly emotional ... opening up about the last thing Ozzy ever said to her before he passed in July.

Chatting on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" Wednesday, Sharon said Ozzy woke her up at 4:30 AM before he died and told her, "Kiss me, hug me tight"... and she had to stop for a sec during the interview to pull herself together as her eyes welled up with tears.

Sharon said Ozzy then went to work out for about 20 minutes ... before suffering a heart attack and passing away -- and she only found out after rushing downstairs when she heard people screaming while he was being resuscitated.

More tragedy for Kevin Faulk and his family ... the LSU legend and Super Bowl champ unexpectedly lost his daughter, four years after the sudden death of one of his other children.

Faulk's 30-year-old daughter, Tanasha, died at the Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center on Saturday. The cause of death has not been disclosed, but no foul play is suspected.

"Tanasha will be remembered for her kindness, her unwavering love for her family, and the light she brought to all who knew her," her obituary said.
