DJ Young Slade -- Lil Jon's son -- was laid to rest this week after his father confirmed his death earlier this month.

Lil Jon took to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute video of his late son and added, "On the first day of Ramadan yesterday, We laid my only son to rest. In this holy month, I’m asking for extra du’a for him and for our family."

The rapper continued, "I love you, son. Life will never be the same without you. Allah, give me strength."

Bill Mazeroski -- Pittsburgh Pirates legend and Baseball Hall of Famer -- has died at the age of 89.

The Pirates issued a statement announcing his death on Saturday morning, saying, "It is with a heavy heart that we relay the news of the passing of legendary Pirates and National Baseball Hall of Famer, Bill Mazeroski."

The team continues to add ... "Maz was a 7-time All-Star who hit the greatest home run in baseball history. He was a beloved member of the Pirates family and he will be deeply missed."

Mazeroski devoted his entire 17-year MLB career to the Pittsburgh Pirates, signing with the team at just 17 in 1954. After spending two years in the minors, he was called up to the big leagues midway through the 1956 season.

Eric Dane had some powerful last words for his daughters, Billie and Georgia ... looking back on the good times and telling them the lessons they should take away from his battle with ALS.

The "Grey's Anatomy" star sat down for a "Famous Last Words" Netflix interview before his death -- the understanding was it would be released once he died -- and he looked into the camera and spoke directly to his kids.

Eric was emotional as he recalled all the time he spent at beaches in California, Hawaii and Mexico watching his kids play in the ocean for hours ... fondly calling them his "water babies."

He told his daughters he tried to be a good father and stumbled sometimes ... but the days they spent together were "heaven."

Conan O'Brien is finally ready to discuss Rob and Michele Reiner's deaths ... opening up about the tragedy in a new interview released Friday.

The comedian talked about his relationship with the late director and his wife in a piece published by The New Yorker ... revealing he and his wife became increasingly close to the Reiners over time.

O'Brien says the two were lovely people ... and, finding out the Reiners were dead just hours after he bid them good night left him in shock for a long time afterward.

Tragedy has struck Brazil’s influencer world ... Bianca Dias has died at just 27, just days after undergoing plastic surgery.

The glamorous social media star is believed to have suffered a pulmonary embolism -- a known risk tied to major cosmetic procedures -- after she began experiencing shortness of breath while recovering at her family’s beach house in Guarujá, near São Paulo.

She was rushed to the hospital, but doctors were unable to save her. Her death came just 18 days after the initial surgery.

Eric Dane's death is spurring people to action ... encouraging many to support researchers looking to cure ALS.

A spokesperson for the ALS Association -- a leader in the fight against the vicious disease -- tells TMZ ... the website's seen a 100% rise in website traffic since Dane passed away yesterday, as well as a 200% rise in donations.

We're told many of the donations are for small amounts ... coming from new donors around the country.

We also show how those burns led to an obsession with plastic surgery ... and how Jackson became infuriated when a famous plastic surgeon dared to deny him.

Eric Dane has died at the age of 53, following a battle with ALS, TMZ has learned.

The family says in a statement to TMZ ... "With heavy hearts, we share that Eric Dane passed on Thursday afternoon following a courageous battle with ALS. He spent his final days surrounded by dear friends, his devoted wife, and his two beautiful daughters, Billie and Georgia, who were the center of his world. Throughout his journey with ALS, Eric became a passionate advocate for awareness and research, determined to make a difference for others facing the same fight. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always. Eric adored his fans and is forever grateful for the outpouring of love and support he’s received. The family has asked for privacy as they navigate this impossible time.”

The "Grey's Anatomy" star announced he was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly referred to as ALS, back in April 2025.

Patrick Dempsey is heartbroken over Eric Dane’s death ... revealing he’d spoken to his "Grey’s Anatomy" costar just a week before he passed -- and the decline was devastating.

Speaking Friday on "The Chris Evans Breakfast Show," Patrick said Eric’s condition had worsened dramatically ... he was bedridden, struggling to swallow, and losing his ability to speak when friends visited.

Patrick said his heart especially aches for Eric’s kids ... while remembering Eric as the funniest guy on the "Grey’s" set, the one who brought the fun no matter what was going on.

A couple years after our last run-in, Eric revealed he’d been diagnosed with ALS last April -- the nervous system disease that attacks nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.

Still, he kept working to the very end, recently filming scenes for Season 3 of "Euphoria."

Eric was 53.

Hollywood is celebrating Eric Dane, who just lost his battle with ALS -- and the tributes are pouring in.

Dane's publicist announced his death Thursday night after the actor was diagnosed last April with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis -- a nervous system disease that impacts nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. 

A slew of celebs -- including Ashton Kutcher, Selma Blair, Nina Dobrev, John Stamos and Alyssa Milano -- took to social media after hearing the sad news to remember the "Grey's Anatomy" and "Euphoria" star.

Kutcher jumped on X to say he's going to miss his buddy, referencing a celebrity fantasy football league the two actors belonged to. They starred together in the 2010 film "Valentine's Day."

Eric Dane filmed episodes for "Euphoria" Season 3 before his death on Thursday, TMZ can confirm.

The actor played Cal Jacobs, the troubled father of Jacob Elordi's Nate Jacobs who enjoys secret hook ups with in motels with young men and trans women ... and abuses alcohol, leading to explosive outbursts.

Dane's rep confirmed to TMZ he shot episodes for the upcoming season. Filming wrapped in late 2025. People was first to report the news.

We are learning more about the circumstances surrounding the death of rapper Lil Poppa ... and it's pretty shocking.

TMZ broke the news ... the rapper -- real name Janarious Mykel Wheeler -- was pronounced dead yesterday in Georgia at the age of 25.

Hapeville Chief of Police Bruce Hedley tells TMZ ... Lil Poppa was in a single-car accident on Interstate 85 south of Hapeville ... which is when he called his manager asking what he should do. The car was still drivable.

Idaho State Police have released nearly 3,000 photos from the crime scene left behind by Bryan Kohberger when he stabbed 4 unsuspecting University of Idaho students to death at their home in the small town of Moscow ... and now we're getting a look at their bedrooms -- some splattered in blood, while others remained seemingly untouched.

You can see some bedroom photographs are right out of a nightmare -- blood stains are splattered across walls, sheets and clothing. These rooms belonged to the 4 students who lost their lives to Kohberger's knife in November 2022 -- Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle.

Other images show typical bedrooms belonging to college students -- maybe a bit messy, nothing out of the ordinary ... some clothing and school supplies strewn about, no blood in sight. Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke were the 2 survivors from that dreaded night ... completely untouched.

Peter Greene fatally shot himself ... TMZ has learned.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in New York City tells us Peter's official cause of death is a gunshot wound of the left axilla with injury of the brachial artery ... and the manner of death has been classified as an accident.

In other words, Peter accidentally shot himself in the left armpit, and the bullet damaged the artery that supplies blood to the arm, elbow, forearm, and hand.

Shirley Raines -- also known as activist and founder of Beauty 2 The Streetz, "Ms. Shirley" -- passed away from hypertensive heart disease.

Shirley's daughter Danielle confirmed the news to TMZ ... telling us Shirley had a history of high blood pressure, which she was being treated for at the time of her passing.

A private service is scheduled for next Monday ... while a public one will be held at a later date.
