Robert Carradine was cremated with his ashes to be scattered at sea ... according to his death certificate.

TMZ obtained the late actor's death certificate Tuesday, after he died February 23 by suicide. He was 71.

As we reported ... the actor best known for his roles in "Lizzie McGuire," "Revenge of the Nerds," and "The Long Riders" -- died in an L.A. hospital last month after hanging himself.

It's worth noting, Robert's date of injury is stated to be on January 17, 2026 at the hospital ... over a month before his death, according to the report.

"90 Day Fiance" star Eric Rosenbrook avoided any jail time as part of his operating under the influence case amid his battle over his late child’s autopsy, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Eric pleaded no contest to the charge, and prosecutors dismissed two other charges brought against the TLC star. The court ordered him to pay $968 in fines.

In addition, Eric’s driver's license was suspended for six months and he needs to complete an alcohol assessment program. The charges were related to an incident on July 5, 2025, days after Eric’s wife, Leida Margaretha, called cops to accuse him of abuse.

Mary Cosby's son, Robert Cosby Jr., was laid to rest over the weekend following his sudden death, but the cameras were not rolling ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" tell TMZ ... the funeral services held over the weekend in Utah were not filmed for the show's upcoming Season 7. We're told several producers from the series attended the service to pay their respects, though.

The support from the 'RHOSLC' family was strong. Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Bronwyn Newport, Angie Katsanevas, and Britani Bateman all showed up for Mary during the difficult time.

Andy Cohen confirmed on SiriusXM Monday the funeral services were held Saturday and noted in addition to the cast, there were also some notable Bravoleb cameos -- Kyle Richards, Cynthia Bailey, and Shereé Whitfield attended as well. Andy called them "real ones."

"90 Day Fiancé" star Leida Margaretha’s baby daughter Alisa’s death has been deemed "non-accidental," TMZ has confirmed.

Leida’s attorney, Taylor Hart, confirmed the finding from Adams County Health and Human Services Department's initial assessment ... which Starcasm reports states there’s "a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother."

The Wisconsin report notes no criminal charges have been filed in connection with the baby’s death ... and the investigation remains ongoing.

Jennifer Runyon Corman -- an actress known for her roles in "Ghostbusters" and "Charles in Charge" -- had been battling cancer for months prior to her passing on March 6.

A representative told Us Weekly, the 65-year-old actress "passed away after a 6-month battle with cancer."

They added, "She felt loved and blessed by her family and friends. She was beloved by countless people and will be missed."

Tommy DeCarlo -- lead vocalist for the rock band Boston -- has died.

The singer's family confirmed the news in a Facebook post, writing that he died Monday after a battle with brain cancer.

"He fought with incredible strength and courage right up until the very end," they wrote.

Jennifer Runyon -- the actress known for her roles in "Ghostbusters and "Charles in Charge" -- has died.

Her family shared the news in a Facebook post, writing, "This past Friday night our beloved Jennifer passed away. It was a long and arduous journey that ended with her surrounded by her family."

They added she will "always be remembered for her love of life and her devotion to her family and friends," ending the tribute with, "Rest in peace our Jenn."

Country Joe McDonald -- the legendary lead singer and co-founder of 1960s psychedelic folk rock band Country Joe and the Fish, best known for the anti-Vietnam War anthem "I-Feel-Like-I’m-Fixin’-to-Die Rag" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the Woodstock icon died Saturday evening. Details surrounding his death are currently unclear.

McDonald, born Joseph Allen McDonald, became one of the defining voices of the 1960s protest movement. As frontman of Country Joe and the Fish, he helped shape the San Francisco psychedelic scene during rock's most politically charged era.

His 1969 Woodstock performance, which was complete with the crowd-wide "Fish Cheer," remains one of the festival's most unforgettable moments, cementing his place in counterculture history.

James Van Der Beek would have celebrated his 49th birthday Sunday, and his wife Kimberly is marking the milestone with a heartbreaking message.

Emily Parker -- Corey's aunt -- tells us the star passed away Thursday in Memphis, Tennessee after a battle with cancer. It's unclear what type of cancer he had.

Corey got his start in the film industry in the mid-1980s ... notably winning the role of Pete in "Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning." He followed that up with a small part in the Kim Basinger romantic drama "9 1/2 Weeks."

In 1992, Corey landed a starring role in the sitcom "Flying Blind" alongside Téa Leoni. He played Neil Barash -- an awkward college grad who begins dating Leoni's wild and free Alicia.

Jeff Nippard -- a popular bodybuilder and fitness influencer -- has suffered a major loss ... his fiancée has died.

Nippard's team broke the bad news Friday, issuing a statement on Instagram about the passing of Stephanie Buttermore. Her cause of death was not released.

The statement touches on Nippard's 10-year relationship with Buttermore, who "meant the world to Jeff." It also honors Buttermore's legacy of "warmth and compassion, her love for her family, and her PhD research on ovarian cancer.” 

Cary Elwes is missing Rob Reiner a little extra today.

"The Princess Bride" star honored the late Hollywood icon with a heartfelt social media post Friday ... on what should have been Rob's 79th birthday.

Of course, Rob and his wife, Michele were stabbed to death in their home back in December ... and their son, Nick Reiner, is charged with their murders.

James G. Robinson -- the longtime film producer movie buffs might remember for his public feud with Lindsay Lohan -- has died, TMZ has learned.

We're told Robinson passed away "peacefully" on February 15.

Robinson broke into the movie business in the mid-1980s after proudly serving in the United States Army and having great success in the automobile industry. He produced numerous films -- many of them comedies -- over the next four decades through his company Morgan Creek Entertainment, which he cofounded with Joe Roth.

Jack Osbourne is looking back on his final conversation with Ozzy Osbourne before his late father's death ... and he says it was clear Ozzy "was done."

Ozzy's son opens up about the legendary rocker's final days on the "Hate to Break it to Ya with Jamie Kennedy" podcast ... recalling a conversation they had after Ozzy's final show with Black Sabbath.

Jack says he was putting Ozzy to bed and Ozzy was brushing his teeth and looking in the mirror when Ozzy remarked, "I'm think I'm gonna cut my hair off."

Matthew Tkachuk used a trip to Columbus to share a special moment with Johnny Gaudreau's family ... checking in on the late NHL star's loved ones ahead of a game against the Blue Jackets.

Meredith Gaudreau snapped the heartwarming picture Wednesday night -- the day before the Panthers take the ice against the Jackets, the team Johnny played for prior to his tragic passing at the hands of an alleged drunk driver.

"Dinner and a show, Noa x Uncle Chucky," she wrote.

It's no surprise that Tkachuk took some time out of his schedule to make time for the Gaudreau family. The two were teammates on the Calgary Flames for six seasons before they parted ways in 2022.
