A popular Mexican influencer was killed while livestreaming by a gunman who drove up on a motorcycle.

The shocking incident went down Tuesday in the Mexican city of Culiacan and was captured by Cesar Gastelum on his live stream before he was shot to death.

The video, posted to Instagram, shows Gastelum hanging out with friends on the street as two men on a motorcycle ride up to them.

In-N-Out is speaking out after one of its own was killed in a recent mass shooting in Idaho ... saying the company is devastated by the loss and is now focused on helping the victim's loved ones.

The popular burger chain released an emotional statement honoring Ashley Garibay, a 23-year-old from Stockton, California, who was among the 3 killed and 7 injured when Chad Williams opened fire at an Idaho In-N-Out with an assault-style rifle -- before he killed himself.

The company says, "Our IN-N-OUT Family is heartbroken as we mourn the tragic loss of three innocent lives, one of them being our Associate, Ashley Garibay."

Oliver Tree instructed his family not to sell off his eclectic art collection and gave instructions on what to do with the pieces.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Oliver’s dad, Jesse Nickell III, asked the court to appoint him as the administrator of his late son's trust.

As you know ... Oliver and 5 others -- including the YouTuber Gaspi -- were killed in Brazil in June after two helicopters collided.

Influencer Joe Felz -- known for documenting his van life, businesses and spiritual journey -- is dead.

Joe's girlfriend, Alxzondra, announced his death Monday in an emotional Instagram statement ... writing, "Joe Felz has left this earth and has finally found his free."

The cause and manner of death are unclear.

Joe's girlfriend said she didn't have many words and asked fans to give her, Joe's family, and his loved ones space to process the enormous loss.

WWE Hall of Famer Dory Funk Jr. -- one of the longest-reigning world champions in professional wrestling history -- is dead.

Triple H announced Dory's death Tuesday ... paying tribute to the wrestling legend and saying Dory's hard-nosed style inspired countless performers and helped lay the early foundation for pro wrestling to become a global phenomenon.

He said Dory's impact stretched far beyond his own matches ... pointing to the decades Dory spent training younger athletes for life inside the squared circle.

Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau's father has not forgiven the man who allegedly took their lives ... as the two-year anniversary of their death looms ... TMZ has learned.

Guy Gaudreau tells TMZ ... he has not forgiven Sean Higgins, who was charged with aggravated manslaughter after allegedly ramming his Jeep into the brothers while they rode bicycles in New Jersey. Guy also says he has not forgiven God for taking his sons away from him.

He explains ... "Everyone's life goes on but mine. I will never get my sons back."

Guy told us he doesn't know how he will ever forgive Higgins.

The leader of a Mexican criminal cartel was swept up by authorities after allegedly ordering the brutal murders of his son's beauty influencer ex-girlfriend and a mayor.

Ramón Ángel Álvarez Ayala was arrested in late July by military personnel and law enforcement officers during a joint operation ... according to multiple reports.

Mexican officials say Ayala was known as "El R-1" ... he was the main leader of "Los Rs", one of the most violent criminal organizations connected to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel -- a group allegedly involved in murder, extortion and drug trafficking. 

According to authorities, Ayala masterminded and financed the hit on 23-year-old beauty influencer Valeria Marquez -- whose ex-boyfriend is Ayala's son. In May 2025, Marquez was shot and killed by a gunman while livestreaming in her beauty salon in the Mexican city of Zapopan.

Mary Rivera, who played Ned Leeds' Filipino grandmother in "Spider-Man: No Way Home," has died ... TMZ has learned.

A family member tells TMZ ... Mary suffered a stroke and doctors warned the family her condition was extremely serious. The relative says doctors told them even if Mary emerged from the coma, her prognosis would not be good, so the family made the difficult decision to remove her from life support.

Mary passed away April 15 in Honolulu. We're told the actress was later cremated.

UFC fighter Allan Nascimento, who just fought in June, is dead ... the promotion announced Monday afternoon, shocking fans.

He was only 34 years old.

The UFC says Nascimento was located after suffering a medical emergency overnight ... and despite the best efforts of first responders, Allan couldn't be saved.

"This morning, Monday, August 3rd, our beloved flyweight fighter, Allan Nascimento, was found unresponsive after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep," the official statement reads.

Vincent Pastore's death blindsided the people who knew him ... with his 'Sopranos' costar Joe Gannascoli telling TMZ there was no indication the actor was sick or battling any health issues.

Joe -- who played Vito Spatafore on the iconic HBO series -- says Vincent's passing "sort of came out of nowhere," especially after seeing video of him celebrating his 80th birthday just weeks before he was pronounced dead in his NYC home.

While Joe and Vincent never filmed a "Sopranos" episode together, they later worked alongside each other on "FoodFellas" and Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Nightmares"... and Joe is remembering Vincent as a man who was well-liked by fans, friends and everyone who knew him.

"Sopranos" actor Vincent Pastore was treated by first responders before he was pronounced dead at his New York City home ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... on Saturday at 2:20 PM ET, Vincent's female neighbor found the 80-year-old actor face up in bed at his residence in The Bronx.

Our sources say the neighbor called 911, prompting police and Emergency Service Unit workers to quickly respond. We're told one paramedic went to work on Vincent to try to save him, but no amount of treatment could bring him back.

A survivor of the Oct. 7 music festival attack in Israel was found dead at his girlfriend's grave ... nearly three years after she was murdered by Hamas.

Bar Asraf reportedly died by suicide Saturday at a cemetery in the West Bank settlement of Elkana, according to Israeli news site JFeed. His girlfriend, Liron Barda, was among the hundreds killed during the October 2023 Nova music festival massacre.

Barda was working as a bartender at the festival when Hamas terrorists stormed the event ... and she stayed behind to help wounded festivalgoers before she was killed.

Phony toxicology reports in the Nolan Wells case are spreading across social media ... and people connected to the case are warning everyone not to fall for them.

Russell Latino -- who represents Nolan's friend Bart Edminson Jr. -- sounded the alarm on Facebook ... saying officials have not publicly released Nolan's toxicology results and some of the fakes circulating online look extremely real if you don't know what to watch for.

While fans will always remember Pastore for his unforgettable portrayal of Salvatore "Big P****" Bonpensiero, Villano says one of the actor's greatest passions came later in life ... teaching aspiring performers at HB Studios.

According to Villano, Pastore loved mentoring the next generation of actors and often reminded his students that making it in Hollywood wasn't impossible.
