A passenger who filmed the terrifying evacuation of the Delta flight that flipped upside down in Canada is speaking out about the chaos and fear everyone experienced onboard.

Pete Koukov shared his chilling account on the "Today" show Tuesday, describing the wild moment the day before -- when he and the other passengers were left "dangling like bats" after the Delta Endeavor flight from Minneapolis to Toronto flipped over upon landing.

Pete said he didn’t realize anything was amiss until the plane slammed into the ground. That’s when he looked out the window, only to see sparks and flames grinding against the earth.

Newly released video of the Delta flight that crashed in Canada is the clearest yet -- giving an up-close, personal view of the plane touching down on the runway and spiraling into a fireball.

Check it out ... the commercial airliner flying from Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Toronto Pearson International Airport in Ontario is captured by an eyewitness with a camera coming in for a landing Monday afternoon.

As soon as the tires hit the snowy tarmac, the plane erupts in flames and skids before spinning around until it finally comes to a stop in a large plume of black smoke.

A Delta spokesperson tells TMZ ... Wednesday morning, Delta Flight 1921 from Vancouver touched down for a layover and collided with a taxiing Japan Airlines plane.

All six people aboard a medical ambulance plane that crashed shortly after takeoff Friday in Philadelphia were killed ... a grim confirmation from Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, who says aboard were all nationals.

In a statement posted to X ...  translated to English, Pardo said, "I regret the death of six Mexicans in the plane crash in Philadelphia, United States. The consular authorities are in permanent contact with the families; I have asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support them in whatever way is required. The final moments before a medical ambulance plane crashed in Philadelphia Friday night were captured on an air traffic control tower audio ... and it's bone-chilling.

First obtained by Fox News Digital, the frantic audio from Northeast Philadelphia Airport reveals the instant operators realized something catastrophic occurred shortly after the plane took off.

While one operator makes desperate pleas for the Learjet 55 medical ambulance to respond ... another asks "What's going on down there?" A beat later, the first operator responds, "We have a lost aircraft. We’re not exactly sure what happened." He adds, "The field is going to be closed so no inbounds-outbounds."

It's been days since a military helicopter collided with an American Airlines jet flying into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport ... and the Army still refuses to ID the female Black Hawk pilot.

In a Friday update ... the Army said her name is not being disclosed at the behest of her family -- even though the names of the two other soldiers in the chopper who died were officially identified as Staff Sgt. Ryan Austin O'Hara and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Loyd Eaves.
