Colleen Zenk failed multiple sobriety tests and tried fleeing the scene before her latest DUI arrest ... at least according to police in Florida.

"The Young and the Restless" star was booked on two DUI charges on May 15 after cops say she drunkenly crashed into a parked car in front of a Tommy Bahama store in Naples.

Police say a witness at the scene told them Zenk initially tried leaving the scene, but she was stopped a few feet down the road. The witness told cops Colleen was stumbling when she exited her vehicle.

Paul Flack -- the older brother of late "Love Island UK" host Caroline Flack -- is dead ... and cops have ruled his death a suicide, just like his sister's.

Paul was found unresponsive in his Norwich, England home on June 21 and was rushed to the hospital, where he ultimately was ruled dead ... according to multiple UK-based outlets, including the Daily Mail and The Independent.

Officials reportedly conducted a provisional post-mortem exam and determined Paul took his own life.

Looks like Tom Hardy cut a deal with "MobLand" producers ... TMZ confirmed he's returning to the show for its third season, despite some alleged on-set tension.

With Tom in the fold, the Paramount+ crime series will not be losing anyone from the cast ... with Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan also returning for the next chapter.

Kate Gosselin is responding to her estranged son Collin's recent invite for her to take a lie detector test regarding her alleged abuse when he was a child ... and it sounds like he shouldn't hold his breath.

Kate hopped on TikTok and responded to several fans urging her to get hooked up to a polygraph to prove her innocence against Collin's claims.

She says she won't be taking the lie detector test and won't be suing Collin for defamation either ... explaining that legal strategy won't work because she's a celeb.

Tierra Davis allegedly beat up a girl years before entering "Love Island USA" … over jealousy involving her ex-boyfriend ... this, according to the girl who ran to court to get protection.

TMZ obtained a 2018 restraining order filed against Tierra by a woman named Shayla Woodard.

According to the court docs, 16-year-old Shayla claimed 17-year-old Tierra threatened to shoot her with a gun after physically assaulting her.

Amanda Batula is officially leaving the Hamptons behind ... 'cause TMZ has learned the longtime "Summer House" star will not be returning for Season 11.

"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star Layla Taylor is ending Pride Month by sharing her truth ... revealing she's bisexual.

Layla went on the "On Purpose With Jay Shetty" podcast Monday and said she's dating a woman.

Casa Amor contestant Gabriel Garland has been removed from the hit dating show after producers became aware of his connection to a 2019 stabbing case in London.

Garland reportedly was never charged with a crime, nor was he found to have committed any wrongdoing -- which may be why the show's producers didn't discover the connection sooner.

"Love Island USA" contestant Alannah Keyser is speaking out after being removed from the Peacock dating series following resurfaced footage and social media posts that sparked major backlash online.

Keyser took to TikTok shortly after being booted from the Villa to address the controversy. She explains the video in question is "six years old," adding that the language used is something she no longer uses today, saying plainly "It’s no longer in my vocabulary" while apologizing to those who were offended by her actions.

Keyser also pushed back on how she’s being portrayed on the show, suggesting the edit may not reflect her full experience in the villa, with the caption saying "remember that reality tv is HEAVILY edited & my chats/kisses with the other boys were unfortunately not aired."

Deon Derrico is keeping busy in court ... because not only did he file a restraining order against his ex-wife, he's now suing a business partner over a real estate deal.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the "Doubling Down With the Derricos" star claims a guy named Tyrone Sprewell is attempting to sell a home he says they co-own, before they've fully hammered out and resolved their ownership disputes.

Deon says he's entitled to a 25% stake in the home independent of Tyrone and insists Tyrone needs his sign-off before he can unload the place.

Victoria Lee Robinson and her father showed up at Tom Sandoval's house Friday ... the day after they were kicked out of the house by a judge.

It's unclear if they were packing up their belongings, but Victoria and Will were seen at the reality star's Los Angeles abode the same day Will filed his own restraining order against Sandoval following an explosive argument around a backyard fire pit. The judge immediately denied Will's request for a restraining order.

Victoria was later spotted walking out of court ... holding what appeared to be documents in her hand while talking on the phone. To be clear, she has not filed any sort of restraining order at this moment.

Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo are officially divorced ... but she's not walking away from the split quietly -- spilling all the details on the divorce settlement in a public statement.

The former Mrs. Palazzolo's team released a statement Saturday -- less than a day after news of the divorce finalization came out -- in which it states she faced "intense public scrutiny and repeated accusations regarding her motives, her immigration status, and her character."
