Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson popped the question to his longtime girlfriend, Jilly Anais, over the weekend ... and she said YES!!

The couple of nearly six years shared snaps from the special moment on Instagram ... and they couldn't be happier as they showed off Anais' new accessory -- a massive diamond ring.

Watson got down on one knee at the beach ... and the rock came with a bunch of red roses, too -- which Anais proudly displayed for her followers.

Kyle Massey -- the former Disney Channel star -- is tying the knot ... and, his future wife is related to '80s Hollywood royalty.

Hana Giraldo -- the daughter of legendary rock singer Pat Benatar -- posted a photo to her Instagram Friday ... sharing a pic of the two beaming, with Hana extending her left ring finger to the sky to show off her new ring.

It's a massive rock, and Hana gives fans a close-up look at it in another photo ... adding "IM ENGAGED 💍 to my best friend, my soulmate, and my forever @kylemassey." Hana says she can't wait for their lives together to begin.

DK Metcalf might not have a ring yet, but his girlfriend Normani sure does ... 'cause the NFL star popped the question to the R&B singer -- and she said YES!!

The two-time Pro Bowler announced the engagement on Thursday at his introductory press conference with his new team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
