There was plenty of action on the field during the Chargers vs. Raiders game Sunday -- but there was even more of it off the gridiron ... with fans from both teams getting in violent brawls throughout the afternoon.

One of the bigger ones happened just outside of SoFi Stadium near one of the parking lots ... when a fan in a Divine Deablo jersey got thrown to the ground by a Chargers supporter rocking some Derwin James threads.

You can see in video captured by a bystander, a Maxx Crosby fan tried to step in to break things up ... but he was quickly hit in the face by not just the Raiders fan -- but a woman too.

The man who attacked a judge during an attempted battery conviction has pled guilty after he was seen on video leaping over the bench at her ... but there's a pretty major caveat.

Deobra Redden pled guilty but mentally ill, his lawyers at CEGA Law Group explained in a statement released Friday ... saying their client understands the seriousness of his actions -- and wants help with his mental health issues.

His attorneys say they're asking that mental health treatment be a key part of his sentencing ... and they're hoping his case might bring about more mental health reform.

Jack Doherty doesn't know jack about insurance, at least according to State Farm ... they say his policy doesn't cover him for the lawsuit he's facing over a Halloween fight.

Here's the deal ... Jack is being sued for assault and battery by a man who claims the YouTuber and his bodyguard beat him up at a party a few days before Halloween last year.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, State Farm says Jack is trying to use his renters insurance policy to force the company to defend him in the litigation and possibly cough up any damages that may be owed.

An Indonesian grandmother has met a tragic end after being crushed to death by a 16-foot python that tried to swallow her whole.

According to reports, the woman, 57-year-old Hapsah, was attacked by the serpent last week while doing routine work on a plantation, where she tapped rubber trees, in Muaro Jambi, a province of Sumatra.

Hapsah reportedly tried to fight off the snake as it wrapped itself around her body ... but the python overpowered her, squeezing her unconscious from lack of oxygen.

The woman's husband, M Safri, who also worked on the plantation, realized something was wrong when she didn't come home in the afternoon. He began searching for his wife ... only to find the snake still wrapped around Hapsah's neck.

Per Sungai Gelam Police Chief Iptu Usaha Sitepu ... to prevent the snake from consuming his wife, M Safri pulled on the snake's tail and hit it until it eventually loosened its grip.

The incident left the whole community shaken ... as a mob of enraged locals soon formed -- who hunted down the python and beat it to death.

Village head Amdi added ... "It was massive. It was taken to the village to be shown to the community after it was killed."

Hapsah's body has since been returned home and is being prepared for a funeral.

This isn't the first fatal python attack in Indonesia this summer. Days before Hapsah's passing, another elderly woman from Palopo City was attacked and killed by a serpent in the Sumarambu mountains.

A driver near Toronto couldn't quite make a dramatic getaway from Canadian staple Tim Hortons Tuesday ... trying to take off after cops stopped him in the drive-thru, only to get stuck on top of a police car's hood ... and it's all caught on video.

The wild incident began at a Westwood Mall in Mississauga around 6:30 PM Tuesday night ... when police reportedly received a call about a driver in an allegedly stolen Ford Bronco pulling up to the coffee shop.

The video picks up with one of the officers pointing a gun at the vehicle and holding on to the passenger side door -- when suddenly the driver puts the pedal to the metal, and starts pushing the police car in front of him.

A dirt bike race in Argentina caused quite the calamity ... a stuck bike resulted in multiple collisions during the competition -- though organizers say riders only sustained minor injuries.

Video shows how the crash at Enduro del Invierno in Mar del Plata, Argentina went down ... beginning after one moto rider got himself and his bike stuck in beach sand -- and he frantically waves to keep other racers from plowing into him.
