According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tory's attempt to dodge the deposition was denied.

Megan is suing blogger Milagro Cooper for an alleged online campaign to spread misinformation about her in the wake of Tory's conviction in the case about shooting her ... and Megan’s lawyers want to grill Tory under oath.

NFL legend Adrian Peterson was seen slumped over at the wheel of his SUV on Sunday morning, just minutes before he was arrested for DWI.

The former Minnesota Vikings star was spotted dozing off in the driver's seat of his ride while he was at a Sugar Land, Texas gas station. A witness who photographed the former footballer at the scene tells TMZ Sports the 40-year-old's engine was still running while he was asleep, and his phone was still in his hand.

Law enforcement sources confirmed to us officers did, indeed, find Peterson in that manner.

A night of celebration turned tragic at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania when gunfire erupted during homecoming festivities, leaving one person dead and six others injured.

According to the Chester County District Attorney's Office, the shooting happened outside the school's International Cultural Center late Saturday after the homecoming football game.

One person was detained with a firearm, but no charges have been filed. Investigators are also looking into whether a second shooter may have been involved.

New body cam footage from Kenwood High School in Baltimore County, Maryland captured the incident where Taki Allen -- a 16-year-old student -- gets patted down while handcuffed after an AI-powered gun detection system flagged him, believing he was carrying.

After searching him, they found nothing ... an officer on the body cam tries to explain it away as the AI system firing off the alarm because of "the way you guys were eating chips, Doritos whatever, it picked it up as a gun."

A 12-year-old girl who was shot in the head during the shooting at a Catholic school in Minnesota back in August has been released from the hospital ... and, she and her father are beaming in the first snaps taken.

Sophia Forchas left Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis this week, almost two months after the August 27 shooting, which left 2 dead and numerous others injured ... wearing her PJs and grinning for the cameras while hopping into a white limo -- the only ride suitable for someone with a recovery so miraculous.

Her dad's clearly overjoyed in the picture ... bursting into laughter while standing alongside his little girl.

The United States Secret Service is looking into a hunting stand found in Florida which they say had a direct sightline to where Air Force One could park.

The law enforcement agency revealed Sunday they found the stand near Palm Beach International Airport last week ... releasing a photo of the structure set up in a tree.

In a statement released to media, the U.S. Secret Service Chief of Communications, Anthony Guglielmi said, "During advance security preparations prior to the Palm Beach arrival, which included the use of technology and comprehensive physical sweeps, our teams identified items of interest near Palm Beach International Airport."

When Tole arrives, you see him drive south down the alley ... where, apparently, Sanchez was already on the move. When Tole parks, he's out of camera view, so we don't know if they see each other, but 7 minutes later, Sanchez walks north out of the alley ... stumbling a bit.

Intense police body camera footage shows the moment cops in Michigan took out the gunman who shot up a Mormon church ... and there's a hail of bullets.

The Grand Blanc Township Police Department just released the dramatic footage, and you hear cops shouting at the gunman to drop his weapon.

Officers are heard yelling "shoot him," "get on the ground," and "drop the gun now" before gunshots ring out. Cops armed with assault rifles were making their way through the church parking lot when they neutralized the shooter.

According to Montgomery Police, gunfire erupted around 11:30 PM as crowds gathered during one of the city's busiest nights ... with a fair, other attractions, and a football game between Tuskegee University and Morehouse College all happening nearby.

According to reports, the chaos started when a fight broke out between two groups and quickly escalated into a running gun battle through the packed streets. Law enforcement says there were two parties involved that were shooting at each other in the middle of a crowd.
