A mass shooting at a Canadian street festival claimed the lives of 2 people and left 4 others seriously injured, according to police.

The bullets started flying Saturday night at Toronto's Salsa on St. Clair festival, an annual Latin fiesta that draws thousands of people each year.

Toronto Police Service Deputy Chief Frank Barredo told reporters after the shooting there was initial concern that the suspect was an active shooter, but it turned out not to be the case.

Kauana Bilhar -- an influencer from Brazil -- has died after falling 27 stories ... according to multiple reports.

The social media sensation passed away earlier this week, her uncle told the Brazilian outlet G1, after she fell from her balcony in Dubai, where he said she's been living for the past two years.

The United Arab Emirates' Ministry of Foreign Affairs also released a statement in which it acknowledged it is “monitoring the case and remains available to the family to provide appropriate consular assistance” through the Brazilian Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

A Ryanair passenger was nearly sucked out of a window when it broke during a flight ... with folks rushing to pull him back inside the cabin after his head and shoulders dangled outside ... and there's video of the aftermath.

The horrifying incident took place on a Friday flight from Greece to Germany, CNN Greece reported. Passengers reportedly heard a loud bang ... and that's when the 60-year-old passenger from Serbia was nearly sucked into the sky.

His head and shoulders were reportedly sucked out the window ... but he was still wearing his seatbelt, and that gave passengers enough time to get to him and pull him back inside.

The man, a tourist from Serbia, was hospitalized with friction burns.

The flight instructor in Argentina who jumped to his death in the middle of a training flight was seeking psychiatric help ... but his dad says no one informed his colleagues.

Álvarez Bertazzo told local media his son Leandro Andrés Bertazzo was going through a "rough patch" when he jumped from a plane, leaving his student to land the aircraft.

The dad told La Nación his son had consulted a psychiatric clinic for whatever he was going through -- but his colleagues were left in the dark.

The so-called "Tinder Swindler" has settled with an Israeli billionaire's family after being sued for allegedly impersonating a member of their family as part of an elaborate ruse to score millions of dollars from women he met on a dating app ... TMZ has learned.

Leviev family attorney Guy Ophir tells TMZ ... both sides reached a settlement and presented it to the Israeli court for approval. 

We're told the settlement contains two significant provisions.

First, the man dubbed the "Tinder Swinder" in the Netflix doc, Shimon Hayut, denies allegations that he impersonated the family, but promises never to represent that he's connected to the Leviev family or their various companies going forward.

Secondly, Hayut cannot seek reimbursement of legal costs or attorney fees.

A flight instructor in Argentina jumped to his death in the middle of a training flight ... abandoning his student midair and forcing them to bring the plane down for a landing all by their lonesome.

Pilot Leandro Andrés Bertazzo was flying the plane Saturday, teaching 22-year-old student Rosario when he turned to her and said ... "You know what you have to do, carry on."

Bertazzo then took off his headset, unbuckled his seatbelt, opened the door and jumped to his death ... according to prosecutors in the South American nation.

Rosario was able to land the aircraft safely ... despite being in absolute shock.

Videos circulating around social media claim Egypt fans were singled out for extra security before a FIFA World Cup match in Atlanta ... but reps for the stadium are calling foul.

A spokesperson for Mercedes-Benz Arena tells TMZ ... footage showing soccer fans entering the stadium for Tuesday's Round of 16 match between Egypt and Argentina is being misconstrued.

While social media users claim Egypt fans were stopped for pat downs while Argentina fans were waved through, the stadium rep says the Egypt fans were part of a supporter group, and as such, they were patted down for fireworks and other banned items before entry through their gate.

We're told the reason Egypt fans were stopped while Argentina fans were sent on their way is that the Argentina fans in the video were not part of a supporter group... just general fans, and they were being waved toward a different gate, where they went through security ... the same as everyone else.

King Charles is rolling heavy ... climbing aboard a British Army tank and taking command during his first official visit to the Royal Tank Regiment.

The 77-year-old monarch strapped on a helmet and headset Monday before riding in the commander's seat of a Challenger 2 tank at Bovington Camp in Dorset ... popping out of the turret in sunglasses and a tie as the 60-plus-ton war machine kicked up dust around the arena. Check out the pics -- His Majesty looked right at home rolling with some serious royal firepower.

The visit marked Charles' first official trip to the regiment since becoming its Colonel-in-Chief in 2023 ... taking over the ceremonial role previously held by his late mother, Queen Elizabeth II.

Prince Harry can't seem to get on the same page with King Charles ... the Duke of Sussex reportedly bungled his invite to Buckingham Palace.

Here's the deal, according to BBC ... Harry is visiting London this week, so Charles extended an invitation to Harry to stay at the royal residence while he's in town.

But here's the catch ... Buckingham Palace imposed a deadline for Harry to respond by the end of last week, but Harry missed it, so the invitation was rescinded, even after Harry accepted the invitation. 

Kate Middleton is trotting out more photos of her incredible experience climbing three mountain peaks to fight cancer -- and this time she's featuring her royal family.

On Sunday, the Princess of Wales posted a series of Instagram pics showing her with Prince William and their kids, Princess Charlotte and Prince George, after she had finished the National Three Peaks Challenge. Last month, Kate scaled three of the highest mountain peaks in England, Scotland, and Wales -- to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

In Sunday's IG post, Kate thanked everyone who supported the charity while noting that she had completed the National Three Peaks Challenge. 

An 11-year-old boy in Thailand allegedly drove through a crowd of monks with a pickup truck and killed 9 people ... according to a new report.

The BBC -- citing local police in Thailand -- says the deadly incident went down on a road in Thailand's Mukdahan province.

Video of the alleged incident has leaked online ... showing a car smashing through a crowd -- flipping several individuals in robes high into the air.

Shahab Elmi -- CEO of the supplement company Cymbiotika -- was robbed at gunpoint in France this week in a home invasion where thieves made off with a small fortune ... sources connected to the situation tell TMZ.

We're told early Thursday morning, robbers broke into the home Elmi was staying in with his wife, Durana, and their two young daughters in Cannes. Our sources say ... the suspects were armed, including one who wielded an SK-style machine gun and held it to Elmi's head during the home invasion.

According to a local outlet, there were three robbers -- all hooded and masked -- who broke in around 3:30 AM.

A small plane crashed into Beijing's iconic CITIC Tower on Friday ... and the immediate aftermath was caught on harrowing video.

Watch for yourself ... the small aircraft disintegrates as it falls from the sky following the crash.

It doesn't appear from the footage posted to social that the skyscraper -- the tallest building in Beijing -- suffered any major damage.

One woman in India got absolutely steamrolled by a runaway bull ... after the beast came flying out of nowhere, launched itself at her scooter, and sent her crashing hard onto the pavement ... and it's all on video.

Wild CCTV footage from the city of Manmad shows the bull charging across the road before attempting to hurdle the unsuspecting woman ... only to completely botch the jump, slam into her, knock her off the scooter and bolt from the scene.

The impact left the woman with serious head and shoulder injuries, and she was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Absolute chaos erupted in Mexico after a car plowed through a crowd celebrating the country's World Cup win -- leaving multiple people injured in a terrifying scene caught on camera.

Check out this video, filmed by TikTok user @verodejesus4 in Cabo San Lucas ... fans were out celebrating Mexico's World Cup victory over Czechia Wednesday night when a black car suddenly barreled through the packed street. You can see the jubilation transform into fear and anger ... as people started chasing after the driver.

Seventeen people were hurt, and authorities say the driver was detained at the scene before being taken to a hospital in police custody.
