Andrew and Tristan Tate want Elon Musk's social media platform to give up the names of accounts they claim have been harassing and defaming them online ... so they're going to court to try to unmask some John and Jane Does.

Here's the deal ... the Tate Brothers sued a bunch of anonymous X users for defamation over X posts they didn't like ... the lawsuit was dismissed, but now the Tates want a court to force X to reveal the identities of the accounts they sued.

Andrew and Tristan say the X users engaged in a conspiracy to not only defame them, but also to ruin them financially, reputationally and emotionally through constant and routine allegedly defamatory posts on X -- the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

2:15 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports Dillon Brooks' DUI arrest was not related to alcohol.

Phoenix Suns player Dillon Brooks was busted for DUI Friday morning, TMZ Sports has learned.

Authorities tell us ... the small forward was pulled over in Scottsdale around 1 AM for traffic violations. After an investigation, Brooks was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.

He was taken to Scottsdale City jail and processed ... and was released from custody around 3:30 AM.

Britney Spears showed her sober coaches the door weeks before getting arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney fired the sobriety coaches after she signed a deal selling her rights to her music and after she returned home to California following a trip to Los Cabos, Mexico.

We're told Britney's team also fired other people who were looking out for her ... including security guards who kept an eye on the pop superstar.

Britney Spears’ first husband Jason Alexander is rushing to her defense after her DUI arrest ... calling people out for jumping to conclusions when the full story isn’t even out yet.

In an IG Reel, Jason -- who was famously married to the singer for just 55 hours before their annulment in 2004 -- pointed out her reported 0.06 blood-alcohol level is actually below the legal BAC limit in most states. He also said it’s possible any substances in her system could’ve been legally prescribed medication, which would change the narrative entirely.

Kathy Hilton is being sued by a woman who claims she was seriously injured at "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star’s $28 million mansion ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Kimberly Heffington says she visited Kathy’s 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 15,000-square-foot pad in Bel Air on August 25, 2024.

Kimberly said she was walking when her foot was caught in between uneven pavement, causing her to trip and fall. She claims she “landed violently on the ground, causing her to suffer severe and permanent injuries, including but not limited to a complex medial meniscus tear to her right knee."

Michael Bay is suing two women who he claims caused a bunch of damage to his Bel Air estate in a hit-and-run.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the famous director is suing Angelica Silver and Shayra LaFuente, who he claims were responsible for the 2016 Cadillac ATS crashing through his Bel Air property. We’re told Michael wasn’t home or even in the state at the time of the crash.

Bay says he thinks Shayra was driving under the influence at an excess and unsafe speed when the car drove over the curb in front of his property and caused a bunch of damage. Angelica is responsible for permitting Shayra to drive in her condition.

Britney Spears has spoken to her mom and her sons since being released from jail following her DUI arrest ... TMZ has learned.

Family sources tell TMZ ... after Britney was released from jail Thursday morning, her mom, Lynne Spears, called her as soon as she became aware of the arrest. We're told once she learned Britney was out of custody, Lynne reached out to show her support and offer anything her daughter might need. According to sources, the conversation was very "positive" and "hopeful."

Our family sources say Lynne loves her daughter, and during this time there has been a lot of prayer from the family. We're told Lynne and Britney are on good terms and are planning to see each other soon.

As for their relationship, our sources say Britney and Lynne have been on good terms since their first in-person reunion in years, which went down in Los Angeles in May 2023. We're told they speak on the phone often, though it’s been a while since they've seen each other face-to-face. Lynne has offered to visit Britney.

We're told the Grammy winner also spoke with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, after returning home Thursday morning. Our sources say Britney has not seen any family members in person yet.

Britney Spears was arrested for DUI last night ... and now TMZ has more details about the pop superstar's run-in with the law.

California Highway Patrol tells TMZ ... at approximately 8:48 PM Wednesday, a black BMW 430i was reported for driving erratically at a high rate of speed southbound on Interstate 101.

We're told officers located the car on the freeway, and when the driver pulled off the 101 at Westlake Boulevard in Thousand Oaks, officers identified her as Britney Spears.

A former "Free Britney" enthusiast says she regrets publicly pushing to get Britney Spears out of her conservatorship ...

Jessica -- the former advocate who goes by the handle "realiteatv3" on TikTok -- joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday ... and, we asked her how she feels about pushing for Britney to get out of the conservatorship after her DUI arrest last night.

Jessica -- who has already opened up on TikTok about feeling the movement ultimately did more harm than good -- tells us she's been watching Britney's scary social media videos ... including the clip where she danced around with a pair of knives, and it's made her do a 180 on her previous position.

"The Amazing Race" contestants Jonathan and Ana Towns claim CBS and the show's producers besmirched their names on the reality TV competition show ... and they want them to cough up more than $8 million in damages over it ... TMZ has learned.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the couple says the show deliberately smeared them by using "decontextualized" footage that made Jonathan look like "a morally depraved, brutal and abusive spouse," while at the same time omitting material that put Jonathan in a more "humanizing" light.

During last year's season, Jonathan seemed to demean Ana multiple times on the show with name-calling and a seemingly derisive attitude, which upset many 'TAR' fans.

3:10 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources are now clarifying ... cops suspect Britney was under the influence of substances, in addition to alcohol, but say there were no drugs found in her car.

The CHP press release says "chemical test results are pending" ... were told that only means they're testing her blood for drugs and alcohol.

Britney Spears may be in trouble for more than just allegations of drinking and driving ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the investigation tell TMZ ... in addition to suspicion of DUI, there was also an unknown substance found in her car, which will be part of the arrest.

We're told the substance is now being tested.

Britney Spears was allegedly swerving from lane to lane prior to her DUI arrest ... this according to police dispatch audio.

According to the audio, a 2026 black convertible was driving in and out of lanes and speeding ... and an officer can be heard asking for the dispatcher to "send all units down towards this area please."

An officer later says they are speaking with the car's driver, who has stepped out of the vehicle.

Erin Lichy's former management company won a case against their ex-client and got an award for more than $90,000 ... and, the group's now gone to a judge to make sure they get it.

Brigade Talent LLC filed documents to confirm an arbitration award Thursday ... after the company says they won a case against the 'RHONY' star ... Lichy fired the company in 2024 after 17 months, and a dispute arose over unpaid commissions.  The company says the ruling in their favor requires Lichy to hand over $91,632.28.

The company claims Erin was made aware of the final award on February 24 ... and they now want the judge to confirm it and grant the company additional interest until it's paid.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Tracy Tutor claims one of America's former top-earning real estate agents drugged and assaulted her back in 2014 ... and now she wants him to pay for it.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Tracy alleges Oren Alexander was a major player at real estate company Douglas Elliman back when she was considering a job there. During her recruitment process, she says she was invited to fly from L.A. to NYC for a dinner with the company's top stars ... which included Oren.

Tracy claims she was handed a "large, pink cocktail" and shortly after drinking it, "she blacked out."
