Gypsy Rose Blanchard wants her estranged husband, Ryan Anderson, to pony up some dough as they end their marriage ... asking a judge to sign off on alimony for her.

TMZ has obtained Gypsy's divorce docs, and the big takeaway is the fact that she's requesting spousal support from Ryan ... both in the interim and in the long-term. She's also asking that the court deny Ryan spousal support from her end ... arguing he's not entitled to it.

The reason she feels that way ... Gypsy says Ryan is the one responsible for their dissolution of marriage -- therefore, she doesn't believe he's entitled to any cash payments from her.

Two of the parents of special needs kids who were allegedly brutalized by an aide at their school are speaking out ... and they say this whole thing could've been prevented.

We talked to Jessica Vestal and Brittany Yarborough on "TMZ Live" Wednesday, and they explained how they discovered that 28-year-old Kiarra Jones was allegedly hurting their sons ... something they say they figured out through surveillance video on the bus they rode.

As you know ... the footage that surfaced depicts Jones apparently hurting Jessica's son -- who's autistic and nonverbal -- and Brittany says her own son, who's also nonverbal, was also sustaining mysterious injuries that were inexplicable ... including a broken toe.

Todd Chrisley is facing another legal and financial setback while behind bars -- this time a federal jury ruling he defamed a Georgia Department of Revenue investigator.

According to court docs, a Georgia judge has ordered Todd to cough up $755,000 in compensatory and punitive damages and legal fees to Amy Doherty-Heinze after concluding the reality star launched a vicious social media crusade against her.

Doherty-Heinze decided to take Chrisley to court back in July 2021 ... claiming he falsely accused her of illegally snooping on a government program to pull info on his family. It was also claimed he "began a social media campaign against the GDOR and certain of its employees, contending that the investigation was illegal and improperly motivated."

Frankie Valli's son is accusing his other son of breaking into their father's home and threatening to harm both of them ... and now, he wants court-ordered protection for both and his famous father.

The singer's 29-year-old son Emilio just filed for a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles against his 36-year-old brother Francesco -- claiming his older sibling attempted to bust into Frankie's property last week ... only to go on and allegedly hurl threats at them.

Jay Leno has officially been named the conservator for his wife, Mavis, amid her battle with dementia ... TMZ has confirmed.

The former 'Tonight Show' host was granted the conservatorship of his longtime spouse in a hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday, where -- according to People -- Mavis' lawyer spoke in favor of Jay taking on the official role of looking out for his wife's best interests.

A judge also reportedly praised the 73-year-old comedian for the care he has provided Mavis, who Jay married in November 1980.

As part of his program, he'll have to do 12 months of counseling ... one session per week over the course of 52 weeks. The D.A.'s office says if he doesn't comply with the conditions set here, he could face time behind bars.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Brad doesn't deny wanting her to sign one, but he says there's nothing onerous or broad about the NDA he presented her. In fact, he says it's pretty rich for Angelina to complain, because her lawyer "proposed an even broader, mutual non-disparagement clause" to Brad in connection with their divorce.

Universal Music Group is facing a new lawsuit ... and it all has to do with Mary J. Blige's most famous song -- which someone is now claiming illegally sampled an old jam.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a company called TufAmerica, Inc. -- which owns Tuff City Records -- is suing the music publishing giant, claiming it sampled their song "Impeach the President" in MJB's "Real Love" without getting permission.

"Real Love" allegedly uses an uncleared sample from "Impeach the President" in both a sound recording and the musical composition. Tuff City claims they've reached out to UMG over the issue, but Universal hasn't addressed their concerns ... so, now they're suing.

Angelina Jolie is floating new allegations against Brad Pitt -- claiming he'd roughed her up before the plane incident that ended their marriage ... but we're hearing a different story.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ, Angie's attorneys levied a heavy accusation against her ex -- namely, that he'd allegedly physically abused her before their incident in the sky in September 2016 ... which Angelina has maintained involved Brad putting hands on their kid.

We know Brad's denied that, and that the authorities cleared him of wrongdoing -- but Angelina has continued to insist it happened ... including here, where her attorneys say the abuse AJ claims to have endured via Brad actually pre-dated whatever happened in 2016.

9:49 AM PT -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD is clarifying the deliveryman only told them he had bite marks from the dog. As for whether officers actually saw those bite marks, the cops won't say -- they'll only reiterate they didn't have enough evidence to charge the deliveryman.

Angie Harmon's deceased dog was not as innocent as she claims ... at least according to the cops.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD tells TMZ … they are standing by their decision to not press charges against the Instacart shopper who shot and killed Angie's dog Oliver over Easter weekend.
