Stormy Daniels is getting trashed by Donald Trump's attorneys for claiming, under oath, she sees dead people, but a veteran ghost hunter says they're barking up the wrong haunted tree ... 'cause he's seen her skills, firsthand.

Here's the deal ... one of the porn star's side hustles is as a paranormal investigator, which came up in court last week as team Trump tried to use it to mock her and discredit her testimony.

David Childers has been in the paranormal field for nearly 30 years, and had a much different take as he watched the trial play out, because he's gone ghost hunting with Stormy on her show, "Spooky Babes" ... and he tells TMZ she's the real deal!

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's charitable foundation is no longer on Cali's s*** list -- 'cause it ain't delinquent anymore, and it sounds like it never should've been to begin with.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Archewell foundation has officially been changed from delinquent to "current" on the State of California's charities page -- a 180 that seems to have happened overnight ... which, as we've learned, is the result of mistake on the state's part.

As it turns out ... Harry and Meghan's org was never actually delinquent -- as sources with direct knowledge tell us the payments that were owed in association with renewal fees had, in fact, been paid way back in November ... amounting to $200.

"Rust" armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed is officially trying to overturn her conviction … having now filed an appeal in court, this after getting the book thrown at her in her trial.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez-Reed's lawyers filed Monday to appeal her involuntary manslaughter conviction in the 2021 fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins -- for which she received 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine.

Her legal team also filed to appeal the denial of her pretrial motions ... which included a motion to dismiss the charges on multiple grounds.

3:14 PM PT -- Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ, Brad Pitt's side is scoffing at Tenute's countersuit -- as they feel they only tried getting into the Chateau Miraval biz because of his name-recognition and deep involvement with the company ... which they're now trying to smear.

We're told Chateau Miraval is only as successful as it is because of how Brad has run it -- and the notion he plundered it for his own personal gain is absurd and nonsensical ... as it would only hurt him if he did the things they're claiming he did.

Bottom line ... we're told BA feels Tenute (a subsidiary of Stoli Group) is blowing hot air that it's tried litigating in other courts to no avail -- and that Brad isn't sweating their accusations.

Eric Wynalda -- a former soccer star for the U.S. Men's National Team -- has been named in a battery report involving a teenager ... but we're hearing he's calling BS on the claims.

Per a Vegas police report, obtained by TMZ, Wynalda -- who was coaching his son's club team in a recent tournament -- allegedly exchanged words with a player on the other team ... who claimed to cops that Wynalda called him a "bitch," insulted his mom and more.

The player told police he and the coach got face-to-face and he (meaning the kid) ended up shoving the coach ... which led to a fight breaking out between the two sides. The teenager alleges he got scratched amid all this ... but said he wasn't sure if it was EW or the players.

"Big Brother" star Christmas Abbott is no longer seeking protection from her ex, Memphis Garrett ... but the ex-couple will still keep their distance from each other, TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... Christmas has voluntarily dismissed her petition seeking a restraining order against Memphis ... this after she made claims of domestic violence against him back in March.

We're told the reality TV star moved forward with this decision after Memphis agreed to a no-contact arrangement. While it might seem like they're all good ... they're anything but.

Scott Stapp and his wife are headed for a split, 'cause she's filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The Creed singer's wife of nearly 2 decades, Jaclyn, has decided to end the marriage, according to her rep. The split has been in the works for quite some time, though ... as court records, obtained by TMZ, show Jaclyn actually filed her divorce petition last May.

Her rep says she's faced a long battle in her relationship with Scott and, despite never envisioning divorcing him one day, she's decided to move on.

Diddy is asking a judge to toss a Jane Doe's lawsuit which alleges sexual misconduct against him ... and he lays out a few different reasons.

According to the filing, obtained by TMZ, Diddy's attorneys want Jane Doe's suit -- in which she alleges she was violated by Diddy and others at the age of 17 back in 2003 -- dismissed with prejudice ... and they say the statute of limitations on the statute she’s suing under has lapsed.

In other words, Diddy's attorneys say this woman missed her window to sue -- but more importantly, they point out ... she didn’t include many pertinent details -- outside of her alleged assault -- which they feel makes her claims paper thin and not worthy of being heard. They also insist … her allegations simply never happened, period.

Andy Cohen's position at Bravo has been secured for the foreseeable future ... not long after being cleared in a misconduct investigation, TMZ has learned.

The network confirmed Thursday that Andy and "Watch What Happens Live" will continue on through 2025. This update comes after a turbulent year for the TV personality, who was accused of harassment by former Housewives Leah McSweeney and Brandi Glanville.

A Bravo rep tells us … "The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated."

5:49 PM PT -- Angelina's attorney, Paul Murphy, tells TMZ … "Mr. Pitt’s continued attempt to equate common NDAs for security personnel and housekeepers covering confidential information employees learn at work, with him demanding an expanded NDA to ensure the continued coverup of his deplorable actions remains shameful."

He adds, "This case is not about NDAs in general, but about power and control. All Angelina has ever wanted was separation and health, with positive relationships between all members of their family, including Mr. Pitt. She looks forward to the day when he is finally able to let her go."

Sources familiar with the situation claim Webb is on Brad's payroll and worked for the same security team whose other members stood on the Tarmac in L.A. and turned a blind eye to Brad's actions that day. The sources further claim Webb’s declaration also conveniently leaves out the fact that the second security guard mentioned in the declaration, though called to testify by Pitt, testified in favor of Angelina, not against her.

Angelina Jolie told her and Brad Pitt's children to avoid him like the plague during custody visits post-split -- so claims a guy who used to run security for them for years.

Brad's attorneys filed new legal docs Thursday in their ongoing winery case -- and they offer up a sworn declaration written by a man named Tony Webb ... who says he used to head up a security company that offered services to Brangelina while they were married.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Webb claims that in the aftermath of their divorce in 2016 -- and all the custody disputes that followed over their 6 shared children together -- he'd been hit up by Angie's personal assistant, who he says told him he heard 2 of Webb's security officers still working AJ's detail at that point, were going to testify in family court.

11:19 AM PT -- Tyrese Gibson's ex-wife Norma Mitchell just upped the ante in her legal war with him -- now running to court in search of a temporary restraining ... bringing these same claims in her defamation suit as the crux for her argument on why she needs court-ordered protection, ditto for their daughter.

In her docs, obtained by TMZ, Norma says the IG posts Tyrese has been throwing up are grounds for harassment -- and she's asking the court to force him to take them down. She's also asking that he be ordered to refrain from talking about them online, plus ... she wants a judge to make him pay for therapy sessions pertaining to all this, and it adds up to a lot.

A judge has yet to rule on her TRO request.

Christine Quinn's husband has been formally charged over domestic violence incidents from back in March ... but TMZ has learned he's actually avoided felony charges.

The Los Angeles City Attorney's office tells us ... Christian Dumontet has been charged with three misdemeanors -- including child abuse/endangerment, assault, and violation of a protection order.

We're told the case was handed over to the City Attorney after the Los Angeles County D.A. concluded the case did not meet felony filing requirements -- but it was right up the City Attorney's alley, 'cause they're pursuing criminal charges.

3:52 PM PT -- 50's attorneys, Reena Jain and Blank Rome, tell TMZ … "Despite being given ample opportunity to retract a false and malicious retaliatory accusation, Ms. Narvaez has shamefully chosen to interfere with her 11-year-old son’s relationship with his loving father by falsely calling him a 'rapist.'"

They add, "The motivation behind this appears to be Ms. Narvaez’s unfortunate entanglement and misguided loyalty to Mr. Combs, who we believe to be underwriting this attack and whom Mr. Jackson has been warning Ms. Narvaez and others about for many years."

50 Cent's through trolling his ex, now he's brought lawyers into it, and he's suing Daphne Joy for publicly accusing him of rape and physical abuse.

In docs filed Monday, and obtained by TMZ, 50 blasts Daphne for her Instagram post from March 28, where she made the allegation behind his lawsuit -- and he says she only did it because it came out that he was going to seek sole custody of their son, Sire.

50 says he only made that decision about Sire after Daphne was labeled a "sex worker" in the Rodney Jones lawsuit against Diddy -- and he claims she retaliated with the open letter to him, posted on IG.

12:21 PM PT -- Former federal prosecutor Michael Zeldin came on "TMZ Live" Tuesday to discuss why Stormy Daniels was being allowed to get into all these alleged details about her time with Donald Trump if it isn't exactly relevant to the crime that's been alleged ... and he had an answer for us.

Take a look ... Zeldin says prosecutors for this case want the jury to believe Stormy is credible -- and the only way to do that is to lay bare everything she says she knows. In other words, it's all about believability ... and her spilling the alleged tea will help in doing that.

Stormy Daniels is testifying in Donald Trump's hush money trial -- and she says he told her he and his wife, Melania Trump, don't really sleep together ... and this was back in 2006.

Rachel Lindsay's estranged husband says he isn't making much dough these days -- which is why he's asking for alimony ... not to mention access to money tied up in their house.

The man who attacked Dave Chappelle onstage at the Hollywood Bowl in 2022 is now suing the venue and its associated security ... alleging they allowed this whole debacle to unfold.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Isaiah Lee -- who makes a point of saying he identifies as bisexual and has experienced homelessness in his filing -- says he rushed the stage to tackle Dave as a protest against jokes he made during the evening.

Lee says the venue's security team brutally beat him after he tackled Chappelle, allegedly spitting on him and dislocating his elbow purposefully ... and, he claims, the team allowed Chappelle's entourage to whoop on him as well.
