Morgan Wallen has pled guilty to two misdemeanor charges in his chair-throwing case ... and, he will spend seven days in a DUI education center.

Worrick Robinson, Morgan's attorney, tells TMZ ... the singer-songwriter pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment Thursday.

He's been sentenced to seven days in jail which he will serve in the DUI center -- a program which provides "state of the art alternative sentencing for Tennessee DUI, reckless driving, and reckless endangerment offenders" according to the program website -- after which he will serve two years' probation. He must also pay a $350 fine and court fees.

Christmas is the season to be jolly --- but not for one Massachusetts drug suspect who tried to pull a Santa Claus escape, but got stuck inside a chimney, according to police.

Tuesday night, police officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Falls River, MA, prompting Robert Langlais and Tanisha Ibay to flee to the roof, cops said.

Ibay allegedly jumped from the roof onto a car parked on the street, while Langlais climbed inside the chimney ... but his attempt to evade capture failed miserably.

Attorney Thomas Dickey, sat for an interview Wednesday night with CNN host Erin Burnett and set the record straight on the shocking moment Mangione yelled at the media while being led by police into the Blair County, PA, courthouse, for his extradition hearing a day earlier.

Sporting an orange jumpsuit with his hands cuffed behind him, Mangione shouted at reporters a cryptic message about being "completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people and their lived experience!"

1:50 PM PT -- Luigi Mangione has obtained legal counsel and is fighting the extradition to New York ... but has 14 days to apply for the challenge, known as a writ of habeas corpus.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ ... Judge David Consiglio will schedule a hearing ... if and when the application is filed.

Mangione will be held without bail at SCI Huntingdon until then.

Luigi Mangione, the suspected killer in the fatal shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has returned to court ... with the government's goal to have him extradited to New York City.

Mangione has been denied bail Tuesday -- and he's fighting the extradition to New York. As he arrived at the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, he began shouting toward reporters before officers rushed him into the building.

According to a declaration filed Tuesday morning in federal court, one of Spiro's associates says she got a phone call from the woman, who said she'd previously contacted Buzbee's firm seeking representation over allegations of sex trafficking and abuse.

The woman said she reached out to Buzbee because she'd seen his solicitation for anyone who may have been a potential victim of Sean "Diddy" Combs -- but she'd made it clear her allegations were not related to Diddy.

A resurfaced 2016 video from Baltimore, Maryland’s Gilman School, where Mangione attended, shows him hanging with some robotic creations -- and at one point, he’s seen moving a bot with a controller, guiding it along with other robot enthusiasts.

Luigi appeared focused on the robots for the event. He posed with his teammates and their creation, which earned them a spot in the Maryland State Finals.

Pennsylvania State Police posted an update to the case Tuesday morning on X, urging anyone with further information about the suspect to submit tips to authorities. Police posted a series of photos showing Mangione at the Altoona McDonald's restaurant and in his holding cell.

Authorities are reportedly weighing charges against two more people in connection with Liam Payne’s death investigation, according to new legal documents.

Law enforcement sources confirm to TMZ a judge is considering charges in a new filing Monday against two employees at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel, where Liam fell to his death from his third-floor balcony.

The judge referred to both the receptionist who called 911 twice the morning Liam died and the hotel manager as "imputados" or "people charged."

Jay-Z's rape accuser might take the music mogul's advice and file a criminal complaint against him after slapping him with a civil suit alleging sexual assault, according to her attorney Tony Buzbee.

In a statement emailed to TMZ, Buzbee said he's not ruling out filing rape charges against Jay with New York authorities, saying ... "What happens next is up to my client. It’s her case and what she decides to do you will find out in due course."

Per New York state law, there is no statute of limitations for alleged victims to file a first-degree felony rape complaint.
