It's the most wonderful time of the year for Timothy Simons ... because the holidays mean it's time to gather with family and talk about the incest coffee commercial he infamously worked on.

We got Timothy at LAX and our photog asked him about the Folgers Christmas commercial from 2009, colloquially known as the Folgers Incest Ad.

Timothy tells us he directed some of the auditions for the commercial, which features a brother and a sister being super flirty when he comes home for Christmas.

Kim Richards made an unusual call to the police over the weekend which prompted cops to respond and perform an evaluation on Kim ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum was visited by LAPD on Sunday afternoon at a house owned by her sister, Kyle Richards.

6:41 p.m. PT -- Adam DeVine, who co-led and co-created "Workaholics," has broken his silence following Waymond Lee's passing ... noting in a new Instagram post that he was "gutted" by the news.

He added ... "He was such a kind man. My deepest condolences go out to his wife Diane and the rest of his family. He was always down to do whatever insane thing we wrote for him on Workaholics. He was always game. A true professional."

Waymond Lee, an actor best known for appearing in Comedy Central's "Workaholics," has died ... TMZ has learned.

Norine Lee, Waymond's sister, and Waymond’s wife, Diane, tell TMZ ... the actor passed away last week on Wednesday, Dec. 18 following complications from ALS -- a neurological disorder that impacts nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. For those unfamiliar, the disorder is often also referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Frankie Muniz's fans are rallying around him after he posted a cryptic message about friendship on social media.

Here's the skinny ... in the late hours on Friday, the former child star posted to his X account, where he admitted he was having trouble sleeping amid friendship woes.

He wrote ... "Can't sleep. Hard when you realize your friends aren't really your friends."

Jen Shah has made a new friend while behind bars .... former "Mob Wives" star Renee Graziano, who's providing the 'RHOSLC' star with advice through letters.

Friends of Na'im Lynn shouldn't expect any holiday cheer from the comedian ... he doesn't believe in gifting pals with presents or cards -- except for one A-list exception.

We caught up with the funny man at LAX, where the stand-up star explained his reasoning behind skipping gift exchanges with friends during the holiday season. As he put it ... he "never" buys holiday presents for his friends, declaring it's weird to give pals gifts for any reason.

He added ... "If you do buy a gift, you definitely can't give a card. First of all, there's no cards made for best friends. You've never seen that in the card section. You see mother, father, child, grandmother, secretary, love -- never for homies."

"1000-Lb Sisters" star Amy Slaton escaped a jail term in her Tennessee drug and child abuse case, cutting a plea deal that places her on supervised probation.

According to court documents and media reports ... Amy received a suspended jail sentence of nearly 1 year, meaning she won't spend a minute behind bars, after pleading guilty to a drug charge of “simple possession.”

Her two other charges -- child abuse and child endangerment -- were dismissed, per the legal docs.

'90 Day Fiancé' star David Murphey -- who was best known for appearing on "90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days" -- has died ... this according to his family.

The reality star's family issued a statement on his Instagram account Wednesday ... where they confirmed the TV personality died last week in Las Vegas, Nevada after "experiencing health issues over the last several years."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... David had been sick with liver cancer, which he was diagnosed with over a year ago. We're told David also had been facing a number of other health issues, too. His cause of death is currently unclear.

"Tiger King" star James Garretson was arrested in Florida this week ... and he claims the bust may have something to do with his involvement in the Netflix series and Joe Exotic case.

James was arrested Monday night in Marathon ... and police in the Florida Keys claim he was driving with a suspended driver's license.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, officers say they observed James driving in Marathon and recognized him from a previous police encounter. Cops say they checked his license in a database and saw it was suspended.

Diane Delano -- famous for her roles in "Northern Exposure" and "The Wicker Man" -- has died, TMZ has learned.

Diane's rep tells us ... the actress passed away at her home in Los Angeles Friday after a brief illness. An official cause of death was not released.

Diane was best known for playing St. Barbara Semanski on the CBS TV series "Northern Exposure" in the 1990's, as well as Sister Beech in the 2006 film, "The Wicker Man," starring Nicholas Cage.

Wendy Williams made a rare public appearance ... seen out and about for the first time since her guardian's claim she's "permanently incapacitated" due to early-onset dementia.

The former TV queen was all smiles, chilling in the backseat of a black SUV while grabbing an order from Sho’nuff Oysters in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Jill Jacobson -- a longtime actress in Hollywood with parts in "Falcon Crest" and 'Star Trek' -- has died ... according to reports.

Jacob's longtime friend Dan Harary tells The Hollywood Reporter ... Jill passed away earlier this month in Los Angeles after battling a long illness.

Jacobson kicked off her career in Hollywood in a series of small roles beginning in the late 1970s ... eventually appearing in well-known flicks like "Splash."
